Account closed after requesting a payout. Standard reply sent saying I had violated terms and conditions. No further replies to my messages and email blocked from their forum. Something needs doing. So others will not get caught out and have their money stolen.
I have joined the site since 2019 and everything is just fine. However, I am receiving lesser task starting from 2020 and now they blocked my account with not stated why but just some general unclear reason. I think they have no money to pay and choose to block the user.
Like many others have stated here, this site blocks you for no reason. I have been using many other survey sites for years with no problem. Univox waited til I was almost ready to cash out for the first time when I got the same generic message as others saying their automatic service banned me, but no real reason. I have never lied or cheated in any way as can be verified by the sites I have used many, many years. I only wish I had checked sitejabber before I signed up with Univox, but I forgot.
3 months taken to earn 900 points, Almost am earned the min points for withdrawal, now they are saying my points have been voided.
They created the login issues, When am contact the customer support via mail, they said my points are voided, How cleverly they are cheating. Don't waste your time friends
No star for zero or I would use that. I am having the same issue as others seem to be having. I put many, many hours into these surveys with UNIVOX and once I got to almost $40 they blocked me and said "I provided false profile information, misused our refer a friend campaign or other available promotions, did not provide honest survey responses, used foul language in communication or engaged in any other offensive behavior." I did none of these things. I was always honest in my surveys. I reached out to Univox via email numerous times with no response and called and left my name and number with no response. I work a full time job and used my evenings and weekends to complete these surveys so the time I put into these surveys was very valuable time to me. Life is so short and all that time I wasted doing those surveys
I just want to cry.
Like others, I've been banned while trying to redeem a reward. Oddly, I was upgraded a few weeks ago, then banned today. Clearly this site is a scam to get data but not pay for it. I implore people to AVOID this site
I have been a member for many years. After trying to cash out they closed my account for reasons not known, they gave me a list of weird things I may have done but didnt specify. Telling me they are just not willing to give me the money that I earned through their site. Do not sign up for this survey site.
This survey site will not pay you what they owe you. They do not respond to your queries about your redemption and just ignore you. This is without a doubt a scam site. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from these guys as all they will do is cheat you and steal your time.
I have been a member for awhile. It's always been an issue to cash out but eventually I have always succeeded. However, I recently reached a cashout threshold so I tried to log in to do that and found that my account had been disabled. I contacted customer support and got a stock reply about inconsistent answers or use of profanity? I asked for specifics and they will not respond. In the meantime, they have cancelled not only my account but also say I have forfeited my points. So unfair. DO NOT JOIN THIS PANEL.
Takes ages to get a survey you aren't screened out of and as many others have noted, will 'ban' you for absolutely no reason when you get enough points to withdraw money and won't respond when questioned.
I used to get a lot of surveys from them starting about 3 years ago. They also paid 5-cents for being disqualified from a survey. Now I don't get nearly as many surveys, and they have cut down their 5-cent incentive to maybe 1 in 8 surveys. So not getting paid hardly anything anymore has made me quit them. I liked them in the past because they always paid me what I was owed and paid fairly quickly. But no point in struggling along for just a few pennies now.
Cannot get them to send me my reward, Emails only get me form letters promising to settle matter in 24 hours but nothing happens. Phone calls never answered. They talk about great customer service but it stinks.
I have tried for over a month to actually get a response from them as to why they blocked my account & stopped sending me survey invitations. All they do is just keep sending me the same useless computer generated reply as from the beginning when I noticed my survey invitations from them went from daily, to nothing at all... When i first contacted them about it to find out what the problem was,, i've got nothing but the same paragraph saying 'Let's set up a phone call',, i replied immediately with my phone # which, by the way, has never changed anyway, since I've signed up with them last year, but after all this same back & forth useless banter of phone call requests, nothing ever happens... And the back & forth, getting nowhere, continues to this day... Lynda
why when sending a message to *******@univoxcommunity you will never get a response as I know from experience they do not read it. what a load of rubbish this company is, once in you can't unsubscribe without a password that they wont remember
I do surveys with a number of different sites - they earn me a few pounds and occasional vouchers. It is something that keeps me occupied and gives a connection to the world around. I signed up to this site a little while ago and thought that things were pretty good. Then I noticed that so many of the surveys and responses from the so-called professional team operating the site were phrased in ridiculously poor english. Then I had the chance to redeem a reward and end up still waiting for months. Excuses given have been varied, where they are intelligible. Promises ahve been made and endlessly broken, vouchers will be sent first this day then that. Emails sent are not answered and when they do it is with a lie. This site and company is to be avoided at all costs. The technical term is scam!
UnivoxCommunity doesn't have their own Linkedin account but their parent company Schlesinger Group has an account with LinkedIn. This company asks members to 'verify' themselves through LinkedIn on their website but they don't keep their own account there. This is another red flag that Univox Community tries to harvest members' LinkedIn networks to make further big data money while they randomly but habitually confiscated members' redeemable money sitting in members' own accounts.
Things were going well for months. Then suddenly i could not access my account. I filed a complaint. Their form response email said my activity was suspiciuos and my answers were not acceptable. I was shocked. I demanded to know what evidence they had to support these accusations. I ended up calling them. No response except for another form email. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau. Status pending. I think I was blocked because I am prolific at surveys and redeem every month. Im retired. The last person who should be under any kind of suspicion. And they owe me $13.00 for the surveys I completed.

24 May 21 they block my account, their reason
This happened only after my first redemption on 14 May 21 (total points deducted 7518 = Reward Link SG $100)
Sent two appealing emails to enquire about my redemption on 28th May and 6 Jun, NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE from them...
Cheated me of my time/$$$ doing their surveys? I felt that way!
This is the seconf time they've falsely accused me of fradulent activity based on some weird software algorithm. The first time it happned I shamed them into apologising and reinstating my ernings. They lock your account, refuse to respond (send canned emails!) This time they won't respond, desite Tweets, Instagram comments (they locked me out of Facebook messaging so they didn't hav to respond).
They are a scam of the first order, untrustworthy and they're stealing people's earnings with no regard.
I'll keep bombarding them with tweets, emails, etc., After 6 wekes of this they may think I'm giving up, but I'm not :)
