The store at the corner of Macarthur Street and Victoria Road North Parramatta maintains a strict shut out policy at and after 11:00pm. I went there looking for personal items but I have no idea what they have. I asked the operator to let me in but he refused. There were a LARGE group of other male customers already crowded outside their night payment TINY window where people order and pay. I felt extremely uncomfortable to say what I was looking for in front of a group of male, including the male operators. The franchised operators of this store simply treat late night visitors as default criminals. They don't even trust a woman to get in. What are they really afraid of? If they DON'T trust, better that they don't operate a 24 hours businesses. Other petrol stations don't have this strange straight shut out policy. They do NOT provide ANY convenience. They DO NOT deserve to call themselves convenience stores.

Tip for consumers:
Their beverage machines break down from time to time, especially during hot summer time. Their hot beverages are just powders pre-packed in the cups. You DO NOT make any coffee over the machines. You only add water to whatever instant dissolved powders to the cups. Worse kind of beverages despite whatever they advertised on the billboards outside their franchised shops.

Products used:
I couldn't purchase anything because the operator did not let me in ASSUMING I will rob him anytime!

They only have 7 different rewards available for redemption. The least of all paid rewards surveys I ever come across. They recently withdrew Woolworths wishcard citing 'vendors issues' unable to supply them. Now they had taken down Myers gift card after I made a redemption for two vouchers. After these, there are only 7 rewards available. 3 of them are charity donations! Means only FOUR rewards available. It is the most unrewarding platform. Don't worthy of the time at all. If you find anything useful, do redeem as fast as you can because you don't know when they will take down another.

This company sells panel members' information to 'provide survey opportunities'. I got A LOT of weird junk emails spoofing my outlook.com account soon after I signed up. I suspect this is caused by this comany. Even though they on words say that residents of Carlinfornia can opt out (because they are based in Carlinfornia, note the NARROW geographic jurisdiction for opt-out, not even the entire LA!), they may not really protect members' data privacy. Then what makes me feel not right is that there is NO functional tab or anywhere in their website for members to redeem the money! What is the point of having whatever dollars if you cannot practically redeem? Another cheating house. I close my account straight away. They said that 'surveys notifications' would be sent to me if I set the settings right but NEVER get one survey notification until I actually logged in to find a filthy survey that paid INSULTING few cents. Clearly, it is another harvesting and selling big data malicious company out there. "Surveys" are the front cover decoration only.

They don't sell you products, unfortunately they sell members' data while treating people as free mules.

UnivoxCommunity doesn't have their own Linkedin account but their parent company Schlesinger Group has an account with LinkedIn. This company asks members to 'verify' themselves through LinkedIn on their website but they don't keep their own account there. This is another red flag that Univox Community tries to harvest members' LinkedIn networks to make further big data money while they randomly but habitually confiscated members' redeemable money sitting in members' own accounts.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from Univox Community and if you have any redeemable points balances with them, always redeem FULL cause you never know when they frozen your account. They don't treat people as human beings.
