I purchased two Riverdance tickets for the Fox theatre in Atlanta. They should inform customers this is limited view tickets Before they purchase not afterwards. This is not ethical. I have purchases many tickets from them before and this is the first time they mislead me. You can certainly sell limited view tickets but you should be upfront about this.
I ordered a $100 Belk's gift card from Amazon which came with no money on it. Neither Belk or Amazon will help me. I have wasted hours on the phone with Belk's customer service which has repeated lied to me that my problem would be settler in 2-3 days because it was 'high priority'. They have done absolutely nothing for me. They apparently cannot talk to the higher ups and must send them an email. The absolute worst customer service. Their BBB account is full of complaints and they barely have 1 star out of five.
Completed a survey and suppose to be paid $40 Amazon certificate but never paid. Complained and they created a case number and now they refuse to communicate with me.
Cannot get them to send me my reward, Emails only get me form letters promising to settle matter in 24 hours but nothing happens. Phone calls never answered. They talk about great customer service but it stinks.
I want to commend Curry Honda's service department. Trust them for all my repairs. The service adviser always explains what needs to be done and why it needs to be done with a clear estimate of the cost.
