This is the seconf time they've falsely accused me of fradulent activity based on some weird software algorithm. The first time it happned I shamed them into apologising and reinstating my ernings. They lock your account, refuse to respond (send canned emails!) This time they won't respond, desite Tweets, Instagram comments (they locked me out of Facebook messaging so they didn't hav to respond).

They are a scam of the first order, untrustworthy and they're stealing people's earnings with no regard.

I'll keep bombarding them with tweets, emails, etc., After 6 wekes of this they may think I'm giving up, but I'm not :)

This site has so many technical glitches now since they tried to revamp their site that I have not gotten a survey for 3 weeks and all I read about now on their site is the same fomplaints by members not getting surveys or getting paid for the surveys they took. The say if I update my profile I will get surveys. My profile has not changed since they revamped their site so their reply makes no sense. I went from getting 20 survey invites to none since they changed their rules. No longer worth it. I will keep trying at cashdazzle.com. At least there I have fun and make money no matter what my profile says and I dont have to wait for surveys. Bye Univox.

The worst.
They blocked my account one time about 1 year ago, they accepted it was an error and unblocked it, but removed all points from my account. They even called me and tried to convince I never had points in my account. Well, I started collecting points, but several months ago they blocked me again. It was an error again and they unblocked my account. That time they left my points. Again they blocked me just recently and this time they told me that I was blocked due to suspisious answers history or something like this. I noticed a lot of people were blocked at the same time with the same "reason". I never had a chance to redeem my points and this company just owe me around 19$ now. Terrible company.

I completed my survey and redeem my point on 1st Jul till now I still have not receive my payment yet. I sent an email to them on the 13th still have not heard from them

They.r.not paying up wat they owe me and I want my money for the time I have put into doing surveys for years on this site so it's not good enough

Univox owes me $25. And they don't respond to my recent efforts to redeem. I have contacted them three times by phone and twice by email and nobody ever gets back... they say I am putting in the wrong password to redeem, but google says I am using the right one... I have received no answer on this problem of redemption after 12 days of asking for help.

I am an avid survey taker who has been promptly and reliably paid by 15 other panels over the last year... this is the only one that has ever cheated me out of my earned proceeds. I don't think the problem is me... I think it is them...

I feel that based on my experience and other comments I am now reading about them, they dream up ways to get out of paying their workers.,. And all the while, they send you three or four invites per day to take more surveys.!

I will wait for my full payment before I take any more surveys with them... and I am warning others about them on various review boards.

Bare in mind that I have been paid promptly by 15 other panels... So I am not a complainer... and a few of them have paid me over 20 times in the past year that I have been doing surveys successfully...

I feel so foolish for wasting my time on this Univox... and I am a bit perturbed that various survey review sites are rating this site even as well as they are... it does not appear to deserve the positive press it is getting from some outlets...

Just as the title states. They blocked my account and kept my $50 in rewards that they owed me. Pathetic unreputable company. Stay Away!
