Over 50 years ago I bought This End Up furniture for my first apartment. It was sturdy and inexpensive. After I was married my husband and I bought other pieces including a chair and ottoman. We have built a guest room in our attic (mostly for our grandson) and put the chair up there. Unfortunately the cushions and their covers were shot. I checked with This End Up and was stunned at how expensive it would be to replace they cushions and covers. I did some searching and found Replace My Cushions. They were so much more reasonable and offered every fabric type. The quality was outstanding and the chair looks brand new. I would recommend Replace My Cushions to anyone looking to update. They kept me informed the entire time and the cushions showed up earlier than expected. Absolutely pleased!

I purchased some cushion replacements and found the fabric began to crumble. I had taken some pictures and sent them in. Wondering what could come of this defective product. After checking with the supplier... all of my cushions were replaced. I was grateful and really appreciated the customer service. Thank you!

Replace my cushions is the best. The cushions are exactly like the ones we bought 30 years ago. They fit, feel and look great. The price is very reasonable for the product itself, however with the customer service and quick turn around time it makes the cost a true bargain. It is refreshing to deal with a company that cares about its customers and the product they are selling. There are so few left out there. Thanks again!

Months ago, I reviewed Replace my Cushions negatively, because they had not sent my cushions, and they had not alerted me as to the reason. But, after I emailed them, they redeemed themselves! Joyce, and another employee spoke with me personally by phone. They explained that my requested material was on back order. They offered to give me a different material for free, and I accepted. So, although I found the initial interaction less than professional, they proved themselves to be a company of real people who care, and they made up for the delay.

I just want to write to tell you how pleased we are with our new cushions! We have had our This End Up loveseat for more than 30 years and had the original cushions. We really didn't realize how soft they had gotten until we got the new ones. We were glad to see the extra firm option because the loveseat is actually a pull out twin bed and there is no solid piece of wood underneath the cushions that when you are siting. Now, it is unbelievable how comfortable the loveseat is.

I found this website while I was searching for a discount on cushions from This End Up. The cushions were beautiful, cost less, they fit perfectly and match nicely with my other This End Up cushions. (I ordered samples first). The quality and price were WONDERFUL. The shipping from the other site was pricey so free shipping was a big bonus!

I needed new cushions and went online to see what was available. Called replace my cushions and spoke to a nice gentleman who offered sample fabrics as to what I was looking for. They arrived promptly and were a big help in getting the perfect color I was looking for. It was a little hard to tell from the online picture exactly what color I wanted. I called and ordered 3 sets for a sofa at a very reasonable price to me. They arrived in the time promised and were very nicely done. I am now enjoying them daily on my sofa. I highly recommend this company if you need new cushions. I will shortly order more for my loveseat and chair.

I ordered covers and cushions for two This End Up sofas, along with the bolsters for the arms and two coordinating throw pillows. I am very pleased with the finished product. Great Quality fabric and the workmanship is amazing. Replace My Cushions goes the extra mile to ensure excellent service every step of the way. The cushions arrived when expected and the packaging was even first class. I have had my sofas for over 35 years and I still love them. I am sure these new cushions will last for years to come and in addition to looking great they are very comfortable. Only wish I had ordered additional throw pillows; may have to discard my old ones at some point.

Excellent service. Shipment arrived in damaged box with two cushions missing. One phone call and replacements are on the way, no questions asked. Could not ask for better service. Oh and the cushions are very well made also!
