It was a snap to replace with this screen. Saved having to purchase a new chrome book for the kids and was so simple to do.
Wish the site would have said if the default for the laptop was matte or glossy but that is minor nuance.
Had a cracked black and white screen. Not a tech guy what so ever but a DIY guy. One YouTube video and 10 minutes late. All done and like nothing ever happen. Website packed full of information. Would recommend to anyone!
Bought an Alienware 17 R5 but I was unhappy with the screen resolution (3QHD). The model I have comes in three confugurations - FHD, 3QHD and UHD.
Tried to look on Ebay for a screen replacement, but the idiotic companies in the UK insist that only a replacement of the screen resolution is compatible. I battled with them. Looked for video on YouTube to find out how replace a screen. At the bottom of the video, the link to this site is provided.

I was about to dump my son's 2 year old laptop in the landfill when I found this site. They had a brand new OEM level screen and the tools to install it. Had an Asus with a broken screen. Used their LCD "finder" app and it selected the right screen for me. Watched their video on how to install it then ordered the screen. Received it 2 days later. Installed in 10 minutes. Looks better than the original (before it was broken).

I received the new screen in a couple of days. The only thing I had to do was remove the metal locating brackets from the old screen with a putty knife and re-use on the new screen, which only took a couple of minutes.

I choosed UPS delivery, 11.5 for a poland -> france delivery in less than 5 days. With a 2 option for "UPS Standard shipping with insurance". So 13.5
10days after, I find an infonotice in my box. After investigation and calls with UPS I discovered that this notice has been droped in my box by a local delivery enterprise, not UPS.
That make me think that UPS delivery guy never passed to try any delivery. When I said that to UPS phone customer service, she didn't even tried to contradict me.
Here is the situation now:
I paid a lot for a screen and the delivery. The screen has been returned to LaptopScreen in poland after only 5days waiting where? I don't know and can't know. But UPS said me that it has never been droped to any relay point.
Then I run after refund from LaptopScreen but they only accept to refund me the screen and not the delivery even with the insurance!
Needed to replace a screen on an Asus laptop. Screen was significantly cheaper than going through manufacturer and was received in A+ condition, packaged well. Will purchase again through these folks in the future as needed.

Instead of ordering replacement screens through a reseller, I get them from these guys. They usually have what I'm looking for in stock (the reseller sometimes doesn't) and it's cheaper overall (even factoring in the shipping).

Unfortunately the customer did not provide a secure access code for the delivery person to complete the delivery. Once the access code was provided the second delivery attempt failed due to no answer. Parcel was returned back to sender at our expense. A refund for the returned item was issued upon receipt. Delivery charges for a delivery that was attempted twice but not completed successfully due to the missing information are not refundable, as the cost of delivery was incurred.
