Cost me $299 last time to replace the cracked screen via the manufacturer. So this time I tried something else. Simple! Easy! Cost $65! I was totally pleasantly surprised because there are so many misleading and bad companies out there. This is not one of them. Well, I was wrong. My daughter found this site and convinced me to check it out. I found the LCD for her ACER laptop and it was less than $50. Ok, the price looked surprisingly good, but what about the work involved? Could I do it? Well, the videos made it trivial.

I see people who are skeptical of "new users" to this site. I'm not a "user" but I was sent an email to list my experience with this site. I don't see anything wrong with that... how else do you expect to get the word out! Anyway, ordered a screen from them, put it in and it worked as it should. What else is there to say really!
I had a very good experience with laptopscreen.com and will purchase from them again if the need arises. The product was great and arrived promptly, although I had to check their site to see when the replacement screen shipped and get my tracking number. It would be nice if links to instruction videos could be provided, but I went to youtube and was able to figure out how to install the new screen myself, which saved me lots of money.
Their site saved me from a major service bill or potential replacement of my laptop. The ordering process was simple, using the model number of my laptop, then the product was shipped and received exactly when they said it would.
Replacement was relatively easy due to their YouTube video instructions. I probably would have taken more apart than necessary without the video.
Overall, very pleased with their service, product, and prices. Hopefully these low replacement prices will extend to cell phone screens!

I ordered a replacement screen to fix a friend's computer. The price was good and the screen arrived in a timely manner. I only wish they could have shipped with a place other than FedEx. It took 2 days and multiple phone calls to get package from FedEx.
