Zero/negitive star rating is not available here to rate this worst company. They call many times if we need to pay any amount after we pay for any service they wont respond for calls. Worst experience,. Their HR software and custom services are worst than nothing. Basic features i requested not available in their software, i don't understand how they selling incomplete and useless software.they agreed about basic features are not available in their software, for refund of my money also they taking more time and not responding for calls and its almost mire than 30 days still my refund not received, Don't Trust these people. Becareful

The Worst Service Ever, Contacted the company for an LLP registration and paid full amount as they requested,since the desired company name was not available we had to withdraw the application and requested for a refund, Now it's been 2 months since we requested for the refund now nobody answers the calls or responds to emails, Sent them countless emails and called so many times still no response This is total scamming service please do not be their next victim,

These people are complete fraudsters, looting publics hard earned money in broad daylight. They are completely unprofessional and unethical. I am attaching the screenshots of how they promise you to get the certificate and then deny that in time and if you cancel the order they don't offer you the refund aswell.I suggest all the people to stay away from this worst company.

They don't even allow you to review them on google or mouth shut.

Disappointed for the 2nd time.
We agreed to utilise their tax services package from April 2023 to March 2024. However January 2024 they assigned a new customer service agent who says the previous sales person has left the company and this package is no longer valid. We were asked to renew the package abruptly.
Despite sending written proof they dragged our case for more than 2weeks, missed to file our GST returns nearly landing us with a penalty.

They have previously also tried to charge us a fee outside the package in 2020-21. We regret returning back to them.

My Company ROC and ITR Filings Delayed for Several Months even after daily follow up

They do not have any team of professionals actually. I got my company compliance services from this company. I have paid all the amounts mentioned the proposal but they demand more money out of the proposal after half year of services. I have paid heavy penalties of gst non filing. During the service period. They even do not done my company basic coopliance and charged me around 50k. This is a worst company never belive them.
Also when i write a review on playstore about the service. You will be shocked with their reply. Attached here the snapshot.

Please dont do business projects with Indiafilings, they need only cash, after payments they will not respond emails, calls. 100%waste company.

I'm MD Nazmus sakib,,I gave a company compliance charabuni services pvt limited work to Indiafilling.in company employe mobile number *******0213 from 20th November she commitment me that after payment she will start the work but after payment she continuesly misleading me and giving me false reason and fake promises, after 10 days i find out she even didn't start my work and she saying she can't do my work she will refund my money, after 2 days she again saying different word that she will can't refund i have to mail for refund. I have a question to India filling that is I deserve this harassment after payment? If she can't able to do my important work why she fake promise me. I already lose my face to my customer for your harassment.

India filings WORST COMPANY For register my company they have given some package registration it cost around 8k. Once they received the amount they will not respond and they wont be on the promise what they have given in package. They did not given any document its fraud company it has been 6 months till date.

They will make to file each and everything which is not even needed for you or your company. They suck all your hard earned money and simply is the part of the filings... they will not help you at all but they help themselves grabbing all you time and money. In this regard, Harsh is one of the executive who pretend to help the clients. Siddeshwar or siddesh... they never say their names properly... please dont ever go with this company.

Do not ever connect with them. They are totally fraud and they will say everything we will be doing and after taking the money they will simply delay the process every day. Staffs are not purely inefficient and lazy.
They are never ready to help you with any of the issues. I have communicated with their multiple stuffs including CEO, but nothing changed. They are fraud. Only their business team is very active and whatever they will tell and later you will experience that their doings are totally opposite.
I am fighting for more then 2 months to incorporate my company after making full payment and still no result. Because no one cares about that.

I had taken service for my company incorporation and Annual compliance from India filings. They promised process will be seamless but my experience was just the opposite. They do NOT care to respond, take things ahead. As a result my company incorporation took 4 months which should ideally be done in 1 month max.
After having such terrible experience on Company incorporation i asked them to cancel my annual compliance service for which i had ******* /. Its been 2 months since i had raised the request but no one bothers to respond or close this.

I got a call from Bipasha from India fillings she provided me false information and taken away *******from me in the pretext for winding the company and she told me that my din was deactivated and for this I have to pay 6500 that I paid but I shocked to see that my DIN was actually activated but after that she never picked my call. Customer care number is pathetic no body is ready to pick the call even, Even of my email no revert back I received.
I am planning to file a case of forgery against the indiafilling as well as legal suit for the breach of customer trust by providing false and misleading information.

Fraudsters or scammers or both? I sent all information relating to my company accounts to Aman Dosani of India Filings (Tel *******508) on 31 July 2023. Since then they have not done any work despite Aman unreservedly and with conviction telling me that accounts have been completed. Fees for preparing the financial statements were paid in July 2023. Between this period and November 2023, I diligently dispatched around 300 WhatsApp messages and made numerous phone calls, yet not a single one was met with a response. Finally, in a surprising turn of events, a staff member named Ms. Krithika reached out to me via WhatsApp at the ungodly hour of 23:00, requesting an OTP to proceed with filing my company's tax return. The audacity! To my utter astonishment, despite her late-night communication, the tax return was never filed!
India Filings' staff lacks the necessary qualifications, often demonstrating a dismal grasp of client instructions and frequently appearing clueless. Regrettably, their training seems to encourage deceit and the dissemination of inaccurate information to unsuspecting clients. Their evident deficiency in competence and dedication is alarming. I cannot stress enough the imperative to steer clear of India Filings. My personal encounter has been nothing short of a harrowing ordeal, and I fervently advise others to avoid India Filings at all costs.

How on earth did these investors get involved with a scam company?

Do not go to IndiaFilings for Trademark Registration. They lure people with less charges for registration. But you end up paying many times later.
For us, they filed for Trademark registration deliberately without proper supporting documents. So the Trademark got objected. Then they asked us to pay another 2899
For amendment, another 2899 for objection reply. They also said, it may go for hearing for which we have to pay around 8000. As we did not want to waste further money, we did not proceed further.
Better to go to IP office directly for Trademark Registration.

They are very unprofessional. Firstly they quote you a rate and once you transfer they keep asking for more money saying rules have changed etc. We have been waiting for more than 3 months as their executive put in our wrong company address and we cannot open a bank account due to their mistake. They refuse to rectify saying pay Rs ******* more when it is their fault. NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
