They will take more than 20 Days to process a single trade mark, for a simple work they are taking this much time means how they going to incorporate a company? Employees are also not trained they doesn't know well. Not even deserve a star. Don't trust on other review, the company staff might posted it as good review, honestly give some small work they are not capable to complete it. Simply don't waste your time & money.

After visiting indiafilings website I have always been impressed about the website quality. But, was skeptical after reading some reviews here. Since I live in Chennai, I decided to go personally to their office and make a decision. Large office with hundreds of people working and 24/7 operations. So, its not a small setup like some of the other vendors I saw. Based on what I saw decided to go for it and my company was registered in 18 days. Some times I had to wait on phone for a customer agent or my relationship manager. But, other than that great service for any person looking to register a company or trademark at very good price.

I registered my last will and testament through the help of indiafilings. After fees payment, thier lawyer had contacted me next day to discuss the will. After the 30 minute discussion, she provided me with a draft will in 4 days. After some minor corrections here and there, one more draft was given and finalize. Time taken is about 8 days. The lawyer interacting with me was very helpful and had information on the relevant acts.
This is a fraud company. They have taken away my money and didn't care to complete the service. I had to get it done from another vendor. Please stay away from them. They are not even returning my money. I had availed Udyam Registration service. They keep giving excuses. Government should act on such companies.

India filings WORST COMPANY For register my company they have given some package registration it cost around 8k. Once they received the amount they will not respond and they wont be on the promise what they have given in package. They did not given any document its fraud company it has been 6 months till date.
