The company takes more than a month just to prepare an application to file. I had requested trademark registration in the month of July and till now they haven't filed the same. The representatives will be busy most of the time hence unable to talk to them. People on reception who take the first call are usually arrogant. Their telephone lines are not stable and will drop frequently.
