I had taken service for my company incorporation and Annual compliance from India filings. They promised process will be seamless but my experience was just the opposite. They do NOT care to respond, take things ahead. As a result my company incorporation took 4 months which should ideally be done in 1 month max.
After having such terrible experience on Company incorporation i asked them to cancel my annual compliance service for which i had ******* /. Its been 2 months since i had raised the request but no one bothers to respond or close this.
Terrible people with worst ever service.

Indiafilings is one of the worst company for firm registration customer care are uneducated they will miss guide never help you back and never answer your calls or reply to your messages after you do the payment

These people are complete fraudsters, looting publics hard earned money in broad daylight. They are completely unprofessional and unethical. I am attaching the screenshots of how they promise you to get the certificate and then deny that in time and if you cancel the order they don't offer you the refund aswell.I suggest all the people to stay away from this worst company.

They don't even allow you to review them on google or mouth shut.

They are frauds, please dont trust them and loose the money.

Do not ever connect with them. They are totally fraud and they will say everything we will be doing and after taking the money they will simply delay the process every day. Staffs are not purely inefficient and lazy.
They are never ready to help you with any of the issues. I have communicated with their multiple stuffs including CEO, but nothing changed. They are fraud. Only their business team is very active and whatever they will tell and later you will experience that their doings are totally opposite.
I am fighting for more then 2 months to incorporate my company after making full payment and still no result. Because no one cares about that.

Disappointed for the 2nd time.
We agreed to utilise their tax services package from April 2023 to March 2024. However January 2024 they assigned a new customer service agent who says the previous sales person has left the company and this package is no longer valid. We were asked to renew the package abruptly.
Despite sending written proof they dragged our case for more than 2weeks, missed to file our GST returns nearly landing us with a penalty.

They have previously also tried to charge us a fee outside the package in 2020-21. We regret returning back to them.

Zero/negitive star rating is not available here to rate this worst company. They call many times if we need to pay any amount after we pay for any service they wont respond for calls. Worst experience,. Their HR software and custom services are worst than nothing. Basic features i requested not available in their software, i don't understand how they selling incomplete and useless software.they agreed about basic features are not available in their software, for refund of my money also they taking more time and not responding for calls and its almost mire than 30 days still my refund not received, Don't Trust these people. Do not go to IndiaFilings for Trademark Registration. They lure people with less charges for registration. But you end up paying many times later.
For us, they filed for Trademark registration deliberately without proper supporting documents. So the Trademark got objected. Then they asked us to pay another 2899
For amendment, another 2899 for objection reply. They also said, it may go for hearing for which we have to pay around 8000. As we did not want to waste further money, we did not proceed further.
Better to go to IP office directly for Trademark Registration.

India filing people will suck all your time and money and worst thing is that they will not work for your favour. They will make to file each and everything which is not even needed for you or your company. They suck all your hard earned money and simply is the part of the filings... they will not help you at all but they help themselves grabbing all you time and money. In this regard, Harsh is one of the executive who pretend to help the clients. Siddeshwar or siddesh... they never say their names properly... please dont ever go with this company.

They do not have any team of professionals actually. I got my company compliance services from this company. I have paid all the amounts mentioned the proposal but they demand more money out of the proposal after half year of services. I have paid heavy penalties of gst non filing. During the service period. They even do not done my company basic coopliance and charged me around 50k. This is a worst company never belive them.

The amount of incompetence is truly overwhelming. People simply don't know what they are doing, we lost our time an money with them. If you are a foreigner, then my advice would be to never ever work with this firm.

Please don't spoil your money with them, better hire CA known to you in market...The company executives will not call, correspondence once they receive the payment. The positive rating and review are managed one.

I recently opted for services from IndiaFilings for LLP registration. After investing both my trust and hard-earned money, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Communication feels like a one-way street. No one seems to be there when you have concerns, and responses are few and far between.

More concerning, after paying the initial fees, I've been continually asked for more payments. And now, I'm being told that the amount I invested isn't refundable. It's distressing to see your resources, both in time and money, not being valued.

My intent in sharing this review isn't to harm any reputation, but as a sincere word of caution for others. You deserve a service that respects your investment and provides genuine support. I truly hope no one else has to face a similar situation.

Filed trademark application through them. They never bothered to inform there was an opposition. I had to check the status myself. Still trusted them and paid for a premium plan where are supposed to help on all stages.

Opposition party has responded to the initial filing. Again no notification/information from their end. Mind you they will enter their contact details so you will not get the information from TMR as well. In spite of repeated reminders no call back from their side. I have lost my brand's trademark, about 20,000 rs and 1 year of time with them. So please

They have not even done commencement of business for 9 months, which is the basic thing, and upon complaining on *******@indiafilings.com, we have not received a reply. I purchased for Proprietorship Registration and when we reached the GST registration stage, the person handling my case wasn't that knowledgeable or knew what they were doing and my application was rejected. Then they put my GST Registration on hold. They don't respond to texts, they don't pick calls, the live help is no use either. I've been trying to ask them what all do they need from me so we can get it done, but nothing. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do.

I ignored similar reviews from other people thinking my experience would be better but it has been horrible. Don't work with them. Your local CA might charge more, but will be available, communicate clearly and importantly get the job done. Please go with someone else.
