Avoid this company at all cost, in my case 149.99 $. I activated the card, and when I went to use it, discovered it was drained of all but 02 cents. I contacted the company, but have received NO resolution. Horrible experience.

To a close family friend who is a congressman and to my uncle who is a federal judge. They stole from me. This is a predatory company and needs to be shut down. I suggest that everyone who has this experience report it to their congressperson. They can shut it down. There can also be a class action lawsuit. They make multiple million of dollars in lost funds every year. It is crap

It's completely outrageous there's no confidence in your product. I'm making sure everyone I know doesn't use a dumb gift card ever again. They're literally worthless

If you don't remember who gave you the gift card, you cannot access the funds. Customer service representative refused to help me without knowing who gave it to me.

They declined my purchases after I had no problem with the first one. They told me that there was a problem to try again. I did several more times not knowing that they were taking my money each time. Now they are giving me the turnaround and won't return my money. They have no customer service to speak of and I am afraid that I have lost my money don't use this service.

Please please please. DO NOT buy this card. They do not have adequate customer support. No could help me with the registration error. There is no real support!

Bought a Uber eats gift card and never received it in my email this is completely unacceptable and they need to be stopped from scamming others

I received a $100 Gift Card and right after I registered it the balance came up as.74 cents. I knew these scams are out there but you always think your protected. Tried to call and not able to reach anyone. Extremely heartbroken as I was going to use for much needed groceries. Michele Williamson

Went to the website to register a card to use it for internet purchases.
Kept getting a "403 Forbidden" message.
Did some research, which explained that this can happen when using a VPN.
So I disabled my VPN and was able to register the card.
It stinks that I'm required by this company to send personal data over wifi without the safety of a VPN in order to register the card.
VISA distribured and serviced by Blackhawk network, issued by Metabank.

This business is a complete scam. I've now had 2 cards that one was supposedly used by someone else and the other was mysteriously replaced. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ADDRESS ETC WHEN YOU CALL THEM. They are ripping people off and need a class action lawsuit brought against them. These reviews speak for themselves

I Purchased a $50 gift card for myself. I tried using it at online for 35 bucks three times and it was declined went to another site and used $15 it was accepted. Next day I called for assistance and found out my balance was 0 I should have had 35 bucks left. Unfortunately you can't get a human being online or by phone never again would I purchase this type of card.

Recently purchased a card. Could not register it on their mcgift.giftcardmall.com site.
Called 3 different "customer service" numbers.
All automated and claiming the card is "not in their records".
Do not trust anything from Pathward/Metabank or Blackhawk. They're nothing more than con artists.

Scammed, I am from AMERIGROSS. Don't trust anyone they're a ghost living without their souls. I should of known already walking in a government store. Government don't care about us! Got a $25 visa gift card as a GIFT registered the card, and set up a PIN tried to use it a few times and it always declined. So I looked up the account and it appears someone used it in Florida and I am in Nevada. Called customer service they kept asking what browser I used to register the card and if anyone else had access to it, I did everything I was supposed to do so now they want proof of purchase how it was purchased and bank statements. This is ridiculous. It was a gift and I'm not about to bother the person that gave it to me when this obviously has nothing to do with the purchase. So just avoid this place it's not worth all the hassle!

Someone else got to use my birthday money! There's no way to communicate with a person, so once it's gone, you're stuck.

DO NOT BUY FROM GIFTCARDMALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I received a $100 gift card from my daughter for my birthday. The packaging was completely intact, but when I opened the package the last 6 digits had been scratched off completely, the hidden security code had been scratched off then re-covered with solder, and the magnetic strip was also scratched through to ensure the card was unusable. I called their customer service and they claim they'll be sending a replacement card in 7-10 business days. Time will tell. Regardless, they have very serious security issues because apparently this is "normal" for them. Unbelievable lack of security and quality control. Buy a VISA gift card from your local bank, not giftcardmall.
