Website and support is a scam! Bought stuff but only 2 of my 30 items came and they wont help. The 2 items that did come are terrible quality and they want me to ship back to china on my expenise
I received my 2 items over 3 months after ordering. They were fine other than being overpriced for what they were. When I contacted them to return the day after i received them (clearly did not need them anymore since it was 3 months later), they refused a return because they said "by their logistics" I had received the item much sooner than I actually did. Even after multiple emails they were completely uninterested in righting this issue. Do not recommend Devil Inspired AT ALL.
I don't understand that why a refund take forever to complete, I kept pushing them to get my money back. This is ridiculous, I've ordered a strawberry dress from them once and hours later an email send me that the item was out of stock. Many frustration with these people is unacceptable, very unprofessional. Hardly going through emails back and forth.
I missed a preorder window for a dress collection last year by some random number of hours. They opened orders for the same item again, featured the item in an ad on Facebook and I placed my order for it 12h later.
I had ordered with them before with no problems save for one time some missing accessory were refunded. No biggie.
This time, the WHOLE COLLECTION is DISCONTINUED and was AVAILABLE for order on the site.
I hope to get a partial refund for the non-existent items and still get sent the rest of the order...
Otherwise, I will not be ordering from them anymore and blocking their misleading ads.

Updating this review to make it more useful.
In most cases I would recommend ordering with them. The shipping is slow, but it is well explained on the site why it is so long. Do not expect anything to show up at your door before 3 months.
I have no issues with this.
They are a Taobao reseller, making it easier for international customer to get their hands on some quality products.
The clothes are of good, even excellent quality. Usually great fabrics, good craftsmanship. I did not get any knockoff products from them.
I can commend customer service on their quick reach out about my order. They responded fairly fast during opening hours.
Since they are a resseller this might be where things go south. They typically give a 30 day preorder period to place your order.
I opted for a full cancellation and refund in the end. They wanted to only refund 80% for a restock fee of some items but after providing them with screenshots of their own ads and social media posts still circulating featuring the item, they gave me the refund. Currently waiting on the funds to be credited to my card via Paypal.
My advice: be wary when ordering. Take screenshots before placing orders, of everything; ads, your order, the countdown, their own website, absolutely everything. Just in case they pull the rug from under your feet with a shortened preorder window.
I ordered an item and it has sat saying "proccessing" for two months. I sent two different messages asking about it with no response. I sent in a ticket asking about it and recieve the response of it will be two more months but we can give you a refund if you can't wait. Ticket is closed.
Have to open another ticket to request a refund.
You are a business it shouldn't be this hard for customers to get a response about things. Two months of no information despite reaching out multiple times and then getting a message worded in a rude way basically calling me impatient for expecting something I paid good money for and higher shipping on to get here in a timely manner, or at least have my questions answered.

I bought a pair of shoes for a wedding in 5 months and they emailed me a week later stating the item was out of stock and if I wanted store credit or a refund so I replied asking for a refund with my order number. They replied within a couple days saying that I should get a refund for $64.08 within 10-15 days. It's been a month and I haven't received a refund and customer service isn't responding to my emails. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
Absolutely awful company to deal with. I did a pre-order in November but never received it. Asked for a refund in May but never received that either. Says pending.
Bought a crossbody bag and they sent me a backpack. It's been 3 months now and they can't seem to figure out how to refund me. We have been going round and round for months now and there is no one to speak to. They only communicate by email or chat. DONT BUY ANYTHING here! You risk getting your product and will never be able to return or exchange because they make it impossible!

I ordered these items back in November, in late January i received an email telling me the two items were out of stock. So i contacted the support for a refund of these two items, i asked repeatedly - they didn't send me my refund for two weeks and they only sent it after i threatened to make a dispute with my bank. When the refund was received, i contacted my bank to close the dispute immediately on February 16th. Now, i had another item to my order and since then (currently 4th of April) Devilinspired has been refusing to ship or refund the final item, claiming that the item cannot be shipped due to the previous dispute, despite me sending screenshots in emails showing of me closing the dispute with my bank - my bank won't refund Devilinspired the full amount until i have received my full order, this is not in my control as I have already tried to close this dispute. Due to this ive had to make another dispute with my bank for the final item of my order. Do not make the same mistake ordering from this company. I had ordered from them previously and was going to continue doing so until they started holding my money and refusing to ship my items. Very disappointed.
I ordered a dress from there and never received it in the mail, fairly disappointed I paid approximately $75 dollars as well.
I ordered a dress that was described as "In Stock 1-2 weeks" on their site. After 15 days I got a message that said it's out of stock and they asked if I would like a refund or a replacement. I said that I wanted a refund, and so far I got no answer and it's been a few days already. The best thing is that the dress is still listed as "In Stock".
You pay for the item then wait two weeks to get a message that they don't have that item. Then wait even longer for a refund. Stay away from that site.
Zakupiłam coś na tej stronie 2 razy i za każdym produkt był niedostępny w magazynie, a zwrot trwał chyba wieki nielicząc tego, iż dostałam mniejszą sumę niż powinnam. Po co Devil przyjmuje zamówienia sukienek niedostępnych? Jest to zwykłe oszustwo, pierwsza sukienka kosztowała mnie 76$, dostałam o kilka $ mniej, nie dużo mniej, ale tak czy owak mniej, druga kosztowała 86$ i nadal czekam na zwrot moich środków! Jestem rozczarowana, iż moja przyjaciółka kupowała tam już 4 razy i dostała swoje przedmioty, a ja za każdym napotykam się na zwrot i niedostępność w magazynie. Nie kupujcie tam!
Wow. This company went though a lot of trouble to disappoint a lot of people. Beautiful photographs, creative packaging and adorable clothing and accessories. The problem is after you pay inflated prices you may or may not receive your items. When you write to them they will tell you not to worry about it. I wrote 2 months later and some items are out of stock but they said they were too busy to refund me.
I'm too busy to send strangers 450$ and not receive the items I ordered and now I have to take the time to report them all over the internet and put them on blast. My first order I didn't receive a refund they promised for an item that was out of stock or a refund for an item they said they sent that I never received. I don't know why I ordered more from them I guess I was still hopeful. Now they told me items were out of stock (in November) I wasn't refunded and I received NOTHING from the entire order, 450$! I'm starting my own store here and I will never do this to anybody. I'm motivated to find designers and SMOKE this scam business. "Sorry we are too busy to refund you ", are you kidding me?
I ordered a JSK and another item from here, the dress came and it was quite lovely and fit nice it and was good quality for how cheap it was. But I did not get the other thing with my order, very sad because it would have been the perfect coord. But i will just find somewhere else to buy it.
This site basically takes your orders and then buys the items off of taobao. Many times, they'll have items listed that are out of stock, and they'll contact you after you place your order and pay about that item not being in stock. As a result, you have to choose between shop credit or a reeeally slow refund. In my last order, it took a whole month before someone told me that something was out of stock. I had to receive my order and ask them myself why it was missing an item. Honestly, all the items are priced up, and it may just be more worth it to buy straight from taobao with a proxy service. Definitely don't recommend.
A couple weeks back I ordered a dress I really liked.
As soon as I placed my order I recieved an email that I will be sent more information regarding the order 3 days later. I did not receive any further information on my order and when I directly asked them to inform me regarding my dress they told me to just be patient.
Over ten days later I receive an email from them telling me my item is out of stock.
I'm waiting for my refund which I hardly expect to get after seeing how sloppy costumer service is.
Do not waste your time and money on this website.
I purchased the Sanrio Authorized Cinnamoroll Jacket on Dec. 9th for Christmas for my niece. I still have not received any email notifications on where my package is at. Even if it's delayed, it would be helpful to receive an email notification.I've emailed them twice and still no one has replied!
My boyfriend and I ordered two dresses from this site. He bought one for me and it arrived. I never received mine since February 2022. After a multitude of emails with customer service saying that my dress was no longer available and that they were going to refund me 60%, I am still waiting for this refund after several reminders. I sincerely believe that they will never refund me.
As a plus size girl I was really excited to find lolita dresses in my size (waist 95cm) even if I only just fit into the largest size. The dress I ordered fit fine and is comfortable, the stretchy back gives it a little more allowance than the website states I think.
I ordered a dress from the OCELOT range and I noticed that that brand has TaoBao where dresses appear to be much cheaper, but as someone who can't speak Chinese I was okay with paying a bit extra for a more acessable site.
Overall the dress quality is quite good and matches the photos (minus a hoop skirt) however it did come with quite a few threads that needed to be cut and a couple of small stains. Luckily the stains were coverable with the butterfly motif accessories that came with my dress but be weary if you order one that doesn't have attachable accessories.
Shipping was faster than expected, about a month and a half, the dress was packaged in a normal plastic shipping bag.
I'm overall happy with my experience with DevilInspired.
I purchase a dress that was over $160 in September. A day after I purchased they sent an email about the dress being out of stock. I REQUESTED A REFUND, which they said they would. It has been over a month now from when that conversation took place and they have not refunded the money. At this point I will need to file a claim with my bank. It is sad that they have lost a customer. This also happened to my friend. It seems that they love to collect money for dresses they don't have. Bad company. Stay away!

Answer: No its not its insanely difficult to contact devilinspired if something goes wrong. My first attempts were customer support through face messenger, the website chat, and instagram to which I received no help or reply. It was then when I emailed them that I finally got a response that was filled childish unprofessional begging etc They shouldnt run a business. They aren't a business. All they do is scam and make ill excuses
