Over the last few months, I have been writing back and forth emails for a refund on a preorder that was canceled back in November. I finally called the bank this week to see if they could do anything. The customer service representative from devilinspired kept saying wait and they would pass the request to their "boss" when contacted. When I emailed in November, I was told their credit card servers were down and to check in January. It's seems they forgot, and only the following day when customer service emailed back to my second request did they list the order as officially canceled rather than in processing. My bank was very understanding, but most banks have a period of two months to make a claim.
Absolutely awful company to deal with. I did a pre-order in November but never received it. Asked for a refund in May but never received that either. Says pending.
5 out of my seven orders had 1 or more items that became sold our after purchase this has happened many times over the course of this year and Im done. Why does this keep happening literally checked if my last order's items were in stock just so I wasn't disappointed again. And guess what. They weren't! So I ordered and then a week later know what happened? They were sold out. Below are just two of the instances of items selling out after purchasing.
I just recieved my Devil Inspired order over 2 months after ordering from them. I don't think that is truly their fault though, as they were very communicative with the process of my order. Apparently Infanta didn't have the size I ordered, which held devil inspired up for a few days to confirm with me about getting a different size, and then Infanta didn't ship my dress to devil inspired's warehouse for over a week. All in all it took a month to get my order shipped, and then the US postal service took forever as well, but the items got here well packaged and safe, and they're just amazing. I'm glad that I was able to get updates about my order so frequently as I had never ordered from a taobao reseller before, and didn't know what to expect. If not for the hold ups in shipping this would be a 5 star review.
On May 1 I purchased a dress that I no longer needed/wanted, and asked for a refund. Customer service got back to me a day later saying that my refund would be processed within two weeks and sent to my PayPal account (which the order was placed). That's great, thank you. I say as much!
Two weeks pass, and no sign of a refund. After three weeks, May 29th, I email again. I state that my refund was supposed to have been processed and asked when I would see it. I do not receive a reply for this email.
On the 7th of June I sent yet another email, explaining that I've been waiting for quite a while for this refund to show up. I get a reply a day later saying that they had a dragon boat festival and weren't able to respond to my email right away and that my refund would show up within the next few days. It's been about 12 days, and still no sign of my money. We'll see what happens!
And I am immensely satisfied! Great quality, well worth the wait. I don't think I've felt this adorable in anything else. The fact that I got a shirt, a hoodie, a hat of my favorite pudding dog is just amazing to me.
At first, I thought that this could of been a scam site. But I saw loads of reliable sources that had bought and received nice outfits from there, so I thought "Why not?" And went ahead and bought a dress. Shipping seems steep (in my opinion) but I thought it was fine considering it was coming from Asia to England. I ordered it last Thursday, and received it yesterday, ( Thursday) took a week, but I thought it came really fast. And, the dress is absolutely amazing. Great material, beautiful print and beautifully made. I'm so ecstatic that I'd definitely buy from there again. Anyone whose pondering whether or not to, go ahead because the products are amazing. Also amazing customer service!
I just got my first dress and a couple of shirts from DevilInspired this month. I thought the ordering was super easy, the processing times for each item were accurate and the sizing descriptions were also accurate (turned out it was really important for the shirts, depending on the brand!). I was surprised at how great the quality was to be honest, the dress was SO lovely and the quality was amazing. I've already put in a second order with this company, I'm excited to continue buying their products! Shipping was really quick and easy, I would definitely recommend buying from this company if you are looking for cute, affordable lolita!

It's really nice to see the selection on the website when it comes to Lolita fashion! I was looking for a nice blouse and there was many to choose from! What I'm most happy about is the selection and differences from color variety and size differences [let's be honest, lolita clothes are often one size only]! It's really fun to take time and look at all the selection to get ideas of what you're looking for your outfit!
I thought this site would be okay since almost all the reviews were positive, but I was sadly fooled. When I got my order, they had sent the wrong dress! I emailed them about it and they refused to remedy the situation, even though I showed them the purchase email. They then completely stopped replying, and I ended up having to file a chargeback with my credit card. Don't trust all the reviews; they have been paid for! Their instagram has comments left by angry customers about how they were scammed, unless they've already been deleted. Beware! This company is a fraud!
This site has a bad record for sending wrong dresses, and bad customer service. I ordered from here in June and it said it would arrive around July 8th-15th. I have yet not received my package and their customer service is terrible. I sent 3 emails in the past week and still have not received an answer. Just a mere store notification that I have to contact the handler for my order. Two things which the site should be responsible for. I hate sending angry reviews but I want to warn all my fellow lolita gals that this site is bad and just takes your money.

I think they're a great reseller of different cute clothes, they're not too expensive and the quality is good! I got always a fast response via E-Mail on my questions and they do their best to make their costumers happy. Great costumer service and fast shipping! Their online shop is perfect for Lolita, Gothic, Retro or japanese Fashion Lovers in general. I would definitely recommend them!^-^
I purchased a dress on Devil Inspired. 24 hours later I receive an email stating they did not have the dress in stock. They said they would "keep an eye on it" or refund me in 2 weeks. Then they kept the same dress, size, color that they did not have in stock online. They sell items that do not exist.
I ordered a bunch of stuff with express shipping to get it in time for an event. Unfortunately, I was informed that 2 of my items couldn't be shipped for the week. I asked if it was possible to at least ship most of my items. Then, for a few days I didnt receive a reply, so I contacted them again. Apparently, They had replied to the wrong client about the issue and apologized for the delay and agreed on shipping everything that could be shipped. Everything was top notch. Incredible quality and the fabric didn't fade when I wash it. Overall I am satisfied I wish I could give them a 4,5 rating since the issues that happened were resolved in a professional manners. I would buy from them again.
I recently found out about Chinese style lolita dresses while google with related keywords. I immediately set out on an online adventure to shop for Chinese Lolita. Surprising it was very very very difficult, taoboa had a few, ebay had a few, DH gate had 2 postings, nothing outstanding. Then I found devilinspired, and I found heaven. They had beautiful Chinese Lolita dresses in many styles, colors, and matching accessories. Reasonably priced, good quality, very friendly and personable customer service. I purchased over 6 dresses from them so far, each more beautiful than the next. I get so many compliments it's really like I have turned into a Chinese Lolita Princess. I highly recommend this site, it made my life so happy and colorful and hopeful.
I ordered from devilinspired a year ago and bought my first souffle song dress there. It is my favorite dress ever since! All the products were good quality and fitted perfect.

Website and support is a scam! Bought stuff but only 2 of my 30 items came and they wont help. The 2 items that did come are terrible quality and they want me to ship back to china on my expenise
I got a really cute pink casual Lolita skirt and I love it. It arrived quickly and was nicely packaged. The fabric is really cute, I love the print. I checked my measurements against the size chart so it fits really well!
I ordered these items back in November, in late January i received an email telling me the two items were out of stock. So i contacted the support for a refund of these two items, i asked repeatedly - they didn't send me my refund for two weeks and they only sent it after i threatened to make a dispute with my bank. When the refund was received, i contacted my bank to close the dispute immediately on February 16th. Now, i had another item to my order and since then (currently 4th of April) Devilinspired has been refusing to ship or refund the final item, claiming that the item cannot be shipped due to the previous dispute, despite me sending screenshots in emails showing of me closing the dispute with my bank - my bank won't refund Devilinspired the full amount until i have received my full order, this is not in my control as I have already tried to close this dispute. Due to this ive had to make another dispute with my bank for the final item of my order. Do not make the same mistake ordering from this company. I had ordered from them previously and was going to continue doing so until they started holding my money and refusing to ship my items. Very disappointed.

Answer: No its not its insanely difficult to contact devilinspired if something goes wrong. My first attempts were customer support through face messenger, the website chat, and instagram to which I received no help or reply. It was then when I emailed them that I finally got a response that was filled childish unprofessional begging etc They shouldnt run a business. They aren't a business. All they do is scam and make ill excuses
