No its not its insanely difficult to contact devilinspired if something goes wrong. My first attempts were customer support through face messenger, the website chat, and instagram to which I received no help or reply. It was then when I emailed them that I finally got a response that was filled childish unprofessional begging etc
They shouldnt run a business. They aren't a business. All they do is scam and make ill excuses

Super easy, they reply really quickly to their email and are very competent.
