I spoke to Rahul J today and he made my day with his fantastic customer service, friendliness, and professional manner. Other call center agents should adopt Rahul's way of working, well done.
Verification of new artwork should last a month based on the information written in the notifications. However, checks take more than 2 months, which discourages any desire to post work. No wonder these drains are going downhill.
I waisted my lot of time to uploading very unique images and when these started earning adobe stock blocked my account I made another account and the same issue was there also they just deactivated my account again when my images were making money😡😠

Got suckered into a 12 months subscription after missing the free trial cut off date. Accumulated 120 assets and due to lack of variety on the platform, only used 25 credits- upon cancelling my service I found out that I would loose the assets ive paid for and there is not a dam thing that I can do about it accept to continue the subscription. Online and phone customer care was absolutely shocking and no one wanted to help- only upsell me on a service I am clearly not using. Disgraceful and disappointing. Save your money people- so many better options for stock images!
In typical Adobe fashion being a vampire of the creative industries, they charge a mad 150 quid cancel a fee. A creative dry company that hasn't produce a functional new software in the better part of two decades and shifted to a software as a service and there tactics to keep customer reflect there desperation to retain customer. Now with their purchase of figma it looks like Adobe won't have another graphic design competitor again for another decade which is a shame. Anyway don't buy it but your probably in the same situation as me and trying to avoid this cancellation fee.
I downloaded Adobe stock, planned to use it and then cancel my membership. When I went into cancel the same day and then a week later it kept telling me to come back once my order processed. When I went back in to cancel it charges me half the price of the full membership! Are you kidding me!?! I used one photo. I paid it and they have lost a customer. In fact I will tell every site I can find and every review I can do to NEVER use their service. Absolutely ridiculous and should be brought up on charges as a scam.
Got 10 free photos from them. I love some of the content I got thru here. I made some fantastic head-turning art in my group using the stock photos I bought via adobe stock. I hope you choose adobe stock today!
If you miss the window to cancel it will cost you over $200 to cancel early! Not only is it expensive, it's not a very user-friendly site. I use photoshop quite a bit and love it but this product is not worth the money... or the extra cancellation fee if life happens and you miss the deadline to cancel. If it was a great product, they wouldn't need to take money from people who don't want to use it.
Tip for consumers:
If you want to sign up for the free trial, make sure you don't miss the deadline to cancel

Shutterstock and other stock companies are far more reasonable than adobe.
Adobe locks you in a one year plan. Be very careful when signing up.

I was initially offered a free 30 day trial to see if I liked the product and services. Before my 30 day trial was going to end by I opted to cancel because my business is not going to need this service. I was then notified that because I did not cancel within the first 14 days of my 30 day, free trial, I now have to pay $250 cancellation fee. This is clearly and blatantly a scam and I would not recommend anyone to inquire on their services.

To sum up my experience:
- The search engine is giving you generic images, and it is really hard to find good ones. They made it almost impossible to browse good images and save good curators.
- Customer support is one of the badest I have experienced so far.
- They make changes to the platform and subscription plans, and if this affects you, you are doomed.
I can't recommend this service; just poor quality and bad support.

You will fall into a year long contract with an big cancellation fee. They will not send you an email letting you know this is about to happen. This is unfortunate since I have up till now been happy with Adobe's software
Wish I read the reviews before agreeing to Adobe Stock's "free" trial. I experienced the same problems I see in a lot of other reviews: If you accidentally let the trial end, or even stay on for one month to see how you like it, you will get locked into and charged for an entire year. It's not month-to-month as you would expect, since they refer to it as your upcoming "monthly" payment or charge. Even if you do not use the service at all, they impose $164.95 cancellation fee, plus any month-to-month payments you've made at that point. To put salt in the wound, when I reached out to support, they gave me the runaround for an hour and then pointed to the "fine print" in their terms that deem the situation my fault, the obligation set in stone whether the customer finds any value whatsoever in their product or not. I did not. I ended up paying $200 for two fairly unremarkable clip art images that frankly, anyone could have done without. Infuriating.
Cant believe adobe stock is now full of ai fake images generated, i really dont now what im going to do now with my membership.
I mistakenly sign up for this service and let trial period ended. I tried to cancel it when I realised I have been charged (second month), and I thought this was it and it was cancelled. But it didn't! At fourth month I have already paid 150€ for this service that I have not used and they want to charge 120€ more to cancel it! INSANE! Moreover... I cannot even delete my credit card. What kind of customer service is this?

Where to begin? First off, it's a borderline scam how it offers a free trial and hiding the fact that the subscription starts and you are locked in an entire year. I have never seen any company of this kind pull something like this. Next, I paid for a year and at the end you have to time it to the precise day to end it and if you quit early they charge you extra and if you don't end the subscription the second it ends they rope you into another year. Absolutely awful business tactic! And to put the icing on the cake. The credit after 1 year end immediately if you don't use them. Overall, worst website and customer appreciation I have ever been a part of. Do not use this site!
Worst company with its policy, please don't subscribe unless you read all the policy pages or you will have to pay a penalty to unsubscribe, Scammers, they stole from me 60$
Adobe Stock images is a complete scam site -- they offer a 30 day trial and will keep charging you after you log on and go through their purposely hard cancellation process.
When you find the charge on your card, and contact them, they bait and switch the conversation: "How can we make you stay?" When you say you cancelled already - they tag on an additional $60 "early cancellation fee."
If they do this to you - use their chat. Demand they cancel without the fee and then reverse any charges. Make sure when you do cancel - that you get a cancellation email. Else, screen shot it.

I wanted to try Adobe Stock for one month and was willing to pay 45$ (which is already quite expensive). When I tried to cancel my subsription after 3 weeks of use, Adobe Stock charges me 240$ just to cancel my plan! I never agreed to an annual plan. This is theft. I will never use this service again.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use Adobe Stock. It's not worth it.

Absolutely shoddy service from Adobe stock, I ticked the free trial, I wish I hadn't. I have been charged twice for a service i never used and now a penalty of £119 for cancelling the policy. Please avoid Adobe Stock! It is like pulling teeth to get any support, I typed to a virtual assistant that explained that I would receive a refund and my account was cancelled... obviously that was not the case.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT CLICK FREE TRIAL OF ADOBE STOCK
The platform is not very user friendly and reaching helpful support requires some persistence. The Adobe representatives that do respond just refer you to the most basic help link and make the minimal effort to offer help. There is a great variety of quality photos, but the technical and customer service features could use a great deal of improvement.
Tip for consumers:
Use another site instead.

Signed up for a trial and cancelled it before the trial period ended. I was charged anyway for the next three months. When I contacted customer service they tried to say I should've got a cancellation email (no, you get a cancellation email for cancelling the actual annual subscription and not for cancelling the trial). They tried to offer me a discounted monthly fee which I refused. Then they told me I would have to pay the early cancellation fee of $160 which I also refused. FINALLY, they agreed to refund me the three months I paid without the cancellation fee. If this happened to you, do not take no for an answer. It's a scam.
Went to cancel my plan and they would not cancel my account and reimburse me for a pending charge. I haven't used adobe stock in months and kept forgetting to cancel. Called to cancel and they pulled some fine print BS out of their pocket and would not refund me for the service. Pretty sure that if you're unhappy with a service that that company should reimburse you. They're a joke and their chat section to talk to a rep SUCKS, its so hard to use. Complete garbage. This is a scam.
Life happens, I'm a busy person, and I accidentally forgot to cancel the free trial and only remembered when I saw the charge on my credit card almost a month later. I tried to cancel myself, but the system said I would be charged $164.95 for cancelling early. Outrageous. I wanted to cancel because I no longer need this account. I didn't even use this account past the free trial and forgot it existed until I saw the charge.
Therefore, I contacted customer service to explain my situation. Since these customer service reps are there to try to get you to stay, I was initially offered a discounted plan of $19.99/month and 3 free months. They make it sound like it's not possible to cancel without the giant fee and that this is the best they can do. I felt like I was being forced to pay for something I no longer need.
BUT it really isn't all they can do. If you are in the same situation as me, stand your ground and ask to speak to a supervisor and the representative will back off and suddenly cancel the whole thing without the gigantic fee. I think they are taught to only respond that way if they see the trigger words "I would like to speak to a supervisor".
It definitely took some teeth-pulling, but I was finally able to cancel the plan without the scam-like early cancellation fee, which I shouldn't be charged especially since I didn't even use the product past the trial period. The reason I didn't give 1 star is because I was able to cancel it in the end without fees.
I'm stunned by how bad an offer they have compared to others
For 30$ or 45$ monthly - YOU STILL GET limited downloads, no music library, and no aftereffects tamplets
And quality of content?... yes it is high quality. But at this price - its not higher quality then envato. Elements
I'm glad there are other options on market
Adobe Stock = Adobe Suck
