The cancellation is awful. You should be able to cancel without being charged. Rip off if you're not using regularly. Not happy.

I hear ya. After about 40 minutes of battling it out with the chat agent I was able to get the cancellation fee waived. I had to threaten them with a bad review before they would do it though. If you haven't cancelled yet try the bad review method
