I ordered a product. Money was taken from my account. I was apparently supposed to get a voucher in order to make purchase. Didn't get one! Didn't know I needed one! Emailed twice & emails ignored.
Emailed HO & then had a battle to get my money back! Asked customer service how to avoid this happening again & to walk me through the purchase process- after 4 emails to customer service, I'm still none the wiser. All I get is a response asking for the order number & a follow up with- " we've already refunded you for that order". Absolutely & totally incompetent!

Wowcher /Prime holidays/ Travel….they share the same What's Ap number. Wowcher was investigated by GOVERNMENT body CRA last year in relation to the way they market themselves. Immediately after true bad reviews go up they redirect there own 5* reviews! Check them out, none are validated purchases. If you too have been scammed by them please go on Facebook Wowcher scam, add your experience of the scam, uwe already have hundreds and adding daily. This dossier will be presented to the CRA to scrutinise. So much damage being done to innocent consumers. I will add here I have been promised a refund after 55 messages/emails etc but I will continue to post on here until I receive it. Power in numbers.

Extremely Disappointing Service – Avoid!

I had a terrible experience with Wowcher and their so-called "customer service." I ordered a gift package for my partner and paid extra for next-day delivery. Not only did it not arrive the next day, but it has still not arrived days later. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via WhatsApp, I was met with copy-paste responses that offered no real help.

I was never given a tracking number or any proof that my order was even dispatched. When I asked for confirmation, they either ignored me or gave vague responses. Since yesterday, they have stopped responding altogether. I have been left waiting at home for three days for nothing.

This was meant to be an anniversary gift, and because of Wowcher's incompetence, I had nothing to give my partner on our special day. The entire experience has caused me so much stress that it has affected my health, leading to migraines. Their customer service is dismissive and unwilling to help—only interested in getting rid of customers rather than resolving issues.

I would strongly advise against using Wowcher. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then refuse to assist when things go wrong. Absolutely unacceptable service!

Bullying behavior

Brought a voucher for a holiday off wowcher. Amsterdam for 2 nights followed by Paris for 2 nights. Booked for my 60th birthday. Offered a 20.00 flight Amsterdam and a early morning flight on the last day. Setting off from Luton and returning to Gatwick. So losing 2 full days and how do we sort the carparking out?. They then offered better flights a hotel upgrade we never asked for and a shorter bus trip to Paris which we also never asked for. This was going to cost another £120 each but Krishna was going to use her "own discount" to get in down to £100 each ( that old chestnut) I asked for a refund by post last night and then by phone today. I was told the manager would ring at 1600. What a bully, he offered a couple of alternatives but all involved more money and he was very shouty. He stated that it wasnt their policy to give refunds, so I dont know what has hapened to the 14 day guaranted money back. It ended up with my husband coming home and telling him that we would contact wowcher. Since then we have tried countless times to contact wowcher with no resolution

£89 German Christmas market x3 now new ending up to £1000. They called second day saying hotel they booked wasn't great they have a better one £200 then another call saying your flights are bad £180 extra. Ment to be going on Saturday but just found out the airport to hotel is 127 km away and return taxi is £270 or three hour train ride then taxi. We have today decided to cut our losses and enough is enough. My daughter is devastated but can't keep paying. I was stupid but not again.

My grandaughter wanted a lego stitch and her mom found what she thought was fantastic deal on Wowcher as it was reduced from 49.99 to 18.99. Once ordered realised it wasn't what she has searched for but a cheap copy. Realising the mistake we tried to contact Wowcher to cancel the order. No contact details other than a WHATAPP mobile, an app that we don't use. In their customer service instructions it tells us to click NEED HELP? No such link. If no link then contact the MERCHANT directly. No contact details for the Merchant displayed.
So basically a website selling 3rd party supplied goods with no proper customers service contact information or responsibility for issues with orders placed on their site.
This contravenes UK government laws for distance selling that states:
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty.

The worst thing that can happen is that they do not return the money for canceling zakopow, they are constantly cheating. Contact the seller. The seller also lies and tells you to contact the biggest fraudster wowcher

Still no communication about cancelling and refunding me I have contacted the merchant who then told me to contact Wowcher they just bounce you back and forth.

There's a saying that applies to Wowcher "All that glitters is not gold" I've had 2 failed orders and Wowcher keep offering a voucher and refuse to give me a cash refund. Unfortunately I'm not the only person who's experienced problems. Check out Facebook Groups... Wowcher Rip Off and Wowcher Community Support, which is their own Facebook group for examples.

I was misled by this site's advertising into believing I was buying an actual product, not just a voucher, so I didn't check the details of the confirmation email straight away and only looked for it to find out when the product would arrive 11 days later. I found instead an email with a voucher code that had expired 6 days after purchase. They are refusing to refund me, despite their claim to offer 14 day no quibble refunds for all unredeemed vouchers.
Given the other reviews I found here after I realised my misunderstanding, it seems this intentional misleading of customers is a significant part of their business model, which to me makes it a scam.

Be very careful of Wowcher.I ordered a product,changed my mind and they refused to refund my £50.On contact with Wowcher,they said I had not redeemed my voucher,therfore it had expired,even though when I complained,it was only 13 days after the purchase.Wowcher were very cold and unhelpful,indicating it was my fault and they were keeping my money.Very shoddy company-beware!

Shocking service, difficult to communicate with and almost impossible to get a refund after supplier failed to send goods. Woucher voucher system is total rubbish and I am really lucky I paid by PayPal who refunded all but my carrier costs which is ridiculous considering the goods were never sent.
Be safe don't use Wowcher.

I have charged back with my bank after explaining the poor practice with wowcher I was advised by the bank this could possibly be overturned by wowcher though credited back my funds.

After having similar automated messages on there whatts app.

I have left a negative review on Trustpilot to be then contacted regarding a refund onto my wallet within the wowcher app.

My advice would be contact your bank to charge back if out of pocket and no goods received and leave a review on Trustpilot as contacted within a day.

Absolute nightmare dealing with them - booked a 4 day holiday, costs kept rising, flights rescheduled 3 times, no cash refund ( just credit) and credit taken back by wowcher unexpectedly 3 months later. Utter minefield dealing with them

Just purchased a 2bed + mattress. Once redeemed it's too late. You have to redeem it to complete the purchase and be informed about the delivery date. Bad news my delivery date was THREE MONTHS LATER! I was unhappy and wanted cancel the purchase. That's impossible to do after it's redeemed. Even my bank or PayPal I use couldn't do anything about it. Wowcher won't answer but in order to contact my alleged vendor Wowcher asks me to give them my bank details and pay 1$! Wowcher is a money grabber organised scam.

I had £37 in my wallet and i thought like any other genuine company its going to be there and stay there and when i had time i can use it but today I went to use it and it has disappeared i wished i had brought in Amazon my money would have been still in my account I will never buy from this company again, day time robbery.

I made a purchase 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my item, despite several attempts to contact Wowcher. Their communication is awful. I have asked for a refund - no response. Don't waste your hard earned money on buying from them. Wowcher if you read this, my order number is *******.

First off Wowcher is a subscription site and they will set up recurring automatic payments to paypal or your cards. I didn't realise this but did notice it and cancelled automatic payments from Paypal.
Secondly the customer service is without doubt the rudest I have ever encountered in addition there is no customer service. They simply parrot lines at you then hang up.
I would think thier website and adverts contravene trades description, you don't get what is advertised and it astonishes me the company is still allowed to trade.

Do not use, do not pass go, do not let them collect your $200, just turn around and go find a more reputable online sales site.

Purchased pc software which I have never received. You can only get money back within 2 weeks for full refund. The review for the Microsoft program said they will send me the licence 3-5 days after purchase. Now I can see they buying time so you loose the rights for money back like me and now I am stuck with a credit. I was not able to contact anyone from the company selling Microsoft packs, despite website had email, contact number and London address. These kind of scam websites should be banned.
