Really bad customer and can't get the order right
We ordered a black item which come in 2 boxes. They sent out 1 box in black and one in gray. Even though the colour is on the outside of the box. Tried to ring and was told no one meaning the phone due to covid. So tried live chat only to be told that they cant help and we need to contact customer services by email as this is the only way to make contact. I did this to get an auto reply saying they will reply in 48 hours. They replied with a question which I answered and again another 48 hours for another reply with another question. This went on for over a week. Then they said they will pick up the wrong box and when they get it back they will send out the right one. I asked why they couldn't just send out and pick up at the same time. I didn't get an answer to that. That means I had to stay in for 3 different days to get my order. They were meant to pick it up today and they didn't. I have emailed again which will take 48 hours again. This could of all been sorted with one call if I could talk to someone on the phone. I'm am so feed up with the service I looked up getting a refund and returning the item. All i could find was that they will collect it and credit my account. I want a full refund paid back into my bank account not in theirs. Do they really think I would buy off them again after this kind of service. No chance. I would not recommend or advice anyone to buy off wowcher. They have really bad customer service. They have your money and don't seem to work to any logic. Never buy of them again. I would rather pay twice as much off some more reliable. You have been warned.

This company are thieves I have been trying get a refund, no reply many emails they took my money, I thought I was getting a product not a voucher.

I ordered bulbs which never arrived. It now says 'Expired' and no way to obtain a refund. DOO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES

We purchased a "Quilted memory 3000 pocket spring matress where we paid £134 plus £20 for delivery. After having slept on it the first night, places where our bodies laid have sunk! Total disappointment! Our old mattress is in a better condition than this one! I am disgusted that first time ever I bought something from wowcher proved to be totally useless!... to make things worse they tell me I cant return the matress after just one day!... do not have antyhing to do with these thieves!

As of today this is what I received as a response of SUING boyh Wowcher and PayPal: (you people should also do the same to these thieving companies.

We note that the cost of the order in question amounts to £153.99 yet you have claimed for £485.99. We consider your request for us to pay an additional £332 to be both unsubstantiated and unreasonable. However, to avoid both parties entering what may be lengthy legal proceedings we are prepared to offer payment of £203.99 to settle your claim and immediately dispose of these proceedings. This figure has been calculated as set out below:

Court fees: £50

B) all and any actions or claims against Wowcher Ltd in relation to the matters claimed, or in connection with such matters.
