Do not buy as mine went up in smoke and I was told it only had 3mth warranty and I had it for 10 mths and by the time you buy everything to go with it you might as well bought the ring doorbell from amazon as it works out cheaper and the camera its excellent.

Placed what I thought a genuine order, didn't receive an email confirmation or voucher. Thought no more about it at that time due to effects of corona virus having effects on businesses. Some 2 months later whilst checking bank statements noticed wowcher had deducted money. Contacted via WhatsApp to be told as I hadn't redeemed voucher it had expired and no refund could be offered. A voucher I had never received
Totally unacceptable trading practices.

Purchased a wowcher voucher for an eyebrow beauty treatment. Then lockdown so obviously unable to use. I cancelled and had a wallet credit but didn't know it had a time limit. I did look a few times but items limited due to pandemic. Hotels meals out etc. Fair enough but would have appreciated a reminder to use my wallet credit.
My £45 wallet was cleared and after complaining no refund given due to terms and conditions even during a pandemic. Wish I'd have bought anything (£45 worth of facemasks or toilet rolls) just to use wallet up. Be aware if you have a credit you may lose it.

Wowcher, in my opinion is nothing more than a bunch of liars, more like a legalised scam.
Bought two New office / gaming chairs for Christmas, these arrived in January, all smashed up, second hand and with 8 missing parts. Return the chars for a refund, and after 2 months I'm still waiting for the refund or a promise to be refunded. Inside the boxes, there were Hermes slips proving that the chairs had been already returned from previous customers. Can't contact the customer service, there is no phone number or a valid email address - spent hours on Facebook and Whatsup, its a waist of time.
I will NEVER EVER TRUST them again and will try to keep family and friends away Wowcher!

Early Jan 2021 I purchased (or thought I purchased) a hose pipe. I paid and waited for delivery. On the 26th Feb I thought I'd chase up delivery, as it had been long enough, only to be told that I had to redeem a voucher to then buy the item again for it to actually be delivered. I was then told my voucher expired on the 16th Feb therefore i wouldn't be getting a refund either! I'm pretty sure this is daylight robbery and illegal to be honest. It wasn't obvious to me this is how they operate at the time of purchase and I don't recall any emails chasing me up to redeem this so called voucher before 16th Feb either! Their site is complex and has loads of information all over it which I'm sure now is there to confuse you and miss the small print; it like this is deliberate on their part to scam you our of your money. NEVER again will I use this site and as the old saying goes, if the deal is too good to be true, it usually is! Finally, the customer service department could t give two hoots about you either. I'll be writing reviews where ever I can to warn you all and I'm also reporting them to trading standards because my opinion is, the site needs shutting down!

Luxury hotel quality striped pillows'! I think not. The add says...

These pillows are absolute rubbish! Guess that is why they are so cheap. Luckily I only purchased these for a guest bed. Tried to contact Wowcher to complain. However, this was impossible. Ended up in the bin as I would be embarrassed to have a guest sleep on them. The filling is the cheapest filling you can buy and just bunches up on one side, leaving half of the pillow empty. Do not waste your money. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Brought security camera never arrived no communication had to get money back via PayPal wouldn't recommend

I ordered a bed frame through this company and decided to change for different style even when I redeemed voucher. I rang them up directly they were so helpful and pleasant as I was so worried cause Wowcher took so long to respond and furniture Italia refunded me straight away through PayPal. I'm very pleased

Bought a headboard - it never arrived, I discovered it had been damaged in delivery and returned to supplier. I didn't have time to wait for another delivery and requested refund. The merchant refunded wowcher. 2 months after purchase I have a wowcher credit to be used within 3 months. A timescale to spend my own money WTF I want the money in my bank account. Lucky for me it's £35 some folk lose hundreds. Take your gamble that's what it is.

It's a real issue for me not being able zero stars on review sites when it comes to firms like Wowcher and the associated below men that use the portal. The products are all just repackaged landfill and the experiences are hollow and poorly delivered by terrible people. No exceptions. If there was ever an argument for strict business licensing in the UK it couldn't be made any stronger other than by the fact that this company is permitted to exist. It should not be.

The business was ukfurniture4u.com which as a legal entity doesn't appear to be a real thing. Also their unfinished website was crafted by handing a laptop and a rock to a chimpanzee and leaving it for half an hour to see what they came up with.

Anyone associated with the truly abhorrent endeavour that is Wowcher should be sent to permanent internment with immediate effect.

Nothing is reduced really you can get it all for that price mostly. If you are unhappy with a product and get a refund you money is refunded to Wowcher so you have to spend it on Wowcher. I would give no stars if I could and use this company about 5 times

... I do, some 100 miles north of Inverness. The large garden storage bin I sought was a cracking deal so I bought the voucher, and submitted it, the vendor Initially confirmed the sale but cancelled it a day later stating that the goods could not be couriered to my address. Wowcher responded to my subsequent complaint by offering me double the value of more Wowchers. By this time I'd lost faith in the company and demanded cash... Not forthcoming, so dispute procedure invoked with bank who clawed the money back for me. There is a disconnect between the customer and the provider of the goods, but wowcher do nothing to establish if problems exist before taking your money. I will not be using Wowcher again, I can see how their middle-man business model works but there are unacceptable flaws and their communications and website feedback mechanism proved to be below par if the transaction does not go smoothly.

Do not use this company absolute joke if you have any issues with your items.

Ordered two bedding items in September and due to the poor quality they were returned. Despite using their recommended courier (Hermes) items have been lost in the post. I have been back and forth with Wowcher and Hermes countless times trying to resolve this issue with neither company taking any accountability or offering any resolution. Both keep batting the issue back to myself despite the fact I have proven I sent the return & proven the courier lost the parcel. Customer Service is absolutely atrocious. Repeatedly requesting the same information and always taking no liability or offering a resolution.

Would imagine for both Wowcher and Hermes if you have no issue they are fine. However, if you have any problems at all getting a resolution is near impossible for both of them.

Absolutely would not recommend and would never use again. Stress and effort went in to trying to sort this myself is not even worth the monetary value of the products

I have ordered from Wowcher several times and each time has been a disaster. Last year i ordered some items for Christmas which never arrived. They refused to offer a refund and instead gave me credit in my "wowcher wallet". When I came to redeem it, they charged my credit card again! If you try to contact them they take you on a long circuitous route of recorded messages which always ends at their "live chat" where you get to chat to an inept robot for 24 hrs. The answer is always the same: we cannot refund you. Would you like more wowcher credit that you can never use?
