Bought a double bed off Wowcher, and when it eventually arrived it didn't match the description and photo on there website, and the quantityisshocking. My wife contacted on an numerous occasions, but it's automated, and she hasn't been able to get to speak to someone. The last message, it's not an issue with Wowcher, and we need to raise our concerns with the supplier, but if we need to return the item, it would at our expense.
Not a great response, or customer care.
STAY AWAY.

Con you out of your hard earned money try and get your money back they make it very hard to do, your better off doing a Google search for the deals you will find it cheaper deal

Ordered something from Wowcher went to claim the voucher and item had sold out they said 14 days money back guarantee but they have made my life hell trying to get this money back. Almost impossible had to go through bank in the end of avoid at all costs. You can usually find the item on Wowcher the same price on other sites anyway

In short. I made a purchase it didn't arrive. I got refunded a credit to use on wowcher site of which you only have 3 months to spend it. Only to find I now can't purchase anything else. Apparently there's a problem and please try later. Is that because it's coming to the end of the 3 months? Probably. Tried to contact them through email amd WhatsApp. Guess what no reply. What a waste of £114

A scam of a company that will take your money if you don't redeem a voucher within a certain time limit. They won't issue refunds only Wowcher credit. The customer service is atrocious and takes months to resolve anything and you will be made to jump through hoops to get anywhere. They try to steal your money

Ordered Smoby 3in 1 child cycle quoted delivery was 9/10 days. 6 weeks later no delivery or refund. Will never use Wowcher again. Worst UK online retailer. Not responding even to PayPal for refund. Will take legal action against them if no refund received. Saf Ahmed

We purchased a holiday deal on 9th February and as off 18th March we still have no holiday booked and are being ignored by both wowcher and the holiday company. We were meant to be going on 21st April but have no holiday to go on and no refund. Avoid wowcher at all costs they take your money for scam deals and refuse to help you when there is issues.

Bought the mystery electrical package and paid for delivery for me not to receive anything and cant get a refund

Their customer service is dire - they out and out supply very poor service

Don't buy anything from this website they are all scammers... They don't reply emails, don't answer WhatsApp they don't care about what the scammers sellers do with customers...
I'm going to court, I'm going to report all of you.
I bought a sofa and seller never delivered it, but the courier tracking says that it was delivered on 11th February, but I contacted the seller on 20th February and she (Louise) said that it would be delivered beginning of march because the sofa was coming from Poland...
I have cameras at home and there are cameras in my building, we can prove that it was never delivered... Well, we don't have sofa at home.

While searching for a copy of a fairly recent copy of Microsoft Office I noticed Wowcher were selling MS Office 2016Home and Student for about £19. A delivery time of 10 to 15 days was quoted. As I only wanted Word and Excel for occasional use, I ordered a copy of this software on 31st January this year.
My order was acknowledged and I was made to pay for a 'Wowcher Code' that I did not want. This code would expire after 2 weeks unless redeemed. I was also charged an 'administration fee'. I received no further information from Wowcher after their e-mail confirming my order.
I then received a continuous blizzard of e-mails promoting their sales and offers, but no details of when I was likely to receive my order. This was clearly designed to distract me from my order.
I posted letters on 1st March to Wowcher's Derby branch and to their Islington office. I threatened them with legal action in the Small Claims Track of the County Court if they did not refund my money with 7 working days. The second letter was signed for the following day. They have just ignored this threat. This tactic usually works with traders of this ilk.
As it does take some effort to open legal proceedings I contacted PayPal who have refunded my money.

Wowcher took VIP subscription from both my partner and me. They insist they have repaid us. They have repaid my partner but NOT me. They are now ignoring me.

I made a purchase 6 weeks ago and still haven't received my item, despite several attempts to contact Wowcher. Their communication is awful. I have asked for a refund - no response. Don't waste your hard earned money on buying from them. Wowcher if you read this, my order number is *******.

I purchased a helicopter ride vaucher, but I couldn't use it because there were no dates available for the event that I needed it for. I got nothing in exchange, no refund, no credit, no possibility for using it on another vaucher. They told me a have redeemed it, which is not true because I have not booked a date! Before that I tried to exchange the wowcher for credit or a different vaucher,they told me their policy is having to wait 72h after purchased, to be able to use those options. Well right after the 72h passed, the exchange vaucher button on their website disappeared! Skamed me really well. I was promised for a credit and 10 pound from the company as a apology for the inconvenience, - Did not happen!

This website is a scam in the British history. Allowed to trade and continue publicly scamming people using cheap things. They are misleading customer when they are supposed to refund. They try to avoid their 14 day policy and tell customers that they don't refund. Trading standards must revoke their licence. The treatment you get from this company is bad especial when they responding on WhatsApp. They keep asking you what biscuits your reason for cancelling your purchase. But on their policy it says you got no reason to wxplain why are you cancelling. These are scammers do not try purchase anything from here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought and paid £100 for an item that I never received. I was sent incorrect tracking details that were not even for my order.
I then wasted days trying to get some sense out of the staff at Wowcher. Absolute waste of hours of my time.
They couldn't find my order, they couldn't fine the Wowcher number, blah blah blah.
I asked for a refund or replacement and I am still waiting weeks later.
Don't waste your time using this scamming joke of a company!

Bought bedding from an ad displaying the bedding and postage no bedding came wowcher refused refund no money returned

Well I paid £3 for voucher of wowcher to then pay £20 for box of supposedly £40 worth of grocery items plus £6.99 delivery, seriously things are out of date and I am left feeling totally ripped off. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

Don't go near them, they'll scam you. Constantly fobbed off by supplier also, named durest, signing off on emails, as the CS team.
