THIS ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE ever had in my entire life. NOBody can help you with anything on your account. They do not know how to even change registration status on an account. I would run if you are even thinking about using this company because they will not help you.
Worldpay is the worst card payment service company I have ever worked with. There is no Customer Service, since if you stay in line for more than 30 minutes due to waiting, eventually someone who knows nothing at all will answer and simply transfer your issue to some authorities who in turn never answer you. I just wanted to replace the email my customer was seeing on billing and this funny thing took 25 days. Finally, when their system went live they decided to hold my payments and review my company for no reason. I advise everyone not to do business with this ridiculous company
Worldpay have handled all our customers' credit card transactions for several years. In November they added more government checks and I duly sent off my drivers' licence to confirm my details. Then they mistakenly closed my account claiming I hadn't sent the information. After repeated calls and emails they eventually acknowledged they had received my drivers' licence and that they have the information they need. But they still haven't re-opened my business account and they seem to operate at a snail's pace. They don't answer emails. They don't take action. Meanwhile my business has lost 3 weeks of customer subscription payments, with no resolution in sight despite constantly chasing Worldpay. Be warned - if anything goes wrong, Worldpay simply don't respond. I deeply regret ever choosing them. AVOID.
My business was with this system near 20 years. They pretty expensive but worked well. But now swipe machine stop working because they push us buy new equipment. Without any notice I will lost money every day, before my new machine will be arriving.

Any credit card processing company would be better than this one. Our company used Worldpay for over 15 years and then we sold our company. We did not process one credit card for five months and still paid their monthly fee. When we called to cancel their service, they said we owed them over $400.00 for a contract cancel fee. When I asked if they made any exceptions to this policy, I did not get a straight answer. My attorney is looking into it with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. Our company did over 30 million dollars of business a year so you can imagine how much we paid them over the years.
I've been with Worldpay for 8 years. I've spent hours on the phone over the past 3 weeks. They don't answer emails. They have taken money for the past 3 weeks and have not forwarded it, and today terminated my card payment machine. I have been repeatedly asked for the same information and yet each time I've phoned they claim not to have received it. The matter is now with the Due Diligence Team meanwhile my business has no means of collecting card payments. Utter disgrace, avoid at all costs
I have used worldpay for my business for 20 years. Their service used to be excellent for businesses. It seems now they are outsourcing their customer care and the agents do not speak understandably, give pat answers such as "Thank you for your patience". And do not solve the problem. It is unfortunate and a waste of time.
Totally incompetent bunch of crooks who have no idea how much their customers rely on them. Their trust pilot reviews are fake same old layout name an employee, tell us how helpful they were and then a load more BS. Nearly crippled my firm please do not use this company try tyl they are genuine and teh after care is amazing. You have been warned
Beware of this company. The fees are terrible, there is no customer service to help you and there is no where to call should you have a problem. If you have a complaint, you will be told that their "complaint dept will reach out to you". This will never happened. This company took money from us after the account was closed.
They fees that they charge are ridiculous first of all! Second of all I cancelled them back in July! They continued to take money out of our business account even though they said it was cancelled! It's now November 7th and I am still calling them for my refund! They can't give me a sraight answer they say the money should be refunded!
Their system is confusing for eg they mix up customer numbers, merchant numbers and customer ID. Getting through to a person is usually reasonably quick but their staff in the main don't have product knowledge and think that a wait of 5 minutes is acceptable. They also thnk being passed from department to department withlong waits is acceptable. Worldpay deserves the poor ratings it seems to get.
I use this system once a week and my monthly bill in fees is $120-$200 a month. Customer service is also trash and will transfer you several times and leave you on hold for 40+ mins in hopes that you will lose the will to live and continue paying for overpriced mediocrity. I do not trust companies like this and refuse to give my money to people like this. Do not waste your time LOOK ELSEWHERE!
For the crazy amount of money they charge, Worldpay's customer service is the worst. It seems like they are in the Stone Age when it comes to technology. My nonprofit changed bank accounts so we had to contact a lot of different vendors and all went smooth until we contacted Worldpay. It took five phone calls and two emails and the issue is still not resolved. Do not feed this beast.

After being a Worldpay customer for 8 years. I wanted to close my account in 2023 February. The last time I signed an 18-monthly contract with them was in 2019 so 4 years ago and they still believe they have the right to charge me an early determination fee of £152+vat. Honestly what a joke this company is. Such bad customer service I'm so sorry
This company was not called worldpay when I signed up with them. My fees went up drastically from about 7-800 to 12-1300 and sales have stayed the same. They told me to shop around for different processing companies and they'll try to beat the rate. As a loyal customer I'd think they'd just give me the best rate possible. They charged me a ridiculous $500 cancellation fee. On top of that after my account was closed they charged me another $100 for nothing. Beware! You will regret. They are not transparent. When I called them to ask what the recent charges were they turned around and asked me what the charges were for?
If you want to cancel and don't tell them 30 days ahead, they are going to hit you for $495 which is gluttonous greed after all the money they make off you while you are processing. I paid thousands upon thousands of dollars in fees for years and when I ask to close it because I wanted tap pay they had me on the phone for over a hour on hold, etc all while I'm trying to help customers at my business.
Stay away! The support is slow and you'll get passed around and be on hold forever if you ever need anything.
Spent over an hour on the phone trying to set up a merchant account for worldpay direct and not a single person I talked to what able to assist me. I was given the runaround and told to call multiple departments. My six figure a year business will have to go with another payment processor.
Terrible services. Billed my for months without knowing. No services were used and they did not ever contact me in any way due to my account being what I thought was closed. 10 months of fees and annual fees only to be told they were not in the wrong. They had my contact and email info incorrect as to why I never heard from them. Save yourself the frustration and loss of your hard earned money and shop elsewhere! Zero Star
STAY AWAY! My rate went from 2.25% to 4.50% in 18 months.! After they promised me it wouldn't go up! They said they wouldnt return my money either! Good riddens
