Wasn't sure as never heard of the site but was exceptionally, great price for some Carhart jeans, perfect condition, great delivery and full refund when I returned (as they were too big for me), would happily use again!
My son has loved both purchases tho, being between sizes, needed to return large for medium in both garments. Service extremely quick and efficient thank you.
I ordered some trousers for my son's birthday and they arrived very promptly. Unfortunately the style was not quite right for him so I have returned them and am waiting to hear about the refund. Will definitely use WCH again.
I recently experienced a disappointing issue with an online purchase from this store. Despite a successful transaction of approximately £25, which was debited from my account, the store notified me that my payment was declined. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through their customer service, my requests for assistance and for them to reach out to their merchant were met with silence. It has been over two weeks without any resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend shopping with them.
I love this shop, they have what I want at a good price, they offer their own brand at half price with qualifying items, and their own brand stuff is spot on, top quality and a great fit. They also offer loyalty credit so my last order had money knocked off. Delivery is reliable and returns simple, what's not to like. Keep up the good work
The postage was expensive, I then returned the item at my own expense and am still awaiting a refund 2 weeks later. All they send me are emails asking me to review my experience so here it is. Rubbish.
DO NOT USE - absolutely shocking service. Paid for next day delivery, took the day off work to wait for it and no show of parcel, had to chase for receipts, no tracking info at all & no communication from their email that they provided and somehow their shop has no ability to communicate to their management either. No guarantee that my item will arrive either, appalling business. Wish i checked the reviews before ordering. If its the case like the other reviews where people havent had any communication/refunds - will be reporting to trading standards. Lad who works in the shop is sound as tho.
Order placed for delivery between 3-5 working days.
Royal Mail tracking number did not work, and order was 3 days late.
After looking at other online reviews, it is seemingly fairly commonplace that orders are late, and for that reason I would be reluctant to buy here again.
It's not the best website I have used and selecting sizes is not always compatible with different makers. So it's a guessing game. I normally select items from one maker as I know and enjoy their pedigree. It is always difficult to weed out any Chinese-made items as they are in my opinion sub-standard.
I returned this item almost a week ago, it was signed for the following day but I've still had no contact from the store regarding my refund. I'm sure they'll be in touch but it shouldn't take this long. The price was good and delivery quick so I'm hoping it's just an admin issue.
Great experience, the coat was a great price, fantastic quality and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had to return it as it was a little too small for my son. My only criticism is that there was no return label.
I've bought from WCH before but this order took ages to arrive, I couldn't track it, and I had to send it back due to a poor fit.

I bought a tee-shirt as a present for my son. He had asked me to buy it for him so my experience goes no further than that. I assume he had bought from Working Class Heroes before and was happy with what he had bought.
Euan in the actual shop is brilliant. Emma in web orders customer service equally so but swamped.
Management need to review processes and reward the staff on the frontline for copping the flack of their poor decision making. The disconnect between the bricks and mortar shop and the web orders warehouse leaves the customer nowhere to go. Web orders warehouse NEEDS a customer telephone number to contact instead of hassling the shop who can't do much more than email the warehouse or wait for generic email responses. DPD certainly didn't help, losing the first package and continuing issues at the Carnforth depot but WCH resent and repaid my next day delivery charge so I got my item albeit a week late. Great stock at WCH but their popularity is proving to be their downfall.
The management need to invest in their staff who make them their money. As a previous customer I didn't expect any problems but they did occur which is a real shame. Will probably put me off ordering in future if I'm being honest though that isn't the staffs' fault but the management.
Product is as described and fine. Delivery took far too long to come, especially considering the 4.99 delivery fee.
The Arc'teryx Kynite AR hoody was discounted and got those reward points, great disount at the end, shipped the same day for free, received in two days.
One more thing - the Cerium jacket I bought earlier came with cut on the back, only after 60 days I noticed that (it was the summer when I got it, removed the tags) and WCH (Emma) replaced it with no problem at all - you have to appreciate that!
Great website I brought some shoes and was a little disappointed because the box was a little crushed when they arrived but I'll put this down to the postal service. Great shop though it highly recommend shopping here.
I ordered a pair of trainers which I was more than happy with however they were a little small so I returned them and ordered another pair. I ordered the second pair to my home address on a set Saturday delivery for £9.99 however they attempted delivery a day early when I was not in. I reached out to customer service twice already requesting a credit given the increased cost for the set day however I am yet to even have ackowledgement of my email after 3 days. Hoping someone might reach out to me now...?
