The postage was expensive, I then returned the item at my own expense and am still awaiting a refund 2 weeks later. All they send me are emails asking me to review my experience so here it is. Rubbish.
Delivery and product were all fantastic. Quick with tracking and the jacket was as pictured. One item was much darker than it looked though so have returned. Easy enough as I can print labels but thought it was odd that they didn't include a return label or have free UK returns. Will update this review when the returns process is complete.

Royal Mail tracking number did not work, and order was 3 days late.
After looking at other online reviews, it is seemingly fairly commonplace that orders are late, and for that reason I would be reluctant to buy here again.
We came across working class heroes looking for a bargain on the coat my son wanted. Working class heroes were £50 cheaper than the other sites so I ordered it. The company were great….up to date notifications on the order, processing & despatch statuses. Delivery was also very fast. We'd definitely buy from them again
Haven't used this company for a little while, but came back to it while looking for Christmas presents for my son. Lovely quality clothes and nice to use an independent retailer rather than one of the big chains.
Great experience, the coat was a great price, fantastic quality and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I had to return it as it was a little too small for my son. My only criticism is that there was no return label.
Euan in the actual shop is brilliant. Emma in web orders customer service equally so but swamped.
Management need to review processes and reward the staff on the frontline for copping the flack of their poor decision making. The disconnect between the bricks and mortar shop and the web orders warehouse leaves the customer nowhere to go. Web orders warehouse NEEDS a customer telephone number to contact instead of hassling the shop who can't do much more than email the warehouse or wait for generic email responses. DPD certainly didn't help, losing the first package and continuing issues at the Carnforth depot but WCH resent and repaid my next day delivery charge so I got my item albeit a week late. Great stock at WCH but their popularity is proving to be their downfall.
The management need to invest in their staff who make them their money. As a previous customer I didn't expect any problems but they did occur which is a real shame. Will probably put me off ordering in future if I'm being honest though that isn't the staffs' fault but the management.
The Arc'teryx Kynite AR hoody was discounted and got those reward points, great disount at the end, shipped the same day for free, received in two days.
One more thing - the Cerium jacket I bought earlier came with cut on the back, only after 60 days I noticed that (it was the summer when I got it, removed the tags) and WCH (Emma) replaced it with no problem at all - you have to appreciate that!
I bought a mans truckers cap, which turned out to be very small [I presume a kids or womans cap] Even though it was adjustable snap-back I couldn't fit it on my head...so I returned it with a note asking to refund order and delivery, but they only refunded order. I think that I should have been refunded the delivery charge as well because it is clearly their mistake not mine.
After I figured out the sizing chart, which is, I hope, close enough to accurate, shopping was pretty easy. A few glitches as I learned their protocols, but, overall, pretty intuitive. I've had bad experiences, in the past, with the quality on inexpensive articles being way lower than advertised, but the items on this site are so cute that I will take another chance. We will see.
DO NOT USE - absolutely shocking service. Paid for next day delivery, took the day off work to wait for it and no show of parcel, had to chase for receipts, no tracking info at all & no communication from their email that they provided and somehow their shop has no ability to communicate to their management either. No guarantee that my item will arrive either, appalling business. Wish i checked the reviews before ordering. If its the case like the other reviews where people havent had any communication/refunds - will be reporting to trading standards. Lad who works in the shop is sound as tho.

Package got lost during final mile. Delivery company showed that it was delivered, but clearly it has not been delivered to the right address, otherwise I would have received my package (office address, 24/7 people at front desk: every package gets logged and stored, so no room for error).
Contacted customer service at Working Class Heroes, and they felt given the delivery company said that the package got 'delivered', they did not needed to service me anymore. This is costing me 96 euro's, and I just cannot understand that any retailer is OK with the fact of helping their customers in this fashion.
I will never, never, shop at Working Class Heroes again. Company that feels fine with their customers not getting stuff delivered and losing money is just mind boggling to me.

It's not the best website I have used and selecting sizes is not always compatible with different makers. So it's a guessing game. I normally select items from one maker as I know and enjoy their pedigree. It is always difficult to weed out any Chinese-made items as they are in my opinion sub-standard.
