I ordered some shorts to be delivered in time for a friends birthday. Not only did I not receive a confirmation email I also never received the shorts. CCS.com had no problem charging my account for the shorts that never showed up. I have emailed them several times and still have not received a reply. There is also no actual number you can call to get help. I am going to know contact my credit card company to do a reverse charge. This website must be a SCAM, do not order from it!
They had everything my family wanted for skateboarding and starting to accumulate gear for the upcoming snow season all in one place. I had an issue with my order, and they responded to me and fixed it within 24 hours. Companies that listen and hear their customers are the best. These guys are A+ in my book, and I will be shopping here again.
They cancelled my order after I was waiting for my shoes for week and never told me why. I've emailed them multiple times and they won't respond. I talked to someone on their Instagram but he told me to email customer service which I already did multiple times with no response, so that was no help at all. Don't recommend ordering from them.
The worst customer service i have ever seen in my life. Messing up orders partial refunds and beyond all of that they treat their customers like a pile of $#*!e.

I buy from ccs all the time. I am a ccs+ member which boasts free 2 day shipping amongst other perks. Sometimes it takes up to four but that depends on when you purchase it (ie weekends) not a big deal though. Orders cannot be changed once confirmed. I ordered the wrong size shirt and tried to change it but it was too late. Not a huge deal as I was able to send it back for the refund, just a little inconvenient. If there's low stock on a product they show how many are left in the inventory. I did order one shirt that said only one was left and received an email that said they were actually out of stock. Just highlighting the negatives because that's what most are concerned about. As I mentioned before, I order from them all the time and those were the only less than stellar interactions I've had.
I bought 2 pairs of sneakers and the package was lost in shipping. They refuse to give me a refund. They offered a gift card but there is nothing I want from this vendor I would not ever buy anything from a company that doesn't even have a phone number to call.
Beware.
They purposefully ship their packages using a shipment program that does not allow the receiver to file a lost package claim, but does allow the sender to file a lost package claim. If the sender files a claim, FedEx is willing to discuss a refund. CCS lies to customers and tells them they are not able to file a claim with the chosen shipment program, but FedEx themselves said that was "bull$#*!."
Also, be warned, this company, despite advertising easy, free returns, doesn't give refunds under any circumstances, no matter who is at fault. They act like they are doing you a favor by giving you store credit, but have very little stock in each item, so make it impossible for you to repurchase the item you bought in the first place.

I ordered my grandson a skateboard for his birthday on November 21, delivery should be within 2-4 business days, I never received my order, today is December 2, although I checked the track of my order, it was delivered on November 30, just where I am I do not know. This is my last order from this company. I will now write to me to return the money or finally deliver my order, though I'm not sure yet what they will send me.
Used the service, the price for the service was misrepresented. I was told verbally on the phone that it is $55 per hour and the crew consisted of 4 people. I did not expect them to clean our 3 bedroom 14 hundred feet house for 5 hours and charge me over a thousand dollars, because it turned out that they charge per the crew member per hour... When I went to check after 4 and half hour on the progress they were "almost done". Please do not make the same mistake I made. Do the hourly change is $220 and none of the crew speaks English. They held the phone our to use Google translate when each of us had to communicate. I am appalled with the service.
1st, says they have grip tape online, puts in the order with 2 day shipping, somehow doesn't have the grip tape available even though the website says it was available. 2nd, got an almost board with a giant air bubble in the concave where the nose of the board is, 3 got a habitat board, that had scratches on it like it was scratched against something already and had grip tape scratches on it too…. $#*! CCS. Don't waste your money there.
I've gone back and forth with customer service over email and they refuse to take the shoes back. There is a piece inside the shoe that is stabbing the foot. They said since the shoes have been worn they aren't eligible for returns. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
They literally scammed me! I ordered a custom board, they cancelled order for copyright reasons, but charged me $109 and denied that they did so. Horrible customer service, you can't even talk to a customer representative! The only way to contact them is via email and they dodged your questions and concerns and don't do anything by making excuses. I read the bad reviews and still gave them a chance but I was so wrong, they are literal scammers, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Exactly 4 years ago i ordered a custom made skateboard for myself which was about 120 dollars (approximately) and 5 months go by there's still no sign of when it should be arriving or has it even been shipped so i let 2 more months go by and decide to message them. They took their time responding to me and when i finally got an email back they said " That order was cancelled and your transaction was voided due to incorrect billing information. " so at that point i was really confused as to why didn't i get a notice from them that this has happened so i could get a refund.? Recently i've messaged them again and the response i got wasn't what i was expecting. Firstly they said i need to take it out with my bank which i will be doing! But what really got me confused was the other messages the customer support forwarded me. I don't know if it was by accident or what happened but it read as following: " This order is over 4 years old. All CC information gets purged after 18 months as it is a liability.
I would just kindly tell them they need to take it up with their bank. My guess is the refund went through and they have long spent the money given how much time has past." I would not recommend ordering from here.
Ordered a $95 hoodie for a Christmas present. Came in late so I just wrapped it just in time for Christmas. After my Daughter opened it on Christmas Day, she noticed it had holes on the right sleeve. I just returned it. Can't get a hold of anyone via phone just email. I will update this post after I get a response from customer service. UPDATE 1/5/2021 4:26 PM Just received an email from Customer Service that they gave me a Store Credit so I re-ordered the Product. Fast Customer Service within 1/2 an hour to fix my problems on-line. I am changing my rating based on Customer Service Response and help
Bought a shirt and didn't have time to wear it till a month later when I finally did the inside & outside thread was falling off from the bottom back of the shirt when I hit up CS they said they can give me a 50% discount on that shirt how ridiculous why would I want to buy another shirt so it can have the same flaw yeah no thanks makes me think about how if they really even check the quality on their products before shipping them out horrible experience I'll be doing my shopping elsewhere they can't be trusted on my behalf anymore.
Emailed them about a shipping correction to an order literally 5 minutes after placing it. They email me back a week later saying nothing could be done. Ask for a refund after Product has been returned to sender. After about a month of run around all that I have is money stolen from me. No product, refund, no customer service, nothing! Please take your business to a company that would at least do the bare minimum, because CCS skate sure doesn't.
With the U. S in a economic crisis, ccs has risen it's prices over $5 in the past 4 months. Rip off city! Stop ripping people off and go back to skating instead of money!
I recently bought some shorts and accidentally put the wrong address. I'm human you know I make mistakes, but when I called they wanted to charge me $20! From my personal experience in working at warehouse is that you can fix this problem easily. I called again and this time they said it's too hard for them to do it. I'm never buying anything from there again.
Purchased wheels and a tool for my nephews birthday. Realized I entered the wrong shipping address, Immediately after purchase I sent their customer service a message to change address. They got back to me after product arrive 5 days later with "sorry can't make changes after product leaves the west house. Would not recommend to anyone,
This shop had the only size 7 skates left in the world it seemed like, and they came in 3 days with the wheels perfectly tightened but not too tight, don't listen to the bad reviews they were awesome!
