“Bad customer service”

Emailed them about a shipping correction to an order literally 5 minutes after placing it. They email me back a week later saying nothing could be done. Ask for a refund after Product has been returned to sender. After about a month of run around all that I have is money stolen from me. No product, refund, no customer service, nothing! Please take your business to a company that would at least do the bare minimum, because CCS skate sure doesn't.

“Had something similar happen. They screwed up my custom deck and didn't bother emailing me about any potential problems before printing. The best they offered me was a $20 giftcard. Whch I was going to reluctantly take. NOW NO EMAIL NO REPLY.”
