I had no problems at all with ordering fom this company. Delivery was quick and shoes were great. Sadly they didnt fit me properely and I had to return them. Return was straight forward and dealt with speedily. No complaints what so ever just good service

Easy website navigation and ordering process.
The price was slightly cheaper, but no one else had this colour or size in stock so only one supplier I could find in UK.
Delivery was prompt too.

My experience was very good indeed, however there are scammers out there that clone genuine websites and trick you... So.if u are unsure then telephone them first.

I received my order - they were the wrong size so I've returned them for a refund. I've not yet had confirmation that they've been received or a refund. Sent on 20/10/23.Please could you let me know?

Excellent. Good range in stock. Quick delivery, quick to refund when at first I ordered the wrong size. Pleasure to deal with a small business rather than the big companies.

I ordered a product on Friday, and paid extra for next day, Saturday delivery, DPD messed up and did not deliver the item until the following Tuesday, this negates the cost of paying for next day if carriers ignore the direction. The product and service from WCH was fine

I picked up something marked down in their sale. Service was very good, good communication and quick delivery at reasonable cost. I would recommend, i heard a working class hero is something to be:)

Loved the timely delivery of shoes. Packaging is spot on, amazing company, and the marketing (message inside the shoe box) fits! Will be ordering shoes again soon :))
