I bought their product andvit is a huge mistake. They have a policy that claims if you couldn't get help from their customer service within 24 hrs they will refund. I received their order number, but it didn't work see attached screen. I had bought the product on 27th Jan and struggled on their machine operated system to get help. But their help function required s valid order number to go through. I copied their number several times, using # before, or Q n without. The frustration got the better of me. There was no email address only contact to and international number which would be too expensive.
Out of struggles trying to use their automated system serveral times without any response i checked fb. That's where someone sent me an fb number. They only responded on the 29th.
They keep on asking the same questions making the refund a very difficult one.
Do not but from them. They don't care about customers as they claim
I tried pdfelement for a few days and I really liked it. I had not been able to find a good pdf editor for windows (I've been using Mac for some time) but this one hit the spot. I was just going to buy pdfelement, but I got a great Cyber Monday deal on Filmora, so I decided to get that one as well (I haven't tried it but i've heard good things about it).
I had a couple of questions before buying and Amanda from Customer Service was very helpful.
Purchased the Recoverit software (over $170 AUD) which just does not work and the company can not help to make it work so after months (not weeksd), they said that they can not give me refund because it is beyond the 30 day limit. Well no sh.`t. It is beyond 30 days because YOU could not fix it. Never again will I deal ever with this crap company
I accidentally ordered a backup program a year ago from this company that I was told would help restore a drive. The reason I say accident is because while searching for another program an ad seamlessly integrated into my page and what I thought was one thing was another. That was a year ago and the program was useless but I figured it mo own fault and didn't went ahead and got the program.
Today, one year later, I got another $99.95 charge on my credit card. This is one of this compay you don't want to get near and you certainly don't want to have your credit card number. Now I'm going to have to spend the whole day dealing with this. BTW I'm cancelling my Paypal account too. They wouldn't remove the charge. The charge was put on a Capital One card I had on Paypal so I'm just going to dispute it with Capital One. Capital One is a good company. They won't put up with this crap and they protect their cardholders. PAYPAL DOESN'T!
I bought a subscription and after I bought it I got into the account and there was stated "no purchases were made". I was angry, but I forgot about it. The month later I got an email that I payed this company again. I logged into my account and couldn't cancel it. Moreover, even the "free" services did not work. The supporting centre did not answer my calls at all. It is a big scam, do not give these shtty people money. I imagine how many people like me were tricked. You deserve jail and I hope the police will take the case, I'll contact all the people below for that
I thought this site may offer me some help in restoring old photographs but alas it turned out TERRIBLE. I originally subscribed to the local downloaded version but the program would not launch correctly. I use multiple monitors and thought that may be a problem. So I called technical support and even though I explained the problem and offered to send a screen shot, I could not get them to understand my problem. I wound up purchasing the online version and was told I have a 7 day cancellation period. This was a no-go as well. Anyway after multiple calls to support, I would up with no converted images and was then told that I could cancel my subscriptions but "they" had a NO refund policy. No matter how I explained my problems there was simply NO attempts to resolve my issues. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! I LOST ABOUT $100.

I have taken Flimora annual subscription on 9 January2024 and they have charged me INR 4050 from my credit card.Then next month they have charged me INR 2K again and then next month again.
In order history they are showing that I have subscription for 3 months Pro version.

I used the app to transfer my WhatsApp msg from Android to iPhone, I initially got problems with the app as WhatsApp was constantly crashing. Contacting Wondershare support, they were very responsive and took care of the problem with dedication until resolution.
I had a flashdrive to loose files because it wasn't ejected properly. I purchase wonder works to recover the files. They were really important files. I downloaded the software and did a full scan and it wouldn't work. I followed steps repeatedly for hours and it didn't work. After so long I reached out to them and they insisted that I do it again. It still didn't work. Finally they gave instructions to send them screenshots and a picture of my log history. I did accordingly based on their instructions and it still wasn't enough for them to refund me. We went back and forth until I'm just over it. I will just give the advice that it is a gamble so save your money because it didn't work for me and they won't help you! I just charge it up as a lost and to never purchase from them again, and encourage my associate not to. They don't even deserve the one star!
This company is not trustable at all.
I Bought filmora and it was showing that I should pay 49 $ and 21$ per month, and we have 7 days trial. I canceled after 5 days, but they charged me fully, and they said 7 days trial is just if the product has any problem. The website for refunding and paying the money is not clear and later they show you the details, and what you understand is different from what they understand. In their emails just repeat an answer over and over. For me they just want to get the money and then they are not responsible for the rest. Very bad experience.
This is a great company with super support, you ask online and get answers immediately, they have several good programs available to make your work more fun and better
It does not work at all, requested a refund the same day I bought to be told need evidence, just overall awful company and software to scam people out of money
Quick and easy fix. After upgrading I ran into an issue with access. I used facebook messenger to contact support. Monday morning, before I was even out of bed, they had me up and running. Thank you!
Wondershare These guys are scammers they have been continually taking a subscription out of my account year after year they do not respond to your emails or phone calls.
The only way I was able to stop them is when I report it to the bank. Thankfully the bank does not let them charge me but they are still trying to my a scam attempt every year

A friend purchased this for me as a Christmas present, A one off purchase, as they didnt check a box (not really noticable) they are now commited to a monthly payment. Upon contacting Wondershare they wont do anything despite being in contact a couple days later when the withdrawel was noticed,Basically tough luck. No understanding, compassion, or lets look into it. Not a company to reccomend...

This product is horrible. I mass downloaded my pictures from my iphone to my computer, but apparently not any of my videos. I wanted to organize my photos and videos on my computer. The software dumped the hundreds of pictures from my phone onto my computer and will not allow me to change most of the picture icons to thumbnails. I have to open each individual file one at a time before I can see what it is. Very very tedious. And customer or technical support, practically non-existent. They have what appeared to be a box on their site to chat with technical support. But before you can initiate the chat, you have to click on the product you need help with and my product wasn't on the list. I tried clicking on another product just in hopes somebody my steer me to the right direction. But, I received no response. The phone number for help appears to be a number to a foriegn country. This product was a complete waste of money. I wish I had never purchased it.
When I contacted in order to cancel purchasing a wrong product, customer support staff were kind and quickly did a refund procedure. I appreciate for the professional service!
I own a small business as an importer of connectors and cables from Asia. It is very difficult for me to get documents from my vendors to support the products I import and sell. If I am able to get documents, It is very important for me to be able to modify the PDF documents to make them my companies documents. PDFelement 6 Pro and PDFelement 7 Pro are both very good programs that allow me to manipulate the documents from my vendors. I am able to remove and add information to the PDF documents to make the documents my company documents. I truly recommend both versions. I am more familiar with PDFelement 6 Pro and tend to use this program more often. Kudos to Wondershare for a really good PDF modification tool.
These are scammers, pure and simple. I put in a paypal request for refund. No invoice or registration sent as promised, no response by support, no nothing.
I was having some difficulties with my PDFElement software, in part related to my having a Mac, and in part related to user error. But Wondershare's support techs were helpful and responsive and got me squared away!
Answer: Wondershare intentional makes their "service" difficult and their software nearly unusable. If you t at to cancel, they'll find a reason to refuse honering the refund policy and Money Back Guarantee. Avoid at all costs.
Answer: You'll have to file a dispute with your credit card. Wondershare has a refund policy that they go out of their way to not honor. Additionally they have a Money Back Guarantee posted to their site that is worthless and they refuse to honor under any circumstance.
