Wow I just posted a review where the womanwithin (Fullbeauty Brands) customer service representative was unable to help me. After talking to her I found my tracking number and phoned back. But the extremely nice gentleman I got this time helped me immediately! And he didn't even ask for the tracking number! I wish the 1st lady could have been as helpful! But it HAS restored my faith in them somewhat.

These people are awful. They change the price from what is online. My dress is 84.99 and you click on it and they raised it to 129.00. Customer service is awful. I put a picture down there than once you click on those the price raises. And then it would've cost me $35 just to have my dress shipped to me that's ridiculous. Definitely going somewhere else

Their 60 day, no excuses return policy is unreasonable. I bought summer jeans, wore them, washed them, and put them away. Went to wear them today only to find out the seams are shredded. They have refused to allow me to return them for credit. I also bought a winter coat, which is now also returnable, being past 60 days. This policy, in these times is not acceptable. Due to covid, I am not going out DAILY, so not getting dressed every day. Read all of their policies before buying from this company

I have noticed that over the last several-at least four- years that the quality of the clothes has gone considerably down. Shoddy fabrics, seams crooked or threads left hanging, even seams coming apart after only 1 or 2 wearings/washings. Long sleeves that are no longer long, fabrics shrinking even washed in cold water. Yet prices keep increasing. Can no longer justify paying high prices for shoddy work.

Tip for consumers:
Carefully watch the return dates or you will be stuck with clothes you hate or shoes that do not fit.

Have been buying, usually by phone, from Woman Within catalogs off and on for many years and like the clothes. Now sometimes browse and order from the website, liking the ease and speed of it all. Though I don't like not being able to use more than one of the promo codes when ordering online.

Woman Within has great Customer Service... have never had a problem returning anything that doesn't fit right, which can happen when buying clothes online. Refunds back to their card, or whichever card used for the purchase without any hassle.

Have recommended WW to friends.

I placed an order, and four hours later was calling to see why I did not get my free shipping as advertised on the catalogue. I made a separate entry here on that issue. The prompter asks if this is a new order or an order I already placed. I chose the second one. It asks for your confirmation number. I gave it to them. It had no record of my order. Then it asked for my phone number, but still said they had no record of the order. It kept sending me in a circle, and I got nowhere. Why did they not have this information? My phone number is the same for 30 years, and is a landline. Big hassle.

Twice I have ordered a certain lounger, both times I received a different lounger. If/when they run out of a product, they won't contact you and ask you to choose a replacement, they just send you whatever they like.
I will now buy Woman Within at thrift sites. That way I know what I will get. Cheaper, too.

Many times you end up with a top that has huge armholes and you can't possible wear it in public. Or the top hangs like a bag even though the model shows a wonderful cut. If you look closely at the photos, you'll see that they pin these problem spots so customers don't see them and take great liberty in modifying how the product hangs. Watch where the models arm is to see if she's covering up armhole issues. If the product you get works for you great, but don't bother trying to return things; you'll get a fraction of the what you paid or it might be an electronic 'store credit' that doesn't work. There customer service is just like the company responses to these complaints. 'We're sorry you're unhappy but we aren't going to offer you any assistance". At this price, remember you're getting discount store quality and service less than that.

Tip for consumers:
assume you will be able to use about 75% of what you order because there's not much quality control in the way of sizing and some of the fabrics pill in the first wearing. It's cheap, comfy clothes for wearing around the house, the yard, the gym, or running errands. I've gotten some nice comfy bed clothes too.

I have ordered from Woman Within for probably over 20 years now. I haven't stopped using them entirely, I still love their jeans & leggings.
BUT THE TOPS ARE SUCH POOR QUALITY NOW, I've stopped buying tops from them. Paper thin material, just what you want to accent your "extra" tummy.
They ship pretty quickly & have been good about returns. But the poor quality tops have really made me look elsewhere to buy my clothing online.

Marginal quality - The prints may lure you in, but the sewing is on the lower end of expertise. Fabric in my experience has been mismatched. One example is a pair of shorts I bought, where one side faded faster than the other side. Or a shirt where one arm was tighter than the other.
Slowest shipping possible - 3 weeks for std shipping. Seriously, it's faster getting things from a foreign country.
+/- 25% added on for shipping - They do not offer free shipping at all, regardless of how much you spend. If you spend $20 they will charge $7. If you spend $200 they will charge you $25.
This company is an old dinosaur. Surely, there are better places for mature women to get their clothing.

Tip for consumers:
Only buy on sale, with a discount code, if money is no object,a nd you are not in ANY sort of hurry. You might be pleasantly surprised.

I have been ordering from Woman Within for about 4 years. I've never had a problem with an order but my complaint is that I can't order an item that is listed in their catalog. I received the May catalog that showed some knit shorts that had the Multi Tropical Beach theme. When I tried to order them they were already sold out! In MAY! Not just sold out of one size, but all sizes!
I received another catalog in June with the same shorts and they're still sold out! I sent an email to customer service and got the generic answer that I figured I would get. They ran out because they had more orders than they anticipated.
EXCUSE ME, but the model is wearing that style and usually more people order the style the model is wearing than any other! And it is the only Beach style shorts that you have in the entire catalog! People go to the beach in the summer, especially in the South.
I'm frustrated that they ran out of these shorts before the catalog was even mailed out and before Spring really got started. Please don't send generic answers to me about not enough stock. This is BEACH ATTIRE! You should have thought ahead!

I have ordered several shirts from here and they are always too small on the arms; Ive also ordered bras and they are wayyyyyy too small. I either cant get them on or I just cannot breathe in them.

I ordered a bra and some underwear, and ALL were in stock when I placed my order on-line, but then they back-ordered my bra another 3 weeks. It had already been 3 weeks. The underwear came, and fit fine, but I REALLY needed the bra. I was not willing to wait another 3 weeks and more for one silly bra. It is not right to list something IN STOCK, when I am placing an order on-line, but then back order part of the order. It was an order for over $100.00 too. Their underwear was rather expensive, but then, so was the bra. It took over 3 weeks just to get the underwear. I wasn't going to wait the rest of my life, to get the bra. IT WAS RUDE, so I cancelled the bra. I will go elsewhere from now on. They did refund the money on the bra which is why they got the 3rd star. If something is NOT in stock, it should NOT be listed as "in stock"! :( Also, do not EVER give them your e-mail address, for they will FLOOD your e-mail with advertisements.

Update: After cancelling the bra, they charged me again for the same bra. What an expensive bra! :( They double-charged me for an item that I cancelled! Not only am I NOT getting the bra, but another $24.00 was taken off my debit card. So, basically they STOLE $48.00 from me---and this is after cancelling the bra. I am soooo angry that I could spit nails.

Tip for consumers:
Buy somewhere else, for can you really afford to be charged twice for a product that you cancel?

the underwear, for the bra was CANCELLED due to it being back-ordered.

Have purchased several pullover tops in between tee and sweatshirt in weight & all have these huge neckholes. Definitely needs to be addressed. Buying a smaller size does not solve the problem. Same big neckholes. Makes a nice garment look sloppy & way too big. I would return them save for the return fees since I bought some on clearance. Did NOT look so sloppy on the models. Don't know if I should chance any more purchases of this style.

I have only ordered from this company once but had no issues. They are owned by the same company as roamans but the clothing is not quite as "quality" as roamans. Thats not to say they are no good just of lesser quality. Thinner material etc. Also... their sizes are just a little off. What i normally get at roamans i have to get a size larger at woman within for the same fit. I had no issues with either exchange or return and i did both with my order. I would use the site again.

I've been shopping at Woman Within for years. They have mostly casual clothes. Jeans, sweatshirts, knit stretch pants, basic t-shirts, etcetera. The quality of the item really depends on what you order. I've found that even though the underwear come in larger sizes, the quality is sorely lacking. They just aren't made well. The elastic comes unsewn from the fabric after the first washing. So be prepared to mend them yourself or send them back. Very disappointing! The blue jeans I use to love and wear are no longer available. Boo! They were the best item sold on Woman Within, in my opinion. They fit me perfectly, were 100% cotton, with 5 pockets. The quality was outstanding, a pair of those jeans lasted years and the price was unbeatable. Only $24.99! Shipping time is fairly fast (for in stock items), usually just a few days. So, don't waste money on express delivery. It's really not worth it. I also always look up current "Promo Codes" to save me even more money. It's really worth the effort.

If you are looking for a million products that do not work this is the catalog for you. Luckily when I did order, i was able to return everything because the eye serum, cellulite reducer, acne cream, whatever crap I bought did nada... dont waste your time and money

They offer some nice things, but their prices are too high and thier common deals just never seem to actuall help or can be used that day or they get you with shipping costs based on purchase totals not weight. They give you a million codes and offers and yet nothing really qualifies for much or only one item will be marked down if you buy 3.
Dont shop online tired and read small print.

In, JULY 17,2018, Full Beauty, let me know, they got my package. I, used, FB, self parcel mailing, label. In, the returned, bag, there was 4 pairs, of pajamas. They said, "process will be in, 3-4 days, and I would get a, REFUND. I, got a Refund, for 2 Pairs of Pajamas, for $19.32. The reason, I sent all the Pajamas, back, they didn't give me, what WE AGREED, on. I, will no longer, ORDER, from WOMAN WITHIN/ Next, FB, said, "they already REFUND ME, of $19.32. I, went ONLINE, and saw 1 REFUND, of $19.32, from Woman Within, on July 19,2018. Two Companies, ONLY 1 REFUND, of $19.32. In the bag, there was 1 pair, of slippers, ITEM NUMBER: *******365. I, sent the sheet, that saids, what the items, are and their, prices, and the slippers, and their, cost. I, feel your 2 Companies, are playing, games. I, want FULL REFUND, of what the 2 Companies, OWE ME. If, I, Don't, I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM, FULL BEAUTY, like WOMAN WITHIN. PLEASE, FIX THIS/

WW's blouse styles are not as good as they used to be. I have never see so many ugly shirts and blouses. I used to be able to buy very nice, attractive tops but the past two years' styles have been awful. Extremely disappointed.

Yes, they have many great discounts but by the time you add in the exorbitant shipping and taxes, the savings are minimal.

This site is like many; you must be careful what you purchase because the fabrics for clothing are often thin and seams are messy or uneven. Just be careful about what you purchase. Never had a problem with customer service however to return items.

I bought what had been advertised as a pyjama SET off of Amazon. It arrived as just a shirt. Looked at the return policy and it was around $7 to $8 to return it. She liked the top and we decided to keep it but we would NEVER have bought it if we had realized that it was just a t-shirt. I am not sure if it is Amazon or WomanWithin to blame for the deception since it was listed on Amazon's site.

Make sure of what you are getting before ordering from these people because they rip you off on the returns.

I love their sweatshirt robes - most comfy things I have ever owned and a perfect fit. However some of the other things I've ordered actually run a little too roomy - unlike Hanes which is skimpy.
