UPDATE: So I sent Goggles4U all of the info they requested and they STILL did not give me my monet back. I did get the opportunity to speak with a supervisor, who, after we had a 5 minute discussion regarding all of this, I hung up on. However, they did give me my shipping back (a whole like $8). I did FINALLY receive my order last night so thats a blessing. It is unfortunate that Goggles 4U has such horrible customer service. Apparently one hand does not know what the other is doing. This all could have been avoided if the last rep would not have told me it had NOT been shipped yet. I will not be using this company again simply because I am not willing to have that kind of drama in my life. Sort out your customer service Goggles4u and maybe you wont lose another customer like you have me.

I used this company every year (SPENDING AT LEAST SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS EACH TIME NORMALLY) for about 5 years with no problem. NOW THIS YEAR 2024...GARBAGE! COMPLETE RUN AROUND THIS TIME. I ordered my glasses as usual (however only ordered 1 pair this time to make sure the rx was correct 1st before ordering more), several days later received the usual it has been dispatched and may take 5-10 days to get to me, waited...waited...waited...12 days later still nothing. Contacted customer service via chat and they said it had been dispatched but it should be there soon. Day 19 still nothing, contacted customer service via chat, was told the item had not been dispatched yet. I replied with an emphatic WHAT? You sent me an email on Mar 27,2024 stating it had been dispatched and a week ago your rep said it had been dispatched. How is it now that it has NOT been dispatched. They responded with "well yeah it has been dispatched so it could take up to 21 days for you to get it". I responded with "hold up.u just said it had NOT been dispatched so which is it?", their response "u should get it in 21 days". My response "Ok so in 2 days, since it has already been 19 days, I will receive my package and if I dont I will get my money back:. Their response "Is there anything I can do to further assist you"? My response "Yeah, you can acknowledge what I just said to you". Their response...crickets chirping...their response...frogs croaking...chat ended. THIS will never happen again with Goggles4U. I will NEVER order from them again. I sent business their way and always stood up for them but now I have a taste of who they REALLY are and they are GARBAGE. Luckily my bank will reimburse me. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. BE KIND TO YOURSELF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have only ordered from this company once but had no issues. They are owned by the same company as roamans but the clothing is not quite as "quality" as roamans. Thats not to say they are no good just of lesser quality. Thinner material etc. Also... their sizes are just a little off. What i normally get at roamans i have to get a size larger at woman within for the same fit. I had no issues with either exchange or return and i did both with my order. I would use the site again.

I have placed MANY orders with this establishment and have had no issues with returns/exchanges or clothing quality. Their clothing sizes are not junior sizes. They are true WOMENS PLUS sizes and are well made. The only reason i gave the site a 4 star rating rather than 5 is you have to wait for your returns to reach the company and be processed before your money is refunded. Some sites will refund as soon as the return barcode is scanned by the courier. Other than that... THIS IS MY "GO TO" CLOTHING SITE. Go and enjoy!

The clithing was of ok quality but their sizes are JUNIOR sizes only. Plus size women need not shop here. The 1x and 2x sizes are junior not womens.
