When I went to get my refund for my pants customer service took a very long time and I'm still waiting. They are fraudulent don't buy from them. I want my $80 dollars back
When you sign up with Wolf & Badger be prepared to be out of pocket. When I pulled out they kept my stock and I lost thousands. When I started W&B were charging $9.50 for postage, within 2 weeks they increased it to $16.50. Not to mention their outrageous fees and then their weird exchange rates where they skim even more money for themselves. Staff don't reply to emails, their software is incredibly frustrating. They make it hard to ask any questions at all and that is because they are only interested in the dollar or Euro.
Wolf and Badger are disgrace a family member of mine signed up with them they confirmed they would take 25% but to find out they were taking 50 % of there money of items been sold and had to pay high membership. When items are damaged not once any money was recovered example item cost 270.00 you get quarter of that item 75.00 can't believe it. My family member that on there portal it stated that the membership gone up first it was 220.00 now charged 445.00 with nothing in writing no email to confirm membership raising shows on the portal untrue as they had problems on the portal doesn't show whats in stock from what needs to be restocked. You ask for a breakdown of how they come to the conclusion of what has been paid no breakdown this company probably was good in the past to help start ups but now u are been ripped off from this company if anyone would like to come together bring this company to light and expose them please message me

I started selling my products on there but their fees are a killer. They charged 450 a month in fees and charge you commission for every item sold and charge you for delivery, so after I sold with them they didn't give me any of my money. Instead they took it and said I owe them an additional 800£. These businesses are taking advantage of small businesses, I only wish I knew how I could report them. Stay away from them!
I ordered an $800 jacket and tried to cancel before it was even sent out. They weren't able to and said on the phone I could return when arrived. The problem is that the shipper requested the package back from DHL and I got charged and never received the item or my money back. They stated they opened up a DHL investigation but it only took me a 2 minute call to DHL to figure out it was sent back to them. I've emailed them with no reply regarding that they requested it back. Not only that, I tried to return the jacket before it even shipped out because it had a 200% markup than the retailers site. I will never buy from them again.

The website says that you can chat live but the hours are different than what they email you.
You email them they don't respond you call you can't get through to any one from there UK,Los Angeles or New York location it's pointless to try to order.

Answer: Don't, they are going to scam you You're going to pay more for shipping and taxes (even with their discounts). They are known to promote misleading information from stock they don't even have so you make purchases and they cancel, stealing money in the process
