I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience with Wolf & Badger as a brand partner.
When I decided to cancel my subscription, I was suddenly informed of a 30-day notice period required for cancellation—a policy that was never clearly disclosed to me at any point before or during the sign-up process. I only found out this rule existed after I tried to cancel. This felt incredibly misleading and dishonest.
To make things worse, I reached out just two days after subscribing, and the team showed no flexibility or willingness to help, strictly enforcing the full notice period without any consideration.
For a platform that claims to support independent brands and small businesses, the lack of transparency and basic customer care is really disappointing. If you're considering joining, be extremely cautious—important terms like cancellation policies are hidden until it's too late.
BTW I filed a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.

They mislead customers with "discounts" when they know that they don't have the stock to sell. They charge up to 40 for shipping and taxes. They are a disgrace

WHAT A RIPOFF

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! They will rip you off if you ever want to return anything! Their website is misleading when they say free returns worldwide. They want to charge me $31 to return a blouse that cost $50! No customer service either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Beware! Policies designed to take your money and leave you with no goods.
For a B Corp they're not ethical.
You can also purchase goods for around half the price if you go direct to the designers.
Their philosophy is you don't need love - just shopping.
Ugh

I ordered a wool scarf on the site but by mistake received a silk one and wanted to exchange.
The exchange was refused with no reason.
It's not the first time I am ordering from this site.
I had a feeling that the company don't care about customers at all.
Very poor customer service according to my own experience. Highly disappointed.

When you sign up with Wolf & Badger be prepared to be out of pocket. When I pulled out they kept my stock and I lost thousands. When I started W&B were charging $9.50 for postage, within 2 weeks they increased it to $16.50. Not to mention their outrageous fees and then their weird exchange rates where they skim even more money for themselves. Staff don't reply to emails, their software is incredibly frustrating. They make it hard to ask any questions at all and that is because they are only interested in the dollar or Euro.

Wolf and Badger are disgrace a family member of mine signed up with them they confirmed they would take 25% but to find out they were taking 50 % of there money of items been sold and had to pay high membership. When items are damaged not once any money was recovered example item cost 270.00 you get quarter of that item 75.00 can't believe it. My family member that on there portal it stated that the membership gone up first it was 220.00 now charged 445.00 with nothing in writing no email to confirm membership raising shows on the portal untrue as they had problems on the portal doesn't show whats in stock from what needs to be restocked. You ask for a breakdown of how they come to the conclusion of what has been paid no breakdown this company probably was good in the past to help start ups but now u are been ripped off from this company if anyone would like to come together bring this company to light and expose them please message me

I started selling my products on there but their fees are a killer. They charged 450 a month in fees and charge you commission for every item sold and charge you for delivery, so after I sold with them they didn't give me any of my money. Instead they took it and said I owe them an additional 800£. These businesses are taking advantage of small businesses, I only wish I knew how I could report them. Stay away from them!

Out of $800 with NO items
October 16, 2023

I ordered an $800 jacket and tried to cancel before it was even sent out. They weren't able to and said on the phone I could return when arrived. The problem is that the shipper requested the package back from DHL and I got charged and never received the item or my money back. They stated they opened up a DHL investigation but it only took me a 2 minute call to DHL to figure out it was sent back to them. I've emailed them with no reply regarding that they requested it back. Not only that, I tried to return the jacket before it even shipped out because it had a 200% markup than the retailers site. I will never buy from them again.

I ordered a top and pants and sent them both back. I got a refund for the shirt but not the pants they claim they never received it. When I went to get my refund for my pants customer service took a very long time and I'm still waiting. They are fraudulent don't buy from them. I want my $80 dollars back

I placed an order Nov end of Nov, they advertise 2-3 day shipping. This is a Christmas gift and I have yet to receive it! When I look up tracking it says Nov 27th waiting for pickup. I have sent several messages and no information yet! I need to replace that gift with something else soon!

Sent an email regarding a problem with my order which was acknowledged, but never answered. A week later, called but gave up after waiting on hold for 52 minutes. Tried the Live Chat option, but just got the message "we're not here". At a loss as to what to do now... except avoid Wolf & Badger like the plague in future!

Don't.
- They take your funds THEN work to fill as they make deals with suppliers on consignment.
Late or no delivery, poor quality and lousy customer service.
Five stars so can pass their bots and be helpful to 2021 buyers!

Dealing with this company has been a real nightmare. They appear to be something like etsy, with few employees, acting as an intermediary for the companies that create and ship the items on their website. My suggestion is to seek out those creators directly and order from them instead of through this portal. I purchased and returned an item, which had to be shipped back to the actual manufacturer overseas. I then never received a refund from W&B. They do not answer their phone and almost never reply to emails. So I see no reason to actually deal with this company, especially given I see the same items can be purchased directly from the manufacturers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid an expensive monthly fee for Wolf and Badger to help promote and support my new business but there were no promotions and NOTHING. They make so many promises, such as marketing, newsletter features. IG takeovers, pop ups etc but this is all very misleading and nothing is guaranteed, despite paying the hefty fee. Small businesses...stay away! It's not worth it and there is no support.

Wolf & Badger charges $375 a month to have your products on their website. Then they take 30% commission on each sale + processing/services fees. Then you pay around $10 per return (and SO many people buy for fun, multiple sizes, etc - only to return). It takes 1 week for them to get your products approved and online, so you pay for nothing. If you go on holiday mode it takes 48 hours to be up again, except you pay for days where you're offline. A complete rip off for businesses. There's so many products and they'll take just about any brand to get profits. Your label will do decent the first few months then drop to zero sales.
