They always make mistakes with my adress so it comes 1 months later. But when you have your stuff its cool the size you want well describe but I really need to get it between those day they put cause I'm not a girl who likes waiting a lot
Even though I measured myself and checked the size chart for each item, I still had a few items that were way too small and one that was a totally different color! If Wish vendors brought their sizing in line with U.S. sizes, it would be more palatable! I usually wear a 1X and it's humiliating to order 5 and 6 X's!
I ordered a watch from them. Deliberately chose a low value item for my first order to see if they were reputable. Good choice, they're not. After about a month I received an email saying it was delayed and did I wish to wait. Naively i said yes. Still hasn't arrived so I contacted customer services. Couldn't have cared less. Told me I was supposed to know that I had 30 days from the due date to contact them, in spite of the fact they'd contacted me re delay, and that I'd lost my money. I doesn't even show in my account so I strongly suspect it was never sent. It's a scam site. Don't use.
Would never buy off here again. I should have seen the warning signs when I found out they ship from China (home of dodgy Internet produce).
Ordered a "Thick Knitted Blanket". Pictures of women draped in these huge knitted blankets; I was looking forward to receiving my item. Waited almost a month for it to be delivered.
When it did arrive, it wasn't even a blanket - I'd been sent the yarn to make my own blanket! What?

I guess shopping online at these up coming make shift stores is just not for me. My oh my did I really hold my head on this one. It's ok to buy something elsewhere every now and then, but jeez can these ppl please be real about what they're selling on these sites. If your product is a little less in quality than the norm, please least let it be sized right. It just doesn't make any sense, and frankly I just have to be done with the whole thing. I'll just stick to order little knick knacks here and there, no clothes
I placed 3 different orders from sept 12-sep 18 and only recieved 1 item. They still owe me like 26 items. I am tired of waiting so I requested refunds and had to go through a ridiculous process to request. I know 2 other folks that got their orders although delayed no problem. I am truly upset about this site. Will never order again! Very doubtful I will ever see a refund
I think Wish is the way the coronavirus got into our country. Their products certainly don't make it! Getting in touch with their Customer Support is a real treat. If you feel like pissing away your money then by all means buy from Wish.

Those are your odds of actually getting anything of value. Ordered 5 different"Sterling"jewelry items. ALL FAKE! All refunded. Sellers susposed to be punished... HA! Same fake ads still up. Check it with a magnet. Refunds are also a crap shoot. You might get it. Customer service is, at best, STUPID! On purpose. They route you to places that don't help and repeat same useless info as if it were God's own words. They try to stall until you just give up.

Started out good for the first three days, like 30% discount. Thereafter, for about five months, there is super-good selection, prices mostly poor. Then, since about A couple of months ago, specs on items became false, ie; electrical ratings and photo illusions, and grew worse for price deception. Press BUY to experience outright false advertising pricewise. The operators of this site raised the prices.
On a good note refunds, lots of them holding my money, have been resolved so far. Except just shipping on a non-received item. They are advertising I may get a full refund in a couple of weeks.

Never got it. Return process impossible. Mailman marked delivered but returned to sender right away. Get treated like crap and refused a refund. Asked customer service to help he said no I returned once before so he couldn't help. They stole money and get the product back. They also did in store delivery when the store owner couldn't find my products and I was charged half a restocking fee as though it was my fault. Crap products, horrible service. Order off AliExpress or somewhere else. At least if they have an issue they listen and fix it. Here not so much. They also close your case and ignore you. It's insane. Had to reach out to PayPal to get refund. Thankfully it's being processed missing out my wish money though. Do not buy from here.

Ordered 271.00 of items on may 4th and 5th 1sr delivery date was in july now its September something, they wont refund my money all I get is an email either saying they do not understand my request or I have to ask for a refund for each item individually. When I do that I get we do not understand your request. You can not call them nor tell them what you need with the wish assistant customer service. Bunch of crooks. I ordered several things from this company. It took WEEKS, if not longer, to get anything... and then when it arrived it was the worst quality ever! Half of my items didn't work right out of the box (wireless cell charger), half were just plain garbage, and some I never even received! I tried contacting their customer service multiple times via their app and website only to get a former reply giving me a tracking number that doesn't work. Rip off! I buy alot of things online but this is by far the worst experience ever! STAY AWAY!
I placed an order on 11/14 and the tracking shows it arrived to the carrier on 11/28 and is still sitting there. They said they have no control over the carrier which is USPS by the way. I have asked for a refund but totally expect that I will have to contact the credit card company. I'm worried about fraud at this point.
I knew I was taking a $15 gamble, so when my item arrived and didn't fit I was not surprised. I did take other's advice and ordered two sizes larger than my normal size. Still way too tight, and the sleeves were no joke six inches longer than my arm. I give them props though, because my item arrived way ahead of schedule.
While I won't order clothes because he sizes aren't the same, I do love it for decorations and accessories for home and car. I've rarely waited more that 2 weeks for a shipment but this last month was different. My first order took 3 weeks to come and I'm still waiting for 5 other things. I'm just glad they're not gifts or anything. It will be a month in two days since my original orders were planned
I got a makeup sprayer item similar to the expensice $150 one, only cheaper. It was missing parts and never did work. I complained for weeks, and they said time had passed to return. I sent the crap product back to the CEO with an autographed copy of my book. Neither he nor the Customer Service has ever responded or done anything that remotely resembles customer service. This is a crappy web site. Save your money and go to another web site. They are much better.

My partner ordered Pokemon cards for myself and my son. They were the worst fakes I have ever seen. They hadn't even tried to make them look legit. Won't bother asking for refund so im gonna set them on fire. Best thing that you could do with them.
I have ordered well over 300 items. I don't like the adult clothing much but I love the make up and trinkets. I have never had problems with refunds if good don't arrive. It does take about 3 weeks for items to be delivered to Australia but most items are worth it. For a few dollars it's a lovely surprise when they arrive.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
