I've been using Wish for over a year now, and I personally have never had an issue with any of the items I have received. ALL of the clothes I ordered fit perfectly because I measure myself and go strictly on what people in the reviews say PLUS the sizing chart they provide (the merchant, not the Wish app) and I always know beforehand what parts I may need to take in or alter.
The only problem I ever had was a pair of earrings that I didn't receive (which I found out wasn't Wish's fault because there was a lady at the front desk where I stayed at the time stealing our mail) but Wish still refunded me happily, and they respond when you submit a ticket. At least in my experience they do.
This app and website isn't all just one huge store. This is similar to ebay with lots of different "mini stores" that all sell their own items. There are some people who really hate Wish's service and who are upset with people like me for not hating it with them, and I am very sorry that they had negative experiences. That's just how things are sometimes. Just like with ebay and amazon and other "trusted" sites, scammers can hide everywhere, even on Wish. But just research your items if you don't know about them like you'd do anywhere else and for the most part you will be okay^_^
Your item will take forever to arrive and wont be the item you ordered. Also alot of the items they offer don't even EXSIST! (1TB flash drive YEA RIGHT)

Saw a watch I wanted to purchase for $19US, clicked on buy and suddenly the price had changed to $27US. Wouldn't even risk it, who knows what will actually charge my card.
I ordered a bluetooth watch at the end of August through the mobile website, order went through OK but I didn't receive an email confirmation. Ok, I thought, I'll just log into my account and check the order. Nope. No orders appeared under my account.
So, I then proceed to raise a ticket with their customer services to get a copy of the order confirmation, since perhaps the email was mistyped when the order was placed (possible, although who knows?).
CONSTANT email string asking for the same repeated information. Clearly nobody is reading the email dialogue, different people responding every single time and asking me for the information from the email confirmation WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM CONTACTING THEM FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. Would call them, but I'm not paying £2 a minute to call their premium rate number.
Short story - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (OR GEEK.WISH.COM). IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - YOU'RE JUST WASTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.

So, my bluetooth watch finally arrived in the post. In terms of the product quality, it seems good. I'm just letting it charge up then I'll have a play with the watch itself. Instruction manual was in Chinese and English, although the English does seem to be partly google translated, but I was still able to piece together the meaning.
Overall, seems like a good deal based on the quality of the item. Will just have to see how it stands up when I start properly using it.
In terms of the customer service, they were eventually able to get to the bottom of the query, but that was after 20 emails back and forth to get to the bottom of the (very simple) issue.
So, I've increased my review to a 3* based on the product coming through and not scamming me out of that. However, I would still advise avoiding their customer service team like the plague.
Giving this stupid company a 1 is a lie, they deserve a 0!
My card and bank details were hacked and I had to close down the account and the card (I lost over $600, because of the person who stole my card)
Anyways, I received an item from Wish which was damaged quite badly they accepted the refund except they refused to pay it to my new account detail which I provided with them I'm aware of their policy but seriously! The bank can't do anything because the accounts are closed!

My partner ordered Pokemon cards for myself and my son. They were the worst fakes I have ever seen. They hadn't even tried to make them look legit. Won't bother asking for refund so im gonna set them on fire. Best thing that you could do with them.
This is the worst shopping app ever. Deals sound good and look good but the products are GARBAGE. All come from China and you are normally shipped the wrong products.
I ordered a Gothic jumper and paid £16 including delivery. It came within one month of paying for it. The same jumper was on sale in the UK for £39.99' in blue banana. And I actually got what was stated in wish a free gift... which were black hair bands with gold apples on for free with my order. I have ordered 2 t-shirts lately and are waiting on them. And a anti dog training collar and some parrot toys. So yet to feedback on it. But the bird toys are £13 in pets at home and they cost £3 including delivery for the same thing. So if It arrives in the UK to me. It's a bonus it saves me £10 if not il pay £13. Either way I'm not bothered. As for the jewellery yes they have some nice bling that's seen in Claire's accessories. EBay and Amazon. All UK stores and markets buy most of there bulk products from China and Hong Kong like poundland would you go and complain about the products there. What is bought on your high street. No you just pay the pound and leave. Then people go on wish buy something for a pound and then grumble that its cheap or took too long. Remember it's China or Hong Kong it will take a while. And what do you expect for a pound. A 925 sterling silver or 9ct gold ring. It aint gonna happen. You want nice bling you gotta pay hundreds. People who slag them off are just winers and haters trying to put them down for trying to earn a living.

The leather bracelets were way too small... I couldn't even latch the clasp... The the end just came right off 2 minutes after getting it...
And I got a Square Cube necklace... The opening was sooo small I couldn't get it over my head...
Better off used as a small dog collar...

I ordered 4 tops from wish.com thinking they were beautiful and a good value. Boy was I stupid! The crap they sent me is the worst I have ever seen. The blouse I tried on tore and was actually sized for a child I am sure. I never even unwrapped the other three. I tried to get a refund from this terrible company but there was no "Order History" for me nor were there any packing slips in the shipments. Don't use this company! Inferior Chinese merchandise and non-existent customer service!
I sincerely believe that any positive review was written by the company itself because no one could possibly like this crap! I bought several articles of clothing that looked very cute and stylish in the pictures. When they FINALLY arrived two months later, they looked very little like the pictures. To make matters worse, the material was very thin and scratchy. There's not one thing that was wearable and I ended up donating every single thing to Goodwill. I would NEVER buy anything from this app again. What a total rip-off!

A very highly professional dirty tactic use by Wish to close their cheating case and deny their promises and responsibility towards their victim customer.
Yesterday received message from Wish Customer Service Team offering to help to solve my received Fake items for replacement and offer to make a refund. I clearly declined the refund but insisted a replacement as what was advertised in the Wish listing.
However 2 hours later another message from Wish received. I was shock to know that a refund was make with the reason that the tracking shows delivered but user did not receive it. How can that be? There is no tracking number provide to me and my country local post office has not inform me about the postage. This is a BIG JOKE from Wish.
TO ANY OF THE WISH CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM PERSONEL WHO READ THIS POSTING, please explain to me and also to other Wish customers.

I have ordered from Wish on four occasions and it is fantastic! Make that five because I made an order just prior to reading these reviews. I wouldn't put much stock in the negative reviews and try it out for yourself. People do not understand that they are not ordering from a major chain department store. Some items are cheaply made out of plastic, but I'm okay with spending two or three dollars on something that wasn't as I expected to be. I have order multiple rings, bracelets, hair tools, make up, nail supplies and many more items... fantastic. I have had wonderful experiances with the seller's with canceling orders and refunds. Arrival times could be a month or longer, but the orders must ship from China and must be quarantined for up to six weeks. What others fail to realize is that most products in the United States are shipped as merchandise for major chain retail and department stores. MAID IN CHINA! No not everything was as exactly as it appears, but I have spent no more that seven dollars on any one ring and they are beautiful, bright and shiny. Try it for yourself, but do not have unreasonable expectations. This is not Dillard's Department Store. I LOVE WISH! These people have unreasonable expectations for the prices they are paying. Not a scam or a rip off, just unreasonable expectations.

I bought a large cube ice tray but received bullet cube tray. I have the confirmation of my order which clearly described the large cube size. They made me attach all types of documentation which I did. Then they closed my case because I should have ordered the correct size. They ignored the description of the item and trusted the store size # instead.
First they delivered me wrong size glass screen then i complaint about that they refund me immediately no hassle for refund
Learn from my mistakes! I have purchased 6 rings all from different stores on this site, not ONE of these rings were silver! They ALL tarnished and turned to the copper and other interesting colors they start off at. Worse... WISH backs these stores and states they "certified" the store! Don't waste your time or money- sizes are all wrong as well. Knee braces are crap quality-made incorrectly supports pop within a week or two, battery recharger charges and shuts off when you attach your phone. Prices are nice IF the products were worth it!
I purchased men's running shoes. (Almost $60) Paid by credit card. Shoes arrived damaged. Soles not glued, wrong size, cheap poor quality. I tried to report the problem and apply for a refund but the shoes arrived with no purchase order. Website allows only contact by email with PO. Web didn't recognize my email or provide PO until weeks after the product arrival. I took pictures, uploaded complaint for refund and was refused because "30 days after purchase." what a rip off. They controlled the entire process and refused due to their own delay.
The last item I ordered and "I mean last item" was a pair of headphones to replace the ones I thought i was getting a refund for. These were more expensive £29.00. Wish told me they had not received the order. However, after contacting Paypal and sending a copy of the order number, within one hour they had found my order and stated that it was being mailed.
So, my advice is use Paypal. Then you have a large and influential company, who can wield a big stick if necessary.
Whats more, although Wish had stated that they could not find my account, they used my Christian name in the message.
I have been trying to find the right authority in San Francisco to report this company to.
However, because I live in France, I have no idea who that might be.
Perhaps someone living in that area might know, at least it could put the wind up this awful company!
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
