I ordered several items from Wish on October 19,2016 and was advised that this item would arrive by November 18,2016! I wasn't too excited about the length of time in receiving the item but wanted to see how the product would turn out since it looked nice online and the price was definitely appeasing to the eye! I would like to start out by saying that don't like that the Wish app doesn't allow you to apply discount codes to your items. I had a code that would provide me with free shipping if my items totaled $60 or more but when it was time to purchase no such discount box appeared and customer service was of no assistance. However, the item arrived tonight, well before the arrival date so that made me happy. I am attaching a picture of the item purchased and the way it looked when I ordered it. The material is a texture like cotton but I can tell that it's cheaper but you get what you pay for and it only cost $10 for the sweater hoodie! I purchased this item for my girlfriend and she normally wears a Small in USA sizes but because I read the reviews I was advised that in some items to get a bigger size so I ordered and XL in the USA size and it fits perfectly! I'm not too crazy about the way the strings are positioned on the hoodie for tightening but that's a minor detail for the overall hoodie!
On the 1st of October I placed an order with Wish for a micro SD card which I knew was coming from china but for the $3.99 I was paying I couldn't pass up.
They sent me tracking info which I have been checking daily. Suddenly, the tracking STOPS on the 17th with no more updates (today is the 27th).
When I contacted them they sent me a link to the same tracking info I already have. Then they told me the item is still in China but will be delivered by the 29th!? According to what I see on the tracking the plane from China arrived in the U. S on the 17th so basically they have no clue what they are talking about.
I most certainly will NOT be shopping with Wish ever again. On a side note, I ordered something else from a site in China on the same day and after reading reviews of that company fully expected to never get my order but guess what? -It showed up over a week ago.

Ordered apart from them Sept. 10. They stated up to 30 day delivery time. Webpage confirmation changed delivery time to 10-15-2016. (35 days later!) Didn't receive item.
They sent message saying sorry, we refunded your money and you can keep the item, when it is delivered on 10-25-2016!

Wow, can't believe I got so scammed. I've always been so very careful about ordering online - don't know what I was thinking ordering from wish. Only a 3 of the 20 items ordered arrived and even then 2 of the 3 were complete junk. Sent a complaint about one of them and they say they're going to refund but I'm not holding my breath.
Finally got my order but their Admin really onerous and can't be bothered!? Admin kept asking me to send snapshots of my bank account with extra Direct Debit, even after I'd submitted twice before; so just gave up exasperated!
I ordered high heels from the Wish App. After 7 weeks the shoes arrived, in a plastic bag, not even sure how the heels survived. Although it didn't matter because they were the wrong shoes, both left feet and different sizes. Nothing about the order was legit. I have requested a refund and submitted pictures. We'll see...

I've submitted and received a number of orders in the past 2 months, and the quality of the products goes up and down way too much. Some things are obviously counterfeit, others are exactly as shown and decent for price. Shipping is also incredibly inconsistent. Some items arrived early, others on time, and others are still in transit. I recommend sticking to Amazon or Jet - they seem to have MUCH higher control over quality and vendors.

While I won't order clothes because he sizes aren't the same, I do love it for decorations and accessories for home and car. I've rarely waited more that 2 weeks for a shipment but this last month was different. My first order took 3 weeks to come and I'm still waiting for 5 other things. I'm just glad they're not gifts or anything. It will be a month in two days since my original orders were planned
Never received merchandise, can't reach anyone in customer service, they direct you back to the website. Awful and deceptive--they should be shut down. After a month without my order, I tried to contact them, but can't get a response back even after a week through the website.
I suspect this is a SHAM operation. Don't do it.
This company is a joke. I ordered some makeup and it was shown in their tracking as being on its way after 6 weeks of ordering. I emailed and explained what happened. It is impossible to talk to anyone at this company. The number they have on their website reaches a recording. I received an email telling me even though my package was to be delivered that day they were refunding all of my money. I still have not seen that refund. I have not received the order either and I have not been able to get anymore help. I am saying: BUYER BEWARE!
The majority of the items are pure cheap garbage. A good deal of the sellers are scammers. Customer service is ridiculous.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
