For a company no contact number number or chat or email. We are looking at a company that probably based somewhere in mt. Everest. I bought one item from them according to the scale it almost there. I don't think ill be buying from here again.

The jacket I bought looked nothing like the picture and was really cheap quality, like plastic.It was a totally different colour and didn't fit anyway. I received no paperwork with the order and no returns label or information about how to return. I am now going back and forth on an awkward message system online to try and understand what to do and why do I have to pay the return? I don't know why I got caught here I never normally order clothes online - avoid.

Got 30% of the items so far I have ordered and the rest are missing. Refunded only another 30%. And the rest is in their pockets.do not waste your money for wish.

The worst company to work with. They give you a free first gift so I picked one of the watches on the list and they refunded my $1 in shipping saying they couldn't fill my order because they were back ordered. So I was like ok big deal. Then I couldn't get them to even process one order. I've sent pictures of my ID and card to prove it is me and all for nothing. I have tried to contact the company at least a dozen times and they constantly send back form emails and have no phone number. I have a good feeling they are a huge fraud company. I think I'm going to cut and move on. Stick with Amazon. Remember the old saying if it seems to be to good to be true it probably is?

I have been a wish customer for a couple of years... yes shipping takes a long time but there is a date that the items will ship before... yes the sizes run small, but there are sizing charts that work wonderfully. In all my time as a customer I have had 2 items that werent up to standard and I was refunded on both within 5 days. It is my absolute favorite shopping site!

I have 3 kids and I am always ordering items online. My 8 year old son loves Pokemon, he wanted to use his own money to buy Pokemon cards. He found wish.com and showed me how amazing the deals are. I was skeptical, it just looked like a scam site. I registered and ordered $19.95 in Pokemon cards. My credit card was charged the day after the order. That was on October 5th. It is now November 14th and nothing has arrived. I have never received a confirmation email that my order was received and have no shipping or tracking information. I have sent 5 emails to their pathetic customer "no help" department. You cannot call them and talk with a person. Their email team does not read my gripes. It is a total bunch of crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY trying to buy from this company.

Wish= Hit and miss

Wish has great deals when you find a good product, but you really have to pay attention to the reviews and read through them. Some sellers on wish don't use real product photos though, which is frustrating. Some use photos of popular products online and actually sell a lower quality copycat product instead. There isn't enough quality control, but wish tries. Usually if something sold is not as advertised, you can get your money back. Overall the deals are great and it helps you browse for products in an easier way that gets you to see products you haven't seen before, and ones you wouldn't normally see on Ebay because you often see excessive repeats on Ebay. Wish has repeats, but far less. Overall it's a good site, just research items first! See how many people rated 3 stars or less in comparison to 4&5 star reviews.

Great customer service

My items for wish were delayed and when I contacted customer support to cancel my order, they replied within minutes and were very kind and understanding, I was refunded no questions asked. I rate their great customer service 5 star. Definitely worth looking at what they have to offer.

Items take too long to ship and the shoes I ordered for my little man
I received 3 months later and was of very poor quality.
I ordered a necklace and never received and the other pants and toque I ordered for my daughter never came. I asked for a refund and never received. They told me to go to the post office and check. Never again!

Terrible!

I will NEVER use their site again to order anything. I moved during the shipping process & they wouldn't change the shipping address after it was shipped. I ordered my son a pair of winter boots, which I received, but I didn't get them because they were delivered to the address I no longer reside at. I was told my wish customer support to go to the local post office & have my package forwarded here but I don't see how that's possible if I live in an entire different state than what it was delivered to. And they REFUSE to give me a refund. So now I am out of money & never received what I ordered. Better make sure you dont move before ordering something cause they won't change the shipping address unless it hasn't been shipped yet. Worse customer service I've ever seen in my life. They don't even have a 1-800 number so you can talk to someone. EVERYTHING IS ONLINE. I am one unsatisfied customer and will NOT be using them again for anything! Atleast I can get FREE shipping with eBay!

My sister and I have ordered several items from this site recently. So far we both have gotten everything and just waiting on one more pair of pants! Its Excellent and everything looks great. Not disappointed one bit. I definitely recommend it and plan on making more purchases in the future. Everything for me that I have ordered has been spot on with the exact size. With my sister she could have probably gotten one size bigger for a couple shirts but she is still not disappointed with how it turned out. Awesome site I love it!

Site is a scam

Decided to try out this site prices are tempting so I ordered three
Little items incase of a loss, placed order in september its november
And I have not received nothing yet their support is null so beware not to purchase
Anything you aren't willing to take a loss on. This is my experience with them will not
Buy anything else from them and do not recommend.

Don't order from wish!

Wish is garbage, I ordered a tablet October, 8, when I thought it finally got here November 10 they just sent me a LED usb charger and a sorry note that the tablet I ordered is sold out. I lost my money all 145$ worth

Yes which does take a long time to deliver some items what do you expect they're coming from China but overall I have not had much trouble from them everything that I have ordered has been very nice quality fit very well and when I needed a refund back they send it back to me within 5 days had a little trouble with the post office but not with wish I just wish we could speak with someone personally but other than that I'm a happy customer

Have ordered several times and only once a product didn't look like the picture and was happily refunded, and recently a product I purchased is still in transit and was refunded and told I can still keep the product when it turns up. Can not complain at all.

I'm not sure who sizes these clothes, but they need to be retrained. Purchase 6 tops from them. I usually wear a med/lrg heard they run small so I ordered 2x. 3 have arrived so far from China (there's your answer) 2x is equivalent to an American Size 6. Cost to much to ship back so I gave it them to Good Will. Buyer. Eve ware and Don't Buy!
