One star is generous!

Ordered 6 things on 3 different orders.! St 2 "sweaters" arrived... total crap... cheap sweatshirt like material.
Others 4 things have never arrived after 6 weeks!
They gave me a full refund on everything but do not waste your time or money.
Get what you pay for and I knew this crap was too good to be true!

I have cancelled two orders now, I have one refund so far. I ordered an item on Nov 16, it didn't hit THEIR (Asia somewhere) airport until Nov 28. In January, I requested a refund on one item, waited on the others, but have finally requested an refund. I can order items from ebay (sometimes for the same or less, with zero shipping cost and get it in two to three weeks). I can be patient, but this goes beyond ridiculous.

I have purchased several items from Wish that I have not received. Because of how slow it usually is to get products, I did not worry too much about it. On a few occassions, I went past 30 days. Wish will not give you a refund. Nor will they resend the product. Finally, they will not give store credit.

Amazon will sell the same products at similar prices. In addition, the shipping costs are often less than Wish or free.

My advice is not to purchase from Wish. They will rip you off!

I made a purchase from "your wish store" on Nov 30,2016. Xmas gifts. Paid through PayPal. Never received my merchandise. I have contacted them numerous times, at least 6 times, I get the same response overtime, written in pidgin english, saying nothing. They are sorry they are working on it, the same form message each time with a different persons name on it. They also charges my payola account twice for the same purchase. Yes, they took one of the charges off but today is Jan 15,2017 and no one has resolved this tissue. There is no phone contact for them and Customer Service is a joke. Stay away from this site.

They don't deserve a single star! Order my item a little over a month ago. The tracking infp has not been updated since then. Still says in transit. My estimated time has been changed twice. Never received my item. They claim it's been delivered and they say check with my neighbors and post office. A load of CRAP! I will continue to bother them every day. I will continue to put them on blast in any way I can.

I purchased two 128 GB flash drives from wish.com. Although the items arrived within a couple of weeks, the flash drives have proven to be fake. They initially showed up on the computer as having 124 GB capacity, but then immediately stopped working. They cannot even be recognized on any computer.

The selling of fake goods online is a criminal act.

I have demanded a refund from the company and filed a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission.

UPDATE: I informed wish.com that I had filed a complaint and received an immediate refund. They included the shipping costs and did not require me to ship the product back. I encourage others to follow a similar procedure.

This must be a rip off. I ordered 5 items on December 1st, they were meant to arrive on January 5th, but they didn't. It is not January 13th and I am demanding a refund INCLUDING shipping. Don't use this website, I was stupid to use it, you don't need to be stupid too.

Ordered on 12/23/16, inquired 1/4/17, no response, inquired again 1/10/17, response, we've received your inquiry. Now 1/13/17, still no response. I've threatened to charge them back on my credit card if they don't respond soon. That's how you get all your $ back, including shipping, don't let them scam you, if they shipped (which I doubt) and it doesn't show up, that's on them
