Great at first until...

I SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLAR'S DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. FOUND OUT AFTER I LEARNED TO TRUST YOUR COMPANY THAT YOU OVERCHARGED ME ON POSTAGE AND BECAUSE THE COMPANY NEVER SENDS AN INVOICE OF CHARGES, I NOW DON'T TRUST WISH... I HAD SOME MONEY AND WAS BLESSED FOR THE FACT THAT COULD AFFORD the Christmas presents to bless my family for the many years they helped me. To find out Wish ripped me off with so many overcharging makes me sick. Contact me with what I paid 2017 to find your errors in what you charged me or I will sue you.

I order a belt pouch and got a cloth bag of some sort. I give them the order number and then even sent a picture of which I received and the info from the pouch it came in. Giving up - after some 30 emails back and forth (they don't read previous ones apparently) and then saying they need a copy of my back statement to prove I purchased it with my credit card (I refused to send them a bank statement) they have not even attempted to replace it with the correct one or do anything about it. I will refuse payment with my back who will back me up. Will never buy from them again nor recommend them.

Good shopping

I have very little trouble with anything I have purchased on WISH. I know that I am not
Getting top grade items and if I do not like it, I give it away. I have a neighbor that loves the little trinkets that I bequeath to her. If it is damaged, I chalk it up to the buying experience. Who would even think of returning anything? It would cost much more to send things back to China.
I will continue to shop on WISH.
As a matter of fact, two charging cords that I got when I purchased phone from Verizon wore out. I found just what I wanted on WISH and it is perfect!

What a scam

Item is advertising as $ 17 after choosing the size and color it becomes $40 by the time you go to check out is $ 100+ shipping, this is ridiculous. I had to call my visa to cancel. This site is a scam.

I ordered a media center and realized when I received it that the H96 pro+ was crashing every minutes. Wish was great at providing a solution for the android system 7.1 that the wifi was disconnecting frequently and making it impossible to watch any video on KODI. After doing a factory reset and making sure that all apps were up to date, the system was still disconnecting and crash as before. At the end Wish provided me a full refund including the shipping cost. With this experience, I will do more purchases with confident, thanks.

Overall is very good!

The description is not always good as some important details are left out. For example: when is a piece of clothes not always tell you what fabric is!

To get excellent the delivery should not be that long...

I ordered a bunch of stuff from Wish for Christmas and I am still missing a few items. I have told Wish when they asked questions about my order. I also am very upset over the fingerlings that I ordered. I was under the impression that the fingerlings where the real deal, when it arrived in the mail it was a little fake fingerling no bigger than a pencil, the little tomagochi toy that I received in the mail was broke and it did not even work correctly. These gifts where for my special needs son who has sever ADHD and he was a complete mess when some of his gifts did not arrive, the fingerling was fake and his toy was broke. More then three of my gifts did not arrive in the mail as of today January 18,2018 and I ordered them AND I PAID FOR THEM several several months before December 2017... What can and will be done?!?

Decent stuff crappy customer service

I ordered some shoes that were supposed to be to me by Sept 17. They told me to wait another 30 days and each time I went back to the site to say that it had not arrived they said to wait. As of now its Jan 18th and I still have not received my items. I let them know that I wanted a refund. Then they tell me that I cant have one because its over 30 days of when the item is supposed to arrive. And they are not doing anything to get me the shoes I ordered.
