I went to get some stuff for my new born baby and I haven't get any of it it been a month since than and they not giving me any answers, I waste 150.00 dollars and last year they did the same

But I've noticed there are many products now that wish sell are definitely misleading
They will promote a product that is cheap ex tool kit or air jacks for your car when you receive this item it will be a small plastic box or 1 spinner instead off the photo
It's like buying a car on line and you get it delivered and it don't have an engine
My advice is only buy off wish if it is one SPECIFIC item if not sure definitely click on exit
But to their credit I did complain and wish reinstalled my money
So my dealings with wish as I said were 80% good but 20% need so attention
I went on Wish to buy 9 small Ganesh statues as gifts to my yoga class. They were priced at £2.85 but with hefty postage it cost me over £58. When I got the confirmation email I saw that I had purchased Buddhas not Ganesh.
Thinking the error mine (it wasn't, it's their rubbish system) I asked for a refund as Wish cash so I could try the purchase again. BIG MISTAKE on my part as Wish cash disappears into an alternate universe where no one can ever reach it again.
When I then realised the item was setup in such a way that to actually buy the Ganesh they were £4.85 each, not the £2.85 advertised, I did not want to buy anything on Wish.
I have been trying to get my money back for weeks now as this was taken from me fraudulently. They keep saying "it is not possible to refund Wish cash" (the alternate universe thing) which is rubbish. I have raised a complaint with an American firm as these people are completely unregulated and this is criminal.
My daughters have since told me that Wish is well known for being Crap and memes are common about them. Pity I didn't know this first!

BEWARE, of buying by WISH something more valuable, I ordered at item For +-$30, I got the wrong product, I was promised a refund, I ordered again, and again got the wrong product, and was promised again a refund, however after 3 months the both refunds were never received, I asked at least for them to send what I ordered and they didn't send that as well, I did get a lot of "were very sorry" they simply stole my money, I haven't had such experience with Online shopping site, on top of that a lot of their products are simply junk. Better off to buy the same item on Amazon the prices are just as good and more reliable.

I ordered a lot of items from Wish, some of them came in good order but some items did not come but they were paid for. I noticed that when ordering items from a certain store and after paying by bank transfer, there are times that confirmation of purchase will not come rendering the purchase non existent but the amount was already deducted from the bank! 2 pairs of winter shoes, 1 winter scooter mask and 1 driving glass were not delivered. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ANYMORE!

I find wish offer a lot of products.My purchases that i have been really pleased with have been the jewellery, fasinators and the pair of red shoes, Hug boots with the indian feathers, also the knitted headbands. The three items of clothing i purchased have not been the best. Im 5ft 5inches and weigh 54kgs and the leggings with lace insert wont pass my hips too short in the crutch.
Read all of the reviews. You may have a good experience or two but they WILL screw you at some point. I've purchased things in the past I really liked, but they screwed me on a drone I paid $89 for 6 months ago. I never received it, they acknowledge it never came and then quit talking to me. I am a little confused as to why there are so many bad reviews, I wonder if it could be the individual stores that people are buying from on Wish? I placed my first order two weeks ago after receiving an offer for a Necklace where I paid one dollar for shipping. I received that necklace within three weeks and was happy with it. I decided to place my first official order two weeks ago and just received two of my items today. They were exactly as described and of really good quality. I paid 6 for one, and 8 for the other. Now, none of my items were clothing so I cannot give any feedback on clothing items. However, I was able to track my orders all the way from China to my mailbox. Some of my outstanding items are not trackable yet, but have all shipped. I am happy with Wish and stores of the items I received today! Great deal, as especially one is very unique! Maybe some stores from wish (and that is what Wish is, a middleman) do not have tracking, I am not sure yet. But, if you order, read the STORE RATING and the ITEM REVIEWS, and be prepared to wait as items are coming from far away. Obviously some of mine came expedited, and others not, so I may wait few more weeks for the rest. That is ok with me.
Got a few small items wouldn't give as presents. Just mainly the big stuff doesn't arrive when they say. Clothes etc not what they seem when you get them.

We ordered a sweatshirt in May and it keeps getting pushed back b/c it's coming from China. There is no human to talk to and their virtual customer support is a joke- since there is no real person to chat with. The sweatshirt now scheduled to be delivered late SEPTEMBER! SUCH A SCAM!

I went to place an order and was BLOCKED. I was unable to track or contact anyone regarding the over $100 in outstanding product in route to be delivered. Everything that had not been delivered was refunded back; less delivery fees. Customer service was NIL, I received a form letter from them directing me to their TERMS.
It does state in their TERMS they can suspend or block you at their discretion at any given time.
Why they would do it to a loyal customer I don't know. Just to still $45 in delivery charges? I was a true fan until I discovered there is no way to contact them except via email. If they choose to not reply, oh well. You can be an honest customer that when they had enough will just rip you off and throw you away
Customer service is amazing. I order regularly and have been very satisfied overall. Delivery can be long at times, but you are always covered if you are not satisfied.

They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
