The cheap prices were too good to be true. Anything shipped from China is a bad sign. So I had ordered 7 blouses... only 6 were delivered and NONE of them were the same as advertised. They sent me items that looked similar but quality was super poor. Piece of crap. I ended up giving them all away. I will never buy from this site ever again.

Most products are great & a bargain! Sometimes you get what you pay for. But sometimes you don't, as in... if it doesn't come in the come in the mail, you will get a generic message telling you to be patient (most things come from overseas) & if it never comes... they will not do anything to help.

I have a expansive item that does not work, no matter what I did to get onto wich, i explained dozen times but didn't wont to help me, i even wonted a refund, and that was the end never heard from wich again,, and they still owe me a item. Its been months now, not happy, never buy from wich again.
I always buy on Wish but each and every time I am supposed to get my item, it exceeds the time and beyond. When I ask about the items, i get the same responses to show t they are copied and pasted then sent to me, the items take very long and the quality is horrible. So clearly wish specialises with false advertisement, they are only good for taking our money but not delivering proper service. As we speak i do not know which item to mention because i am waiting for more than 10 items of which most of them i was supposed to receive about a month ago but that has not happened as usual and nobody bothers to even communicate with me as a customer and i am not the only one with such problems from Wish, at times i want to buy expensive items but how can i do that while not even knowing if im going to get my order on time or in good condition cause most of the time its never like on the pictures or if i will receive it at all!
Shoes are all plastic, even though their advertised as leather! Clothing, well I had to laugh- very poor workmanship!

I enjoy using the site. It is very easy the use and the prices are quite good. The only issue I had was that I received 2 electric rodent repellers with the wrong plug type. I didn't bother returning them because I desperately needed them and i use a converter plug.
