Wish is ok for about any thing BUT CLOTHES AND SHOES! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING I have ever ordered clothes wise or shoe wise are cheaply made, never look like the picture ever and the sizing is freaking insane. Wish just needs to put a stop to the clothes and shoes section. It's 50/50 on jewelry. Only thing I honestly think wish is best for is anime stuff, nic naks, and home decor and then is a 70/30 chance if its good quality.

I have ordered a lot from wish.com in the last 6-7 months... in the beginning the deliveries were great, but then all of a sudden they supposedly sold out of the product etc,. I have ordered a total of 20 items that were never received and am highly peeved. All I want is what I have ordered and delivered when it was to be delivered. And I really hate it when they ADVERTISE THAT THE JEWELRY IS GENUINE STAMPED STERLING WHEN IT IS JUST PLATED. THIS IS A LIE AND SHOULD NOT EVER BE A PART OF DOING BUSINESS. My brother and I both signed up and was suppose to receive their "free" gift. Well it wasn't free cause we still each had to pay the $1 shipping and handling. Well it has been almost 2 months now and we still haven't received anything. It is a total scam and anyone who says otherwise obviously works for the company and is just trying to save face. If everyone who signs up pays their $1 shipping and handling on the "free" gift that adds up and they should be held accountable for thier thievery. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM LIKE WE DID!
All the items I received so far were the quality I hoped they would be. Im still waiting on several items and hope they will be the same quality. The prices are awesome but shipping is very slow.

I have ordered from this website twice and both times had nothing but bad experiences they lost my items both times. How do you lose the items when you have tracking numbers & shipping orders? After creating my account and having a look, Wish.com looked amazing. On my first order, I ordered and paid for 6 items. 3 days later after hearing nothing, I began shopping on Wish.com again as I am new to online shopping, a little naïve and didn't think twice about the silence on Wish.com's behalf. I went to check out with 11 more items; after clicking check out, Wish.com refreshed to a page that stated my account is blocked and I must contact them to resolve the issue. I sent two emails before I received my first reply, which contained NO answers to my questions and nothing specific to me: obviously a copy paste. I then sent two MORE emails with information and more questions about what went wrong, including their phone contact number (which is missing a digit and doesn't connect). 1 day later, I still hadn't heard from wish.com so I called my bank and filed a dispute for the purchase of 6 items I originally made.
2 days after making the dispute with my bank, I receive a second reply (from a different person), again, not answering any of my questions and nothing specific to me: another copy paste email. In this second reply, they attempted to excitedly tell me my account has been unrestricted and I can continue shopping. Um... NO!
Wish.com is definitely out there to take from the quiet people who don't dispute things they are uncomfortable with.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
