Order a cake for Anniversary on 2 may they deliver cake but what they write on cake didnt understand after making complaint they took the cake without delivering another cake

Fake company eating customer money and no refund and this is how they gain the profits. If we ask for refund there is no policy for refund and that's benefit for winning as per them.

This is a fraud company. After ordering they do not pick phone calls. Order not delivered. Spoiled my day. Now we are wasting time to get our refund. Fighting over email. But no reply. Order was placed on 14th feb and today is 15th feb.

Their delivery is pathetic, as order out for delivery at 3.30pm IST, meant for delivery by 10 pm. No whereabouts till 10.15, expects person to wait for all 7 hours. Customer care was not available. One exec- Anu, dint reply. At the end order was returned and money is not refunded by this Con team. May their business gets raided and closed

Never order anything from this website. Poor quality flowers and ignorant customer service.
Broken and dead flowers delivered

Never ever order from Winni. Ordered and delivered item's photos attached here. The item was ordered as a surprise gift and completely spoiled the special occasion

They charged 250rs for delivery within 2hrs between 11pm to 11:59 pm and they returned the cake without delivering saying customer didnt answer the call And when we called them back they were asking to pay again for delivering next day.

They took order. Didn't deliver the product and updated status as delivered. While chatting, not assigned agent and that person never responded. Fake website, don't buy.

Never ever order cake from this place. Very misleading place. They will show you something and send you something else. Unprofessional and pathetic behavior by customer care. Don't ruin your day.

Today I ordered a cake, a Bouquets, and a birthday a mug for my wife's birthday! I ordered it from abroad to be delivered to Kolkata. This guy did not deliver the mug and did not report missing items. When I called them from abroad, they held the line for long and misbehaved with me when I wanted to report fraud. Now they are saying that they will refund or deliver missing item. They also mentioned that they emailed me about the missing item but it's not true. My question is why they confirmed full delivery where they did not deliver all the item and misbehaving when a customer call to report the monkey business. The quality of the flower and cake was very bad. They do not send for reviews with this type of monkey business and there is no option to write review unless they allow. It shows that it is part of their business technique. The show reviews only good deliveries. I am attaching screen short of delivery update. Very poor service. Your delivery boy was very rude. He demanded to come to his place for pickup. Than why the hell you take money for delivery.

Worst service ever. Not first time actually. First time we thought they may be tried and would have made mistake.

First time we ordered for one delivery to our parents for wedding anniversary and they didn't delivered and the reason was surprising actually. We wanted to give it as a surprise then why they have to contact them for delivery.

Again we tried second time for one of our friend on Valentine's Day and the items delivered was really affected our relationship with them. This company really cheating and making money. When we complained they told they will refund INR 400/- back and we rejected it.

Our Valentine's Day order was a disappointment from start to finish. We had eagerly awaited the delivery of a cake, bouquet, and bamboo plant for the special occasion. However, our anticipation quickly turned to frustration. Firstly, the cake arrived a day late, on the 15th instead of the 14th. When it finally came, it was nothing short of disappointing – resembling a cheap, unappetizing creation one might find at a roadside bakery. The flowers, too, were lackluster, exhibiting signs of age and haphazard packaging.

To add insult to injury, the bamboo plant we ordered was nowhere to be found in the delivery. What's worse, attempts to contact the company were futile; they neither informed us of the delay nor bothered to answer our calls. This experience left us deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. In all honesty, it was the worst online shopping experience we've ever had.

These Guys are bunch of liars and there services are so pathetic and they scam customers by showing something else and they deliver something else. Please do not enable these services because they will fool you. They should 14-16 Flowers in the pic and they actually delivered only 5-6 flowers and they look so pathetic. OMG, just look at it I have uploaded it in the pictures. SHAME on you Fella's. Really disappointed in you and your pathetic services.

I had a terrible experience with an order I placed this morning at 10 AM. My order ID is **************. The seller's portal showed that it was delivered at 9:37 PM, but I did not receive the product. Furthermore, some products were missing and the one I did receive was damaged. I tried contacting their customer service several times, but no one answered or responded. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from them. It seems like they are engaging in fraudulent activities.

Never ever order from them. No customer care assistance available. No response. Utterly ridiculous. Your special day will be spoiled for sure!

The company is fraud. They took 50 Rs extra for delivery within 2 hrs. However no delivery at all. No response from the customer care and no one bothers to reply. No response on email. Strictly Avoid. Its waste of money.
