A cake was ordered for us on our marriage anniversary.

As we had to go out of station on that day, we called winni customer support in the morning itself (even before the order was prepared) and informed to postpone the delivery. They agreed to update the order immediately to postpone the delivery. However, they sent the delivery guy on the same day and did not deliver the cake.

Called their customer support multiple times to take corrective action on this, but of no use. If postponement is not possible, they should have told when I called them so that we could have made alternate arrangements.

Neither they delivered the cake, nor they refunded the money.

No point in ordering with such people and spoiling your occasions. Will never order from winni again.

If you are celebrating anything then DO NOT ORDER from winni. I am sure your celebration will be spoiled by them. They can't deliver it in the day you are celebrating. No phone number is accessible to know the status. At last they lied that the deliver team called us before delivery but when we talked to the main vendor they said they didn't called that day. Even they mentioned winni that they will not be able to fulfill the order from their end. Waste of money, effort and most importantly spoils your expectations.

Greetings Dear Winni Team, It was the first time I used your service and I'm perfectly satisfied with it. I would wish to thank all of you for helping in making my day special. Delivery was little late, but it's not your fault, I'm privileged that you delivered the order on the same day in the crucial circumstances of section-144 happening in Bangalore. As well, your CSR is very cooperative, polite and humble. The Chocolate Truffle cake(9/10) was heavenly delicious and the flowers(10/10) were beautiful and very fresh. I'm glad I choose Winni over the others. Looking forward to use your service again in the future.

I placed an order for birthday cake on Nov 16 for my son's birthday. Order no: ************** Amount: 1010. They said they will deliver between 7-9 pm. We waited until 11.30 but it was not delivered. Around midnight they updated in their website saying they delivered. I tried to contact their customer care through chat but they made me to wait for 30 mins and then asked me to contact through mobile. And their customer care number is not working. After reading reviews online, I noticed that this has been their pattern and they are looting our money in the name of service. Please don't choose this website.

It was the first last and worst experience with winni…. I won't ask anybody to order flowers…. They took 1500 rs and the result was so embarrassing…30 flowers on the thermocol sheet…please never go for it…i don't even want to give 1 star rating also. Flowers were not fresh... thermocol sheet was so bad... below are the details:

I was searching for a midnight delivery site of bouquet for Bangalore city and trust me guys I compared almost all the websites for the same delivery and came to the conclusion that Winni website id giving at the BEST price. So I made up my mind to order from here only. But I got a little late and website was not showing me the same day delivery date.

But their customer support person was so helpful he made me delivery possible and helped me a lot with his directions. I really appreciate that. I ordered Radiant Wishes A basket of 10 Red and 10 White Roses but I was worried about the quality of flowers, will they look good or not. But when my friend sent me the photograph of that bouquet, I could not stop myself from writing this review.

It was as good as I could have expected. Delivery was around 11.30 p. M as it was a midnight request. Everything for me turned out to b best.The photograph is attached. Thank You winni :)

I don't recommend anybody to use your services.On the eve of my birthday, I have received a cake and I was shocked to see that the cake which delivers to me is really a third quality/ spoiled one. It ruins my day and the person who sent me feels ashamed.it is only fault of your services. Cake is already cutting prior to and in dual fainted colour. Really Disgusting! Pics are attached herewith and u all can easily see that what type of services Winni is giving with regard to quality.

Worst Experience ever. Do not order from here. They ask for money before delivery, do not deliver and then ask for redeliver charges. Who can trust to pay again for redeliver charge?

No refund, they said they will mark order as complete. And then they disabled chat on website.

Ours is a own building in the center of the town. They said they were unable to reach.

I wish them to eat our cake on our parents birthday. We celebrated without the cake. Thanks.

Winni was not able to deliver the order ontime or on that date. They cannot refund because they do not have an option to cancel the order. Why do I need an order for future date with this kind of service. The contact person said they have a no cancellation policy but it was not in terms and conditions.

Poor Poor customer service and extremely disappointed in way they approached me after they failed the promise. I never wrote a bad review for any website or any business and this is the first because I'm that frustrated.

I usually don't review but this one I need to. Don't bother ordering from Winni. They have pathetic service and quality of the products are even worst. Ordered flower bouquet a day before for my mom on Mother's day. The flowers were withered. And they delivered it in the evening even when it was promised it will be in the morning itself.

I ordered a mango cake. The picture on their site appeared appealing.
The cake delivered is Completely different design to the one on their site, very rushed and poor job on the design.
Upon complaining i was told i did not complain on time within 6-7 hours as per policy.
Avoid this company that does not understand their customer needs and poor quality control
