I would like to complain about winni.in.
I had ordered Oil Painting Art which was around 399/-
The information on the website said the order would be delivered in same day. But the order wasn't delivered in same day as it was courier delivery.
After a week, I got the Image sent to my mail ID and the order status was moved to Completed.
When I requested the Support Agent for the physical product, they said the soft copy is what we all get.

The information shared next to the product is as follow

Customized Digital Artwork Created by AI-based software.
The size of the Soft copy will be the same as we received from the Customer.
The soft copy of the product would be mailed to the customer on their registered email id.

Delivery Information:

Since this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.

Why should the Delivery information is displayed if they are not delivering the physical copy.

I wish I could give 0 stars! These guys are running a small online scam. They are operational in a few cities, but they'll receive orders online from everywhere in India. Beware if you are from not those cities, they'll take your money and probably not deliver your order. I ordered a Rose Plant from Mumbai. They took forever to send it, and when they did, they sent me a dead plant. When asked, they clearly refused to refund.

I placed an order for a special someone, they have no clue as to what they are doing, just love to blame the busy rush timing, they can't get anything right. They will always miss your order and only deliver partial items. BEWARE, NEVER BUY FROM THEM, there are multiple companies that provide a better service at the fraction of their cost. Most of the reviews I have seen have the same problem, which makes me think that their positive reviews are all fake, probably done by their employees to boost their presence online. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, and even though it would be their mistake, they would take forever to refund money. I think they have trouble reading, they should get atleast Grade 1 education first to read/write before they run a business. Very disappointed.

Never order cake from Winni they are pathetic and fake. Waste of time and money...they don't even deserve one star

Very poor service, very late in delivering orders. Customer service is least bothered and the worst part was they have written bhabi on the cake which I ordered for my wife.

These $#*!s are big time fraud customer care number is busy from past 2 days continuously, they don't reply on WA saying no support agents are available pls mail us the query. No revert
Paid extra for on time delivery.

Thank you for ruining my valentines day celebrations. Trusting your service was the biggest blunder I committed yesterday. Ordered a product at 7:50 am and the promised delivery time was from 8am to 10 pm. The most suppressing fact is that even after 14 hours you dint bother to even update the customer regarding the product delivery.I neither dint receive any response from your so called delivery executive or your customer support team. You have got the worst customer service. Told you to cancel my order today morning around 9:30 am and one of your executive told that she has cancelled it and later while checking the app it shows out for delivery. Called your pathetic and horrible customer service again and now a guy tells that the order can't be cancelled. First update your team about the terms and conditions and ask them to be polite to the customer inspite of your mistake. Horrible, pathetic and terrible service. Will never make a mistake of placing an order with you in future. Is this the way you treat a customer? Shameless guys! Dissatisfied and very disappointed with this! Shame on your team.

Seems i have been scammed as missed checking existing review comments for them, no delivery of my item since 2 days where they claimed to deliver in 2 hr and no response or tracking for the same

So many people haven't got their order yet, don't know whom the hell are there delivery guys delivering the order to!
I ordered the product yesterday with delivery time between 10-2PM. Its 9PM I am writing the review.
They have kept the customer care number BUSY since morning.
Service is terrible, expensive, and stressful without the opportunity to surprise a loved one.

Ordered flowers for 1000 rs and lost the money. There are no support agents and nobody cares to answer mails. Absolute scam!

Pathetic service. Wastage of time and money. They actually don't deliver the entire order and after that ignores the calls. Charge for entire order amount but delivery is of one good. Just don't trust them at all.

Pathetic service...first a fall they don't deliver on time...tried contacting all the customer support no...all are switched off...watsapp no...says right now not available...what I am suppose to do...? How to contact you'll? Or u can't deliver plz refund my money...

I paid 100 extra for express delivery, it is already 4 hours late and not yet delivered. I ordered it for my wife on Valentine's day. WHat use is it if it gets delivered the next day.

Also, all customer care numbers are maxed out and not reachable ever. So you are stuck.
Best avoid.

I had paid an extra amount for delivery for the specific time but they didn't delivered the cake on time by which i had faced an embarrassment. Worst online services they are providing. And even when i called them to complaint these mother$#*!ers are not responding properly plus they cut my call in between.

I ordered a cake, what was show in their website and they are delivered us totally different one...
