Have a pathetic experience, they promised a midnight bouquet delivery but did not show up. Tried chasing them, the customer care numbers were invalid. Somehow able to speak with one of the rep, who did not cancel the order. Simply ruined my day. The bouquet came late even the next day and was pathetic too. Very very bad service, If u don't want to ruin your day suggest avoiding taking their service. Highly unprofessional company. Actually fraudsters.

I have placed an order in morning. Before I ordered they said choose any cake then we will change your flavour and will be delivered in 2 hours. I am waiting for 12 hours and the delivery has not arrived yet... do not ever order on this company. They are dealing customer like a dog... staff even can't speak English... they don't understand and answer in different languages... i hate this place will never order again. They not deserve even 1 star... but i have no option to give them 0 star... bull$#*!

Dear Sir,
My daughter Apoorva Chandra ordered cake and red rose on my anniversary... ref order no *******4476 on 16. 05. 20

Advance payment was made. And on 18 may only Cake was delivered at Patna. The delivery man told later on phone, that he had no order to deliver Bunch of red Roses.

Attempt to call for refund is not getting any response. Please refund Rs 500,50 % of total cost for red rose, not delivered.

Pl. Call me at *******678 to confirm the refund to the account, from which payment was made by my daughter.

If no response from your side, I will be forced to take legal action and put this fraud played on all over the media.

Looking forward to hear from you, ASAP, in 2 days

1. Incorrect delivery of Order.
2. No Proper Response through call or even messages(direct chat).
3. They are giving stupid answers.
4. After raising a complaint to *******@winni.in, they are writing simply apology.
5. Very bad cake quality
6. They are taking much more money for the cake as compare from the market price.
7. they deliver the Flower is also wrong which then shown during order.
8. packing was also very casual.
9. never try to order with this site.
10. They will taking money for high range cake. But you order that cake and make the payment they will provide you cheaper cake.
11. Never use this site for surprise order.

Total disappointment. I have paid extra money to get cake delivered by 11:45 (Not exactly on 12) and these guys delivered cake by 10:30 PM. After contacting their customer service, you get reply as delivery is in outer area. IS this a some kind of joke? You should clearly mentioned this before taking order. Also the special message given with cake is also not passed to the birthday fellow. If you don't want to spoil your surprise then please don't order any midnight delivery cake from these guys. Otherwise you will end up with big disappointment.

Absolutely no help from you. I have called about 15 times since morning with no help.
I have already given the alternate number which was asked by your support team on the call for 15 times which is not updated by you.
Really not happy with the service provided. Anyways, its a waste of time money... very very bad on an occasion like this.
You guys need to understand the situation and provide the service accordingly.
Currently i am not situated in india and this is the pathetic service we receive from you.
Hope others won't face the same trouble as i went through...

No guarantee that your order will be with you on your special day, cheap products, don't ever use this company.
Cant ever speak to manager, I ordered wallet which looked very cheap quality and different from photo shown on website.
In my order there were three items in one pack for my husband on his birthday to surprise him and these stupid people started to deliver items one by one and ruined my whole surprise and made me look dumb.

Ordered cake from winni since I've been doing it for about 3 years now and liked their quality. I paid Rs. 200 extra to get it delivered between 5-6pm.
The cake did not come until 6:45pm. It came in an unbranded box (normally the box has winni branding). The name of the person was spelt wrong on the cake. There were cherries missing from the top. And weird marks in the icing. Thoroughly disappointed and never ordering from winni again.

I searched many websites for online cake order, and i picked up Winni as Chef baker's name is added with their product, here i found easy to place order and choose one of my favourite flavour. I got my order on time as picked up and taste was too good, it's so yummy. Keep with it great service and awesome cake.

Terribly enraged by Winni's cake service. A colossal disappointment from start to finish. Requested a bouquet, greeting, and cake—received an unrecognizable cake, wilted bouquet, and missing greeting card. Paid 250 rs extra for midnight delivery, but cake came pre-11. Found a hair in the cake, taste was horrendous—just cream. Overall, a dreadful and nightmarish encounter. Avoid at all costs!
