I ordered a chocolate cake and received different cheap looking cake. It's pathetic customer support as well. There people are fraud. When asked the same to customer service they reply that we already mentioned in terms and conditions. What kind of service is this. I paid 699 for this cake but in reality it's very cheap cake I received. Never buy from this website.

Loved the services of Winni. Have been using it from last 5 years. Now their presence has increased to 550 cities. All cities are not very good but yes they do deliver and that matters the most in many smaller cities/

It is for all occasions such as birthdays, anniversary, success in exams etc. it's stuff is par excellence with no complaints, prompt delivery, affordable price, n you get the true value of your money. Cakes are very very soft n yummy, orchids, roses are garden fresh. I will advice people to come forward and give chance to no looking back.
Wish could rate something lower than 1 star. Ordered gift for fathers day. Chose standard delivery time. Nothing was ever delivered. No one to answer the phone, return email or chat. Product wont be same as mentioned in website. They sent a stale cake and flower bouquet. When i called them with photo proofs, they are not ready to refund or replace. Bad customer service. Beware of this people.

People don't order from Winni. They clearly know how to cheat a customer effeciently. Probably they have a separate team for it.
They provided me a totally wrong product which was worth half the price I paid. When asked about, they say it is for delivery! Seriously you charge RS 400 in the name of delivering that crap cake! Get a life.

I ordered a mango cake(in a season when mangoes are readily available) for brother's birthday. And he received a vanilla cake, without birthday message but yeah they put a plastic happy birthday on cake. I got to know about cake after few days, it not very natural to ask how's the cake flavor was? Anyways I send a complaint regarding same. I got a response saying they only deal with request within 4-24 hours. That's all!
Note: They ruin your special moments and then apologize for not being able to do anything since the time has passed.

4. Missed writing message on the cake
5. Rude customer care, phone never connects, ineffective chat and email
6. Completely dishonest, talks about a partial refund when more than one item in the order was missing of incorrect

If by any chance you have come across this portal to check a review on winni, i would like to reconsider it so many times.
They are known for holding deliveries on a occasion date and send it at per their convenient. I would just like to share the recent experience where a guy who was supposed to deliver flower to my wife on anniversary have reached the other day. Through out the day nobody updated. Next day, they sent a mail that order will be delivered today. They have no courtesy to apologies and keep customer.
When i raised the issue with customer care, they had nothing else than saying sorry. I wasted my money and occasion here.
If you are reading this, there are multiple other option to surprise your loved ones. Dont waste and money here.

Ordered a simple bouquet for delivery from 2- 4 pm slot, but it's 8:25 pm still wasn't delivered worst site in case of delivery and delivering policy. If you want to ruin your day go ahead with this site.
I ordered this product on 23rd April 19. I asked for blue as in the website, but received a call after 3 hours that blue is out of stock and then received orchids that looked like they were used, about to fall out from their stem. I would have got the same bouquet for less than Rs. 500 at my local florist. When we give flowers there are emotions attached with it, and when we receive a product like this it is total embarrassment. WINNI has disappointed in delivering the product with proper service. To add the embarrassment the deliver guy was also no good, had to spend 30 mins just to guide him to my location.
What they show you is NOT what you get.
Shipping duration, customer handling department and packaging of the bag, everything was cool. Great. But few shoes that I liked were not available in my size in stock and they promised they will update me soon about it.
Ordered cake and bouquet combo.the bouquet was nothing but $#*!. Completely terrible ordering and packing.and they insisted that it looks just coz they wanted a refund.not really sure if these guyz have seen bouquet before. Please don't order anything over expensive and bad quality worst item delivered that too not on time. Vendor not educated enough to communicate delivery at wrong place and cake whole spoiled due to mishandling. They charge 250 for 110 rs chocolates. Cake is not same as per images.

I place two orders on the same day for my parents and in-laws who are residing in India.
When contacted the customer service they helped me with coupon codes that saved me additional 10%.
