Hi friends at Winni i find the ordering process was seamless, and the delivery was prompt. winni.in's website is surely user-friendly, making it easy to browse and select chocolates from their extensive collection.
The checkout process was hassle-free, and I received regular updates regarding the status of my order.
The chocolates were delivered fresh and well-packaged, which speaks volumes about winni.in's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Only unethical practises going on. I have order 4 things.
1 roses- some 3rd cheap flower delivered
2 mango premium cake- local cake was delivered
3 plant- dnt even get me started on the condition of the plant. Only soil received in a pot that too broken and in the carton ( yes they couriered a living plant) is was all soil soil.
4 statue- such bad finishing.

When asked the customer care they cut the call on your face. And no refund being issued only replacement option is there.

So much mental torture and insult in front of the relatives for whom gifts were ordered.

These companies should be banned from operations.

Very bad experience with Winni. Ordered Black Forest cake and finally got delivered strawberry flavour with very bad taste. Total waste of time and money. Occasion got fully spoiled. In addition few items were missing ( magic candle, rose petal spray and chocolates). Never ever recommend winni. The same review being written in mouth shut, google etc. Thanks for making us fool. I had placed an order for valentines day for my wife stays in india.Delivery scheduled on14th feb.
There is no updates on delivery and there is no such contact numbers which shows on the web to connect.Spoiled the celebration.I lost my money.I beleive its a scam.I have written several mails in this regard and also sent watsapp messges but zero response

Booked for a premium chocolate cake and red flowers,

Delivered unprofessionally prepared cake without greetings and pink colour flower.

Guys avoid winni app... these people are fraud... they charge you in premium rates and provide cheap service... I will never recommend any more service from winni... I gave them plenty of time to do a replacement and they completely hesitated it stating they dont assure any quality in services.

What a disastrous service! I placed an order for a flower bouquet and 2 small indoor plant a week ago. I received the bouquet on the same day but the plants I just received it today in a very bad state. The condition is so bad that it looks dull & dead to me. I was informed that these plants are courier product hence it might take time but a whole long week? No way to contact them as well, therefore I am writing my horrible experience with winni here. Order booked 2 days in advance to deliver in 10 to 2 slot. Message receives at 14-10 saying delivered. Actual delivery at 14-45, that too directing delivery boy for address on phone holding for a long time. Cake turned out to be absolutely dry as if made day earlier. Order number **************. Would never order again.

I preferred the cake in Ahmedabad on Mother's Day as a gift. Not only it arrived late but the whole cake was ruined. When I complained about this, someone from the customer service kept sending same email rather than solving the issue. And when I mom called the cake shop in Ahmedabad, they advised my mom that they can't do anything as they are just carrier not the actual company. My only advise on this website, don't ruined your special day. I have few other friends who also had bad experience on this.

I ordered a blue colored Orchid bouquet for my Grandmother in Agra. It costs Rs 2100/- for that bouquet. It was really horrible. It was totally different from the one mentioned on their website. The bouquet was really small compared to the ordered one, flowers were not fresh and were broken from the stem. They have had used tape to just fix them. After complaining, the representatives behave like a Robot saying the same 'Sorry for your inconvenience'. It's not only about money but also the type of service you provide. They are just fooling people by showing different stuff on their website compared to what they actually deliver. I would never ever suggest anyone to buy anything from Winni. Big Cheaters and Worst Customer service.
WINNI: You really need to HIRE people who should understand what customers are asking for and ALSO who doesn't lie to their customers. Below are the images where 1st one is from their website and the remaining three are of the product which was delivered.

These are scammers. I ordered a cake for Mother's Day. My mom and sister were in the house but they said no one was there when they arrived. It's bogus. After calling multiple times they responded. They even lied that they came twice. We were sitting right in the front yard to check if the delivery boy was arriving. When I was serious and told them I am going to sue, they came. The quality of the flowers and cake was so cheap. These are scammers don't trust them.

Why are you so late for delivery? You have to maintain your time limit. As on your tracking status, it is still in progress. Please Change your service policy.

The Product(Cake) I received is entirely different from the product shown in the picture. I am very disappointed by this. And on top of that, they charged Rs. 300 for the delivery of the cake, which would have been completely OK if they have sent the same product. If you complain about that, just they do is say "Sorry" and move on. No Refunds or Re-delivery. Waste of money. "Zero" ratings.

I ordered a chocolate cake and received different cheap looking cake. It's pathetic customer support as well. There people are fraud. When asked the same to customer service they reply that we already mentioned in terms and conditions. What kind of service is this. I paid 699 for this cake but in reality it's very cheap cake I received. Never buy from this website.

Ordered beautiful vanilla cake of Rs. 699/ received below standard worthless cake, ordered a no. Candle of rs. 49/- which was not delivered
All money went in vain...
Never seen any service provider as bad as u. I kept on calling at customer care no. Either it was not picked up or no proper response was received.
