Ordered chocolate truffle and a wrong cheap cake with a wrong slip was delivered for my mum's birthday. Not even sure who Kishan Agarwal is.

I usually don't review but this one I need to. Don't bother ordering from Winni. They have pathetic service and quality of the products are even worst. Ordered flower bouquet a day before for my mom on Mother's day. The flowers were withered. And they delivered it in the evening even when it was promised it will be in the morning itself.

Only unethical practises going on. I have order 4 things.
1 roses- some 3rd cheap flower delivered
2 mango premium cake- local cake was delivered
3 plant- dnt even get me started on the condition of the plant. Only soil received in a pot that too broken and in the carton ( yes they couriered a living plant) is was all soil soil.
4 statue- such bad finishing.

When asked the customer care they cut the call on your face. And no refund being issued only replacement option is there.

So much mental torture and insult in front of the relatives for whom gifts were ordered.

These companies should be banned from operations.

They delivered different cake as ordered. Very bad experience. They are not even responding to complaints... dont use this app

I preferred the cake in Ahmedabad on Mother's Day as a gift. Not only it arrived late but the whole cake was ruined. When I complained about this, someone from the customer service kept sending same email rather than solving the issue. And when I mom called the cake shop in Ahmedabad, they advised my mom that they can't do anything as they are just carrier not the actual company. My only advise on this website, don't ruined your special day. I have few other friends who also had bad experience on this.

I had ordered the Peace Lily plant for my mother that was later substituted with a Bamboo plant and when asked for compensation, they offered 5 Dairy milk chocolates bar.
My mother was longing for the Peace lily plant which she did not get. My mother received numerous call from the delivery boy.
The product was delivered in a polythene bag, Chocolates were Rs. 10/- and were melted on arrival and card message was shabbily written and on a piece of paper.
DO NOT ADVERTIZE THE PRODUCT THAT YOU DONT

This is 3rd class website ever. They are just focusing on their business not on the service. Is this presentation? The picture shown in the website is completely different than the delivered.

Don't even think of using there service. All fake good reviews if u see on your website. Completely fraud and hopelesss

Ordee id **************. This people charge high, top of that 100 rupees for deliveey charge extra, but they dont deliver the cake on time. They claims 2hrs delivery and mine is already 6 hrs over and not yet delivered. Pathetic service.
Dont trust the company and get trapped. I would suggest you to findout a nearby cake shop around your friends area in google and call the cake shop and trf the money through phone pay. That local guy would happy to deliver if he gets something around 50 bucks extra. Still it will be cheaper than winni. Dont trust these people. They are blot for the online services.

Worst service. Worst customer care. No value for time. Better use zomato or swiggy for cakes. Disaster.

I ordered some sweets to deliver on holi. But it was not delivered even after 3 days. When I asked to tell me exact date & time, they said it would be delivered tomorrow and if it would not delivered tomorrow, they would reschedule it to some other day. When I asked for refund, they refund the money into their winni wallet. So it is totally fraud. My money is never given me back.

Winni is big time cheater app. Pls don't buy anything from them. I ordered a cake for my mom's birthday on 12th March which was supposed to deliver today which is 16 March but still my mom didn't get the cake, it's 8:30 pm and these shameless people say that delivery slot is still not over and you will get it by 10pm. My brother had to buy another cake from some bakery shop and party is also over but my order status is still showing ready to dispatch. When I called them up and asked for cancel my order and refund money they clearly denied to refund. Then they asked you should think before placing the order. Their customer service and their whole staff is very rude. They disconnected my call in between. Then I again called them but this time the person was different. He was also very arrogant and rude. When I told them that I will complain to the consumer court then his response was like that go where you want to go. He literally made me cry. Pls people don't buy anything from this site otherwise you will loose your money.

I order a cake for my mom's birthday. Cake was delivered to a wrong person in the second attempt the cake i received was putrid smelling. I had to throw away in a trash. They ruined my Mom's Birthday & my faith on them

I ordered plain chocolate cake which was rupees 499 (look like rupees 250-300, quality was horrible), 199 rupees Cadbury celebration pack and 99 rupees greeting card. They delivered only cake (worst quality), and 99 rupees Cadbury Celebration (tampered one) instead of 199 rupees pack. Never delivered greetings card till date. Shameless staff. All are fraudsters. Never buy anything from them. If you are ready to buy something then you are responsible for your own loss. They even don't take any responsibility.

Horrible service; order never delivered. I was thuged of 3400 Rs. Have been waiting for a response for 4 months now. The phone no is not reachable and no luck chat box. Best avoid

Winni is a fraudulent company. I would have given a negative rating if possible. This company is a scam. Firstly, the status showed that the cake is delivered while it was not. Secondly, when I inquired I was informed that they didn't deliver the cake because the delivery guy had called and no one picked up the call. Clearly I didn't receive any call. Also, there is no explanation from the company why the delivery guy had to call even though the correct address was given. He didn't even reach the site but called. Secondly, initially the delivery charge was Rs 50 but next day they are charged me additional Rs 150 for re-delivery without any explanation.

This company is a scam and the customer service is horrible. Would never recommend to order from this site.
