As per my ordered you didn't send me heart shape cake and deducted 100-150/- for heart shape... you just send round one... so i am very disappointed you have to fulfilled customers requirement as we pay for it... bouquet was not so standard.it looks like homemade... you have charge me 350 for that... in future i am not going to order from winni...

Please dont fall in trap of this vendor they have worst service and customer care is total trash. You will regret after placing order with this vendor which is winni. I am regretting and trying to get some help since morning and if they fails to deliver your order your money is gone it will not be refunded.

They are pure fraud seller middlemans whatever they are but trust me you will regret like I am regretting right now.

Worst company ever. They spoiled my V day. Had ordered a cake and paid also a day in advance expecting early delivery on 14th Feb. My big mistake was selecting Winni over Ferns n Petals. Since yesterday Afternoon onwards, i tried calling them 100 times, number is always busy, written many emails but received no response. No one from the customer care bothers to call the customers. Hence if you do not want to spoil your Special Day then please DO NOT order from Winni. What is the point in ordering for Special day when the delivery is not made on the Special Day. They really need to improve their services and treat their customers as "KING" if they want to survive and sustain.

I do not write any review but this is the worst experience I have. I have ordered cake for my mother in India and it suppose to delivered on Mother's day. My mom did not receive anything but I got the delivered confirmation email. You can't able to reach on the phone listed on their website and the email replay is a robo one. This is not about the money but playing their customer's emotions. I would stay away from this website.

I am from another country and ordered a plant for my boyfriend in india, they sent him a wrong plant 3 times cheaper and didnt want to solve the problem. Very bad service never order from them. The mug quality was bad also

Please put correct images on your site, don't fool customers. I have ordered red roses bouquet, but instead I have received pink roses bouquet in worst condition with stale flowers. The cake also looks so different from the image. Please don't trust this site.

The worst cake sight ever. I have a premium cake however ended up getting a totally different cake. Their customer service is pathetic. I took me 4 days to reach out to them and then they ask me if the cake is consumed. The customer rep themselves told that they do not take any guarantee on the design of the cake without any such disclaimer mentioned on the cake. They also do not deliver the add ons and when I asked for a refund on my card they give you a refund on the wallet. After all this do they really expect me to order a cake from them. Check the below screenshot on the customer rep responds.

I placed a order *******7470 for a heart shape cake with good design. But when the cake was delivered, it was round in shape and there was hardly any design on it and also looked like it was made by a amateur cake maker.
The cake was packaged in a box which had a name of a local company.
I was surprised with the answer provided by their customer care. They mentioned that the design of the cake can vary.
Please don't get cheated by these guys who display fancy looking cakes in their website and charge hefty amount for delivering trivial looking cakes that too made by some substandard contractors

I ordered cake for my friend via Win.ni, and they delivered that cake on time. I appreciate the service provided by Win.ni team. The quality of cake was awesome and prices were very low means I'll get that cake at same price.

If I go to some cake shop personally but they are delivering st such prices that sounds great. Thanks Win.ni team, I look forward to your service again. And of-course I'll recommend this website among my friends.

I have placed Rakhi from their website and they mentioned it as same day delivery, but they didn't deliver it on the day of Rakhi. When I called the customer care next day to cancel it as Rakhi is already over, they say it can't be cancelled and cannot be refunded and they told me that they will end my call and I can do whatever I want. Guys don't be fooled with this site, they have pathetic service and they don't keep up the promise and they don't like when u question them. They simply can spoil any occasion

Hi Winni, i got the delivery today. And when i check the parcel the product i order was not there. I got only three Rakhi's with almond and cashews pack with different packaging. Whole, i want to say that the stuff we ordered was not exactly same and with missing things. I'm sending you the proof, please have a look and let me know as soon as possible. I want that stuff which I ordered or i need my refund. This is first time placing order with you and we are sorry to say that we are not happy with service. I need you to get on action asap.

I placed an order to deliver a Fruit cake for my Mom's birthday with a Greeting card.
The delivery was on time, however the cake itself was really below standards.
With fruits like apple and oranges, put directly on top of the page.
Even these fruits which were used for topping of the cake were stale and for oranges had a white skin as they were not peeled properly.
It was nowhere similar to what was displayed on the website and the choice of the fruits was just terrible. Will never be ordering from the site. I would recommend to contact the site before placing an order and verifying if they can deliver the exact product to the exact detail as displayed on the website.

Pathetic service. Wastage of time and money. They actually don't deliver the entire order and after that ignores the calls. Charge for entire order amount but delivery is of one good. Just don't trust them at all.
