Cheaters and a scam company
Extremely bad experience. This company is a scam. Please do not order with them. They took our order and looted us of 750 rupee and never delivered anything. After enquiring with customer support several times they said they cannot find the address and hence the order is closed. No delivery possible. Better luck next time, as if they expect us to order again. Such cheaters.

Don't order anything from this website if you are looking for on time delivery. They have spoiled my birthday party and sent the cake after the very next day of my birthday. Very ridiculous service. If there will option for minus rating, I will give them minus 1000...

It's a really great website to place your order to loved one, if you're too far.
It worked for me being living in other country. The customer executive is highly co-operative. Keep doing good job.

Pls don't place any order, they are cheater, they cancelled my order without informing me and from last 1 month I am asking for refund but nobody replies on chat, email, given contact number is also invalid

Very good quality, ordering it for the second time. Quality wise my people really love it and the timings for delivery are awesome. Would anytime prefer this service over anyone else. Customer service is very understanding and makeup to our needs. I did a last min cake changes and they did it very well with that.

If you want to ruin your occasions order from Winni.
Found them online and ordered through their website. I am in London and the time i ordered i am struggling for everything. Have called them 100 times (literally 100 times) and either they dont respond or all the say is we are looking into it. Don't how the hell they are operating in different cities but they customer services and management are very poor.

Today i placed an order nut the receiver was not in station. So i requested to change delivery date.

I ordered an alphabet cake from them. Guy told me to call us again and let us know which letter you want. They delivered the wrong cake. Worst thing ever happened. Even more, Guy confirmed everything with me and still. I suggest do not do online shopping from this website they say different and do stuff totally different.
