Our Valentine's Day order was a disappointment from start to finish. We had eagerly awaited the delivery of a cake, bouquet, and bamboo plant for the special occasion. However, our anticipation quickly turned to frustration. Firstly, the cake arrived a day late, on the 15th instead of the 14th. When it finally came, it was nothing short of disappointing – resembling a cheap, unappetizing creation one might find at a roadside bakery. The flowers, too, were lackluster, exhibiting signs of age and haphazard packaging.
To add insult to injury, the bamboo plant we ordered was nowhere to be found in the delivery. What's worse, attempts to contact the company were futile; they neither informed us of the delay nor bothered to answer our calls. This experience left us deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. In all honesty, it was the worst online shopping experience we've ever had.
