One exec- Anu, dint reply. At the end order was returned and money is not refunded by this Con team. May their business gets raided and closed

Worst service ever. Not first time actually. First time we thought they may be tried and would have made mistake.
First time we ordered for one delivery to our parents for wedding anniversary and they didn't delivered and the reason was surprising actually. We wanted to give it as a surprise then why they have to contact them for delivery.
Again we tried second time for one of our friend on Valentine's Day and the items delivered was really affected our relationship with them. This company really cheating and making money. When we complained they told they will refund INR 400/- back and we rejected it.

However, our anticipation quickly turned to frustration. Firstly, the cake arrived a day late, on the 15th instead of the 14th. When it finally came, it was nothing short of disappointing – resembling a cheap, unappetizing creation one might find at a roadside bakery. The flowers, too, were lackluster, exhibiting signs of age and haphazard packaging.
To add insult to injury, the bamboo plant we ordered was nowhere to be found in the delivery. What's worse, attempts to contact the company were futile; they neither informed us of the delay nor bothered to answer our calls. This experience left us deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned. In all honesty, it was the worst online shopping experience we've ever had.
Today I ordered a cake, a Bouquets, and a birthday a mug for my wife's birthday! I ordered it from abroad to be delivered to Kolkata. This guy did not deliver the mug and did not report missing items. When I called them from abroad, they held the line for long and misbehaved with me when I wanted to report fraud. Now they are saying that they will refund or deliver missing item. They also mentioned that they emailed me about the missing item but it's not true. My question is why they confirmed full delivery where they did not deliver all the item and misbehaving when a customer call to report the monkey business. The quality of the flower and cake was very bad. They do not send for reviews with this type of monkey business and there is no option to write review unless they allow. It shows that it is part of their business technique. The show reviews only good deliveries. I am attaching screen short of delivery update. These Guys are bunch of liars and there services are so pathetic and they scam customers by showing something else and they deliver something else. Please do not enable these services because they will fool you. They should 14-16 Flowers in the pic and they actually delivered only 5-6 flowers and they look so pathetic. OMG, just look at it I have uploaded it in the pictures. SHAME on you Fella's. Really disappointed in you and your pathetic services.
I ordered a product on the 16th, which showed a tentative delivery date of the 20th of September. When I checked on 20th, it is still saying waiting fulfilment. This is an extremely pathetic service. What a disastrous service! I placed an order for a flower bouquet and 2 small indoor plant a week ago. I received the bouquet on the same day but the plants I just received it today in a very bad state. The condition is so bad that it looks dull & dead to me. I was informed that these plants are courier product hence it might take time but a whole long week? No way to contact them as well, therefore I am writing my horrible experience with winni here. Actual delivery at 14-45, that too directing delivery boy for address on phone holding for a long time. Cake turned out to be absolutely dry as if made day earlier. Order number **************. I preferred the cake in Ahmedabad on Mother's Day as a gift. Not only it arrived late but the whole cake was ruined. When I complained about this, someone from the customer service kept sending same email rather than solving the issue. And when I mom called the cake shop in Ahmedabad, they advised my mom that they can't do anything as they are just carrier not the actual company. My only advise on this website, don't ruined your special day. I have few other friends who also had bad experience on this.

I ordered a blue colored Orchid bouquet for my Grandmother in Agra. It costs Rs 2100/- for that bouquet. It was really horrible. It was totally different from the one mentioned on their website. The bouquet was really small compared to the ordered one, flowers were not fresh and were broken from the stem. They have had used tape to just fix them. After complaining, the representatives behave like a Robot saying the same 'Sorry for your inconvenience'. It's not only about money but also the type of service you provide. They are just fooling people by showing different stuff on their website compared to what they actually deliver. I would never ever suggest anyone to buy anything from Winni. Big Cheaters and Worst Customer service.
