Winn-Dixie Store

When you micro manage to the point where you are loosing money and customers, then it's time to change tactics. New management shuffle.

Mark is a rude incompetent individual who doesn't like to be critcized. I had a script from Walgreens transferred to Winn Dixie. The script was my first refill for Temazepam 30 mg. On 3/09/2023, Walgreens only gave me 5 out of 90 because they were out. When I went back to get the balance of 85, they were still out. So, I transferred everything to Winn Dixie. When I picked up the script, Mark gave me only 30, leaving a balance of 55. Plus 1 more 90 day supply When I questioned him, he just gave me a "SPINN" and didn't take the time to investigate. Mark just acted like he didn't want to be bothered. So, I spoke with the manager after I ruffled Mark's feathers with some spicy words. The manager was excellent and found the paperwork that showed only 30 being transferred. But Mark had specifically told me at one point that he transferred 85. Also, I showed Mark the Walgreens bottle that specifically showed a balance of 85 and 1 moe refill, SO, I called Walgreens and can you believe they told me they transferred 95.So, I guess Walgrees is also incompetent because they transferred the wrong amount and forgot to transfer the additional refill. I'll be able to figure it out with my PCP and a different pharmacy because I passed math in school!

As mentioned above.customers ARE NOT tired of their purchases. They're TIRED of the manner they're TREATED when making a purchase.🤐

It's not really a huge savings shopping at Winn Dixie in Northdale, Tampa and it usually triggers my anger. I've compared prices with Publix and Winn Dixie is actually higher in many categories and their customer service is horrible. This morning, I shopped at WD Northdale and spent 184$ and had to self checkout, which I hate. Nobody else was checking out, crickets in that area but the employee never greeted me- I was 3 feet from her and she never offered to get another cart even though my cart was very full and there is never any place to set bagged groceries. That's why I hate self checkout. They give you a tiny space for bagging and nowhere to set anything. She was all masked up, looking ready for surgery and just stood there at her little kiosk drumming her loud nails, glaring at me with such cold eyes. I actually stopped and looked at her loud nails constantly drumming. Was I too slow for her taste? Could she do it faster? Then when I was finished, I thanked her (for standing there) and she said nothing. I had to struggle with two carts so I could put one away for her. She glared at me and then walked away. Something obviously more important than helping a customer (but still nobody else was checking out.) I really hate self checkout but they don't offer a live human cashier before 9am usually. The store was sparsely populated and I find this a great annoyance because they could easily put that self check kiosk standing person to work at an adjacent register. It's just stupid. You can go to Publix and get fantastic customer service. They usually have two employees help you check out. They offer to help you to your car.

Winn dixie's food quality is poor, especially produce and meat prices are high. They've recently gotten rid of their meat counter so you can't really get anything from the butcher. I find items I frequently have purchased out of stock many occasions. Why? You can't rely on anything. But you go to Publix and they always have the regular brands. It's almost like Winn Dixie doesn't look at their point of service data at all. You're out of stuff! Ugh, your days with me spending hundreds every week are numbered, Winn Dixie. Publix is less convenient but worth the extra few miles at this point.

Everyone really Nice and helpful I would shop there again. They have a Nice Young Store Manager there very helpful. Bakery Manager was very Nice and Helpful. This is The Best Winn Dixie on Westbank.

A curved needle was in my beef. This was the 2nd time this has happened. I will definitely no long shop at WD

Went in to grab a few items and was out in no time great cause I was late for work. Cashier was helpful and fast.

Winn-Dixie is great place to shop, great customer service and friendly staff. The store is clean about shopping carts clean too

Ordered two ponds of thin sliced rotisserie chicken and I received one pound of the thickest slices I have ever seen.

The store itself is good, clean and neat, though.

Wish that this establishment was not available to give even one star to so one was the best I could do.
I have been personally harassed and victimized by employees of the produce department at the McCall Rd. Englewood FL store for over 2 years for my association with one of those employees.
I'm 70 years old and I have never been in this store and the employees involved have never met me nor spoken to me on the phone but seem to put soap opera drama far above doing their jobs. The turnover in that department alone should be a red flag to management.
Persecution for political affiliation and calling employees "$#*!ed" and other such derogatory and racial slurs is the order of the day and anyone who objects to their disgusting behavior immediately becomes a target. When I told one of them I would see her in court I was threatened with a gun. I reported it to the manager and he was totally uninterested, said he didn't get involved in that sort of thing.
I would reasonably think this kind of personal brand of terrorism by drama falls outside the scope of their employment
Do not think this is some kind of crazy prank. It is not. I have 2 years of text messages and witnesses to back it up.
Oh, and did I mention illegal drug use runs rampid among employees yet drug testing is selective for the use of firing someone or avoiding payment of workman's comp claims Discrimination is not in their vocabulary nor is honesty or fair play.
Like a little grocery store mob.
They've sure caused me a lot of damage and heartbreak.
Although litigation against them is coming in the near future. This should be made known to the general public.
And this is only a brief summary of what I have personally witnessed and been the victim of through druken text messages and phone calls to my home at all hours of the night. The entire story is shocking.
For the sake of Karma alone I'd advise you to avoid them

I went in here a few weeks ago and literally spent $200 and got 1 weeks worth of groceries! I was real disappointed because everything in the fridge made maybe two meals at the most! There were no snacks, no drinks, I missed morning coffee, no breakfast items, no nothing! I got deli meat and it was overpriced per pound. The salmon in the bag was 1/2 the size for the price that I usually get at Walmart and a few other miscellaneous items like olive oil and honey claimed to be sales. They really weren't. Because of the fact I was not able to buy things to drink like juice and soda and there was no money left to buy any snacks was my main concern at this grocery store. Strange how they had been around since I was a kid. Why ever the store maybe struggles financially. Be Leary of their so called 'BOGO' items because I noticed that they just basically double the price of the items so your really just paying for 2 items. They actually force you to buy 2 because they have to double the price. You can't even afford 1 item! The dairy section is very out of control also. A gallon of milk was over $4 when it should have been $1.89. So anyways, I'm just gonna avoid shopping here from now on. Everything I bought here I went to Publix and purchased for $97 so I'm quite sure there's an issue with the pricing. For people with families I don't recommend shopping here. I noticed the aisle condiments, pastas, rices, soups especially were VERY high prices compared to Walmart Supermarkets or Publix who usually puts these items on sale all the time! Their soda section is not as good as Publix or Target. I kinda felt like I was in a desperate situation like buying groceries at a convenient store or something! Lol! Woah! Casher Lisa at store #0174 Atlantic blvd Jacksonville, FL is the best casher I have ever seen at any Winn Dixies. She works weekdays in the morning.

Don't use online shopping in Miami dade, this is ridiculous and sad! You can't get your order because no one speaks English, so apparently they can't read the instructions. Customer service is just as bad! The manager David offered no help! The worst! Why should I suffer for your inability to understand English 🤔
